From a database of twenty variables, the main purpose the study was to verify if there are indications of convergence or divergence in five dimensions of development between the two regions from 1990 to 2010. Aiming to identify the states more similar and different, and to verify changes in the composition of low development groups and high development in the adressed period, was used the analysis of groupings (Cluster Analysis). Additionally, to test equality of distance between states all the time, was used the non-parametric Test of Wilcoxon. This makes it possible to verify IF the distance between the states of two regions has been increasing or has been falling, showing signs of divergence or convergence. The results of Cluster s analysis suggest that there are indications of convergence inside the cluster of north east, but the distance between two regions has not changed. The results of test of Wilcoxon suggests that there have been no changes statistically significant in the distance between the states, in the two regions the standards of development became more homogenous, but the two regions will be far apart / A an?lise de alguns aspectos do desenvolvimento no Brasil nas ?ltimas tr?s d?cadas evidencia que houve uma melhoria em uma s?rie de indicadores isolados tanto no Sudeste regi?o mais rica - como no Nordeste - regi?o mais pobre. A partir de uma base de dados de vinte vari?veis, o objetivo principal do estudo foi verificar se h? ind?cios de converg?ncia ou diverg?ncia em cinco dimens?es do desenvolvimento entre as duas regi?es no per?odo de 1990 a 2010. Visando identificar os estados mais similares e mais diferentes entre si, bem como verificar altera??es na composi??o dos grupos de baixo desenvolvimento e de alto desenvolvimento no per?odo abordado, foi empregado a An?lise de Agrupamentos (Cluster Analysis). Adicionalmente, para testar a igualdade das dist?ncias entre os estados ao longo do tempo, foi utilizado o teste n?o param?trico de Wilcoxon. Este ?ltimo tornou poss?vel verificar se a dist?ncia entre os estados das duas regi?es vem aumentando ou diminuindo, apresentando ind?cios de diverg?ncia ou converg?ncia. Os resultados da an?lise de Cluster sugerem que h? ind?cios de converg?ncia dentro do cluster do Nordeste, por?m, a dist?ncia entre as duas regi?es n?o foi alterada. The scenario refers to a necessary change of behavior in the sector, parallel to an essential revision of the existing regulation. This study analyzes the impacts of the regulated telecommunications market in the process of convergence with the IT industry, where regulation has a dual influence on the industry: ensuring order in telecommunication services and, on the other hand, an offensive risk of disadvantage in the Competitiveness and restraint of innovation in a digital economy. Based on the contributions of the VBM and VBR theories, an exploratory research was developed, carried out through a single case study and bibliographic review, under the lens of the regulatory impacts on competitiveness. Data were collected through semi-structured interview of the strategic body of a telecom operator, being treated in a qualitative way. The analysis pointed to a finding: regulation as a strong influencer in strategic positioning can be harmful to the competitiveness and deflagration of the industry when it can not keep up with the evolution and dynamism of the sector. With this, the operator under study proposes a new business model based on a strategy of aggregation of IT services over telecom, indicating an alternative to innovate within a regulated market. It is understood that an operator model, lighter, agile and digital, is necessary in the consolidation of a "Telco Digital". It is hoped, with the strategy outlined, to successfully face the process of transformation of the industry and to maintain in the market a viable and sustainable model of operator in the digital economy. / A avalanche de novos servi?os disponibilizados em plataformas que viabilizam tecnologias de voz sobre dados, como a TV por internet, v?deos em tecnologia streaming e a comunica??o WhatsApp passaram a fazer parte do cotidiano dos consumidores, o que sobrecarregam as redes das operadoras de telecomunica??es e acirra a competitividade no mercado. O cen?rio remete a uma necess?ria mudan?a de comportamento no setor, paralelo a uma essencial revis?o da regulamenta??o existente. Este estudo analisa os impactos do mercado regulado das telecomunica??es em pleno processo de converg?ncia com a ind?stria de TI, onde a regulamenta??o exerce dupla influ?ncia sobre a ind?stria: garantir a ordem nos servi?os de telecomunica??es e, por outro lado, um risco ofensor de desvantagem na competitividade e freio da inova??o em uma economia digital. Com base nos aportes das teorias de VBM e VBR, desenvolveu-se uma pesquisa de car?ter explorat?rio, realizada atrav?s de estudo de caso ?nico e revis?o bibliogr?fica, sob a lente dos impactos regulat?rios na competitividade. Os dados foram coletados atrav?s de entrevista semiestruturada do corpo estrat?gico de uma operadora de telecom, sendo tratados de forma qualitativa. As an?lises apontaram para uma descoberta: a regulamenta??o como forte influenciadora no posicionamento estrat?gico, pode ser nociva ? competitividade e deflagra??o da ind?stria quando n?o consegue acompanhar a evolu??o e o dinamismo do setor. Portanto ? fundamental desenvolver STIs capazes tanto de ensinar quanto aprender informa??es relevantes sobre o aluno atrav?s de t?cnicas de intelig?ncia artificial. Esse aprendizado acontece por meio da intera??o direta entre o STI e o aluno que ? geralmente demorada. Esta disserta??o apresenta a inser??o da metaheur?sticas Lista Tabu e GRASP com o objetivo de acelerar esse aprendizado. Para avaliar o desempenho dessa modifica??o, foi desenvolvido um simulador de STI. Nesse sistema, foram realizadas simula??es computacionais para comparar o desempenho da tradicional pol?tica de explora??o aleat?ria e as metaheur?sticas propostas Lista Tabu e GRASP. Programa de P?s-Gradua??o em Educa??o, Universidade Federal dos Vales do Jequitinhonha e Mucuri, 2016. / Using computer systems as a complement or replacement for the classroom experience is an increasingly common practice in education and Intelligent Tutoring Systems (ITS) are one of these alternatives. Therefore, it is crucial to develop ITS that are capable of both teaching and learning relevant information about the student through artificial intelligence techniques. This learning process occurs by means of direct, and generally slow, interaction between the ITS and the student. This dissertation presents the insertion of meta-heuristic Tabu search and GRASP with the purpose of accelera ting learning. An ITS simulator was developed to evaluate the performance of this change. Computer simulations were conducted in order to compare the performance of traditional randomized search methods with the meta-heuristic Tabu search. Results obtained from these simulations and statistical tests strongly indicate that the introduction of meta-heuristics in exploration policy improves the performance of the learning algorithm in ITS.

