This research shows how problematic the Little School of Agroecology as a product of a role of social movements and farmers using in their methodology popular education as one of the identities potential catalyst of autonomy, understanding the role of family farming and social transformation. Based on these principles, this dissertation presents to identify and analyze the methodology of popular education and rural development expressed by the territoriality to farmers. The methodology used in data collection, broke the technique "snowball" in the interviews; content analysis helped in the qualitative discussion. In this sense, selecting the right supplier can mean the difference between success and failure. Bio-Manguinhos is in the market for prevention, diagnosis and treatment of disease through vaccines, diagnostic reagents and biopharmaceuticals. Being a public institution, it shares with the rest of the system the difficulty in obtaining public funds for investment and the development of products may take more than 20 years. Given this scenario, the search for partners to minimize development time of a product and share the cost of investment becomes interesting. In this context, this work aims to develop a tool that helps Bio-Manguinhos in selecting suppliers which contribute to the development and manufacture of new products. So, there were two stages of interviews with the board of Bio-Manguinhos: the first with the Deputy Directors, where the relevant criteria for selecting suppliers for new products were identified; the second stage was conducted with the Director, where the criteria identified by the Deputy Directors were confirmed and a method of multicriteria analysis, AHP - Analytic Hierarchy Process was applied to assign weights to these criteria. Thus, we created a tool with the criteria considered relevant and their representativeness within a context that seeks to assist the organization to select suppliers for new products. The results show that the relevant criteria and their order are: level of product development, compatibility with the industrial park, compliance with regulatory requirements, product performance, strength of the company and cost. This shows that the criteria closest to organizational strategy have a greater representativeness. The criteria identified in this study, in their essence, are not new; they are well known and mentioned by other researchers. Nevertheless, as in all decision-making, especially the multicriteria, every organization seeks to identify the important variables for a given decision-making and that choice is not necessarily the best one for other organizations. / Com o aumento do acesso a informa??es, tecnologias e mercados, as op??es de fornecimento s?o ampliadas, tornando necess?ria a sele??o de um fornecedor que melhor contribua para o sucesso organizacional. Nesse sentido, selecionar o fornecedor certo pode significar a diferen?a entre o sucesso e o insucesso. Bio-Manguinhos atua no mercado de preven??o, diagn?stico e tratamento de doen?as, por meio de vacinas, reativos para diagn?stico e biof?rmacos. Por ser uma institui??o p?blica, compartilha com o restante da m?quina p?blica a dificuldade em obter recursos para investimento e o desenvolvimento de seus produtos pode levar mais de 20 anos. Diante desse cen?rio, a busca por parcerias para minimizar o tempo de desenvolvimento de um produto e compartilhar os custos de investimento se mostra interessante. Neste contexto, este trabalho tem por objetivo desenvolver uma ferramenta que auxilie Bio-Manguinhos a selecionar fornecedores que contribuir?o para o desenvolvimento e produ??o de novos produtos. Para tanto, foram realizadas duas etapas de entrevistas com a diretoria de Bio-Manguinhos: a primeira com os vice-diretores, onde foram identificados os crit?rios relevantes para a sele??o de fornecedores para novos produtos; a segunda etapa foi realizada com o diretor, onde foram confirmados os crit?rios identificados pelos vice-diretores e utilizado um m?todo de an?lise multicriterial, AHP ? Processo de An?lise Hier?rquica, para atribuir pesos a esses crit?rios. Dessa forma, foi criada uma ferramenta com os crit?rios considerados relevantes e suas respectivas representatividades dentro de um mesmo contexto, que busca auxiliar a organiza??o a selecionar seus fornecedores para novos produtos. Os resultados mostram que os crit?rios relevantes e sua ordem s?o os seguintes: n?vel de desenvolvimento do produto, compatibilidade com o parque industrial, cumprimento de exig?ncias regulat?rias, rendimento do produto, solidez da empresa e custo. Isso mostra que crit?rios mais pr?ximos a estrat?gia organizacional possuem uma representatividade maior. Os crit?rios identificados, em sua ess?ncia, n?o s?o crit?rios novos, s?o conhecidos e mencionados por outros pesquisadores. No entanto, como em toda tomada de decis?o, especialmente as multicriteriais, cada organiza??o busca identificar as vari?veis importantes para uma determinada tomada de decis?o e essa escolha n?o necessariamente ? a melhor para outras organiza??es.

A famous mark is one that has a fame, a prestige, a high knowledge in the market, associated with good reputation and an attractive force among the general public. Since the famous marks are strong brands and great value, they were developed through effective marketing strategies and branding. Since these marks are recognized and have a attraction power for the consumer, they are exposed to certain risks. Thus the legal protection provided to famous marks aims to save these signs from others that want to take advantage. This research was conducted through a case study, where each unit examined was related to a process associated a trademarks which requested this title. The study investigates the interrelationship between the disciplines of marketing and law in relation to famous marks protection. Based on the considerations of this research we observed the monopoly given to the signal it receives the mark and the concern that the legal norms of granting must have a most way restrictive of protection. Moreover, it was possible to dismember the marketing aspects provided by the companies, through the evidences inserted in processes of brands and check out some marketing elements used in common by the marks that received protection. The study noted the fact that although the famous marks be analyzed based on aspects of marketing, the approach is specifically geared for a view legal. The aspects of marketing that could be exploited by the brand that received the status of famous marks are not used by the companies directly and not perceived by the market and consumers. About the research, we believe that the mark of famous mark is conferred by the National Institute of Industrial Property, built by the companies and validated by the consumer / O estudo visa analisar os aspectos legais e mercadol?gicos envolvidos na concess?o de marcas de alto renome (AR) realizada pelo Instituto Nacional de Propriedade Industrial (INPI). Uma marca de AR ? aquela que det?m uma fama, um prest?gio, um alto conhecimento no mercado, associados ? boa reputa??o e a uma for?a atrativa junto ao p?blico em geral. Uma vez que as marcas de AR s?o marcas fortes e de grande valor, elas foram desenvolvidas atrav?s de eficientes estrat?gias de marketing e branding. E por serem marcas reconhecidas e possu?rem um poder de atra??o grande diante do consumidor, elas est?o expostas a certos riscos. Assim, a prote??o jur?dica conferida ?s marcas de AR visa resguardar estes sinais do aproveitamento de terceiros. Esta pesquisa foi realizada atrav?s de um estudo de caso, onde cada unidade examinada correspondeu a um processo relativo a marcas que solicitaram este t?tulo. O trabalho procurou analisar a inter-rela??o entre as disciplinas de marketing e de direito no que diz respeito ? prote??o de marcas de AR. Diante das considera??es sobre esta pesquisa observou-se o monop?lio concedido ao sinal que recebe o AR e a preocupa??o em que as normas legais atuem de forma mais restritiva na concess?o da prote??o. Al?m disso, foi poss?vel desmembrar os aspectos mercadol?gicos apresentados pelas empresas, atrav?s das provas inseridas nos processos de AR, e verificar alguns elementos de marketing utilizados em comum pelas marcas que receberam a prote??o. O estudo observou o fato de que, apesar da marca de AR ser analisada com base em aspectos mercadol?gicos, a abordagem ? mais especificamente voltada para um olhar jur?dico. Os aspectos de marketing que poderiam ser explorados pela marca que recebeu o status de AR n?o s?o utilizados pelas empresas de forma direta e nem percebidos pelo mercado e pelos consumidores. Diante desta pesquisa, acreditamos que a marca de AR ? conferida pelo INPI, constru?da pelas empresas e validada pelo consumidor.

In this context it is characteristic the adoption of technical and culture of private sector to implement improvements. In this work is applied the marketing research in a Federal Institution of Higher Education (IFES), whose goal is to measure the degree of satisfaction with the services provided. The research is based on supplementary education services, which are, provision of infrastructure, library service, information technology, catering, internal collective transport and providing scholarships and grants. A quantitative survey of cross-sectional study with a stratified sample of 376 undergraduate students was made. Were raised aspects of academic life, socioeconomic data, degree of importance and satisfaction attributed to the service and its features. The results showed that the most important service is the provision of Scholarships and grants, and the least important is Internal collective transport. Regarding satisfaction, the service with the best assessment was Library, and the worst evaluation was Scholarships and grants. As support tool for decisions prioritizing improvements it was carried out the analysis importance-satisfaction about the services and their characteristics. It was found that all services need to be improved, and Scholarships and grants require an 'urgent action'. Further investigation was also carried out statistical inferences, using Student's t-test was rejected the null hypothesis that the students were satisfied with the services. Also were made comparisons between the sample groups to identify differences in the evaluation of services. By Student's t-test for two samples and the Kruskal-Wallis test for k samples was found no significant differences in the assessments of services for issues like turn the course and sex, but there are differences in the assessments of the services when they were compared student representatives and not representatives, as well as between students of the city of Juiz de Fora and other cities, and between students of different income levels. It is observed that the results of this research represent good indicators of the students' perception regarding the satisfaction and importance of supplementary services