Tendo em vista a sua expans?o em diversos meios de comunica??o controlados pela produ??o, investigou-se como os princ?pios (JENKINS, 2008, 2009a, 2009b) e as estrat?gias de expans?o e propaga??o (FECHINE et al., 2013) foram apropriadas pela fic??o. Para tal, foram realizadas revis?es de literatura acerca dos processos de transmidia??o e das especificidades da narrativa transm?dia, com a finalidade de identificar os poss?veis espa?os de atua??o e as formas de envolvimento com p?blico. Al?m disso, refletiu-se sobre as reconfigura??es do g?nero telenovela na era da cultura participativa. Por fim, concluiu-se queCheias de Charme, exibida pela TV Globo, em 2012, no hor?rio das 19h, utilizou-se de a??es criativas e planejadas que funcionaram de forma eficaz no desenvolvimento de uma narrativa transm?dia. / This research analyzes the transmedia narrative television series Cheias de Charme, understood as a fictional multiplatform world, composed of several pieces distributed in different media, and into the context of media convergence. With a view to its expansion in various media controlled by production, we investigated how the principles (Jenkins 2008, 2009a, 2009b) and the strategies of expansion and spread (Fechine et al., 2013) were appropriate for fiction. To do this, literature reviews were conducted about transmidiation processes and the specifics of transmedia narrative, in order to identify possible areas of action and forms of engagement with the public. In addition, he reflected on reconfigurations of the soap opera genre in the era of participatory culture. For a better understanding of the dissertation, the observations were divided into four distinct chapters, taking as a guide and starting point the inclusion of the soap opera in the internet environment. With the aid of a descriptive research with a view to the application of the Case Study procedure in the light of Gil contributions (2010), it is believed that the proposed objectives were achieved. Finally, it was concluded that Cheias de Charme, aired by TV Globo in 2012, in time of 19h, we used creative and planned actions that have worked effectively in developing a transmedia narrative.

In this environment, we considered prevailing values such as the culture of spectacle and entertainment in the cultural flows regime, in which competitors throw themselves to the adventure of self-commodification at the capitalist level in which the invisibility is equal to death. For this study a hybrid research model was adopted, combining documentary and bibliographic research followed by interviews with the main players of the process. Being of qualitative nature, the research gathered records and experiences that help us to better reflect on the role of the media - and the competitions promoted by it - in the construction of the subject of postmodernity and in the projection of individual perspectives. For that, the corpus was submitted to a content analysis, where the interpretations revealed the consonance between gastronomic reality shows and the spirit of this era. / Sob o olhar e as raz?es dos competidores, este estudo buscou investigar e compreender a emerg?ncia dos realities gastron?micos na televis?o brasileira, em um cen?rio considerado de p?s-modernidade. Neste ambiente, julgamos prevalecerem valores como a cultura do espet?culo e do entretenimento em regime dos fluxos culturais, no qual os concorrentes se lan?am ? aventura da automercantiliza??o na etapa do capitalismo em que a invisibilidade ? equivalente ? morte. Para este estudo foi adotado um modelo h?brido de investiga??o, que combina as pesquisas documental e bibliogr?fica seguidas da realiza??o de entrevistas com os principais atores do processo. De natureza qualitativa, a pesquisa reuniu registros e relatos de viv?ncias que nos ajudam a melhor refletir sobre o papel da m?dia ? e das competi??es por ela promovidas ? na constru??o do sujeito da p?s-modernidade e na proje??o das perspectivas individuais. Para tanto, o corpus foi submetido a uma an?lise de conte?do, cujas as interpreta??es revelaram a conson?ncia entre os reality shows gastron?micos e o esp?rito desta ?poca.