provided by IFES. Thus, it is suggested the adoption of marketing research in the institution, because it is believed that such information may contribute positively in the decision making process concerning the implementation of improvements in public services. At the end it is also intended to deepen the studies on the importance-satisfaction analysis by combining different methods of analysis / O atual cen?rio de evolu??o da administra??o p?blica ? marcado pelo aumento da press?o por servi?os que satisfa?am as reais necessidades da popula??o, o que imp?e novos desafios aos gestores p?blicos. Neste trabalho ? aplicada a pesquisa de marketing numa Institui??o Federal de Ensino Superior (IFES), cujo objetivo ? mensurar o grau de satisfa??o com os servi?os prestados. A investiga??o se faz sobre servi?os complementares ao ensino, quais sejam, disponibiliza??o de infraestrutura, servi?o de biblioteca, Tecnologia da Informa??o, fornecimento de refei??es, transporte coletivo interno e fornecimento de bolsas e aux?lios. Foi realizada uma pesquisa quantitativa de delineamento transversal com uma amostra estratificada de 376 alunos de gradua??o. Foram levantados aspectos da vida acad?mica, dados socioecon?micos, grau de import?ncia e grau de satisfa??o atribu?dos aos servi?os e suas caracter?sticas. Os resultados demonstraram que o servi?o considerado mais importante ? o fornecimento de Bolsas e aux?lios, e o menos importante ? Transporte coletivo interno. Quanto ? satisfa??o, o servi?o com a melhor avalia??o foi Biblioteca, e a pior avalia??o foi Bolsas e aux?lios. Como ferramenta de suporte ? tomada de decis?es para prioriza??o de melhorias foi realizada a an?lise import?ncia-satisfa??o sobre os servi?os e suas caracter?sticas. Constatou-se que todos os servi?os precisam ser melhorados, sendo que Bolsas e aux?lios necessitam de uma ?a??o urgente?. Aprofundando a investiga??o, tamb?m foram realizadas infer?ncias estat?sticas. Por meio do teste t de Student foi rejeitada a hip?tese nula de que os alunos estariam satisfeitos com os servi?os. Foram realizadas ainda compara??es entre grupos da amostra para identificar diverg?ncias nas avalia??es dos servi?os. Por meio do teste t de Student para duas amostras e do teste Kruskal-Wallis para k amostras constatou-se que n?o h? diverg?ncias significativas nas avalia??es dos servi?os por aspectos como turno do curso e sexo, por?m h? diverg?ncias nas avalia??es dos servi?os quando foram comparados representantes estudantis e n?o representantes, assim como entre alunos da cidade de Juiz de Fora e de outras cidades, e entre alunos de diferentes faixas de renda. Observa-se que os resultados desta pesquisa representam bons indicadores sobre a percep??o dos alunos em rela??o ? satisfa??o e import?ncia dos servi?os complementares prestados pela IFES. The goal of thisresearch is to investigate the structure and recent dynamics of Maranh?o economy, with emphasis on the role of natural resources for the development of the state. Maranh?o has considerable dependence on their level of economic activity linked to the behavior of prices of its key mining and agricultural commodities in the international market. The Maranh?o production structure is characterized by marked relative share assigned to the intermediate goods industry and the large supply-oriented to serve the foreign market production and natural resources. In this context, this work aims to contribute to the debate of evolution, structural characterization and dynamics of Maranh?o economy in the national context period in the 1970 to 2010, seeking to identify changes and continuities with emphasis on the period from 1990 to 2010. From the argument of some authors, it is possible to detail aspects that facilitate the development of this type of work and as the teams if they hold. It is possible to identify the conceptual beddings of the teams' development, with emphasys at the importance of the same ones in a changing environment, its advantages and its viability, approaching since the begging of team to its development, the relevance of the leadership, how to set up efficient meetings, the importance to establish the goals, how to stimulate the creativity of the members, how to prize them and recognizes from the organization. The research has been done in a steel industry with the objective to evaluate the behavior of different business at same environment. The objective was to verify if the teams' behavior would be similar or different front to several questions. The research was applied at the first semester with the Six Sigma, CCQ, Projects, Routine and Improvements teams'. Analyzing the result of the research and comparing with each type of team and theirs characteristics, it is possible to conclude, amongst other aspects, that the teams do not behave in the same way although acting at the same company, with similar resources and enterprise culture / Esta pesquisa tem como objetivo detalhar elementos que proporcionem o aumento da produtividade do trabalho em equipes. A partir da argumenta??o de v?rios autores, ? poss?vel detalhar aspectos que facilitam o desenvolvimento desse tipo de trabalho e como as equipes se comportam. Identificam-se os fundamentos conceituais e metodol?gicos do desenvolvimento de equipes, enfatizando a import?ncia das mesmas num ambiente de mudan?as, suas vantagens e sua viabilidade, abordando desde a forma??o da equipe ao seu desenvolvimento, a relev?ncia da lideran?a, o papel da motiva??o como alavancador de resultado, a import?ncia de estimular a criatividade dos membros e reconhecer os resultados obtidos pelas equipes. In order to present the meanings of different "conservatisms" in space and time, the research begins with a theoretical mapping of the basic principles of conservative political philosophy, from Edmund Burke to the American neoconservatism. Then, using surveys published by opinion research institutes, it outlines the features of "the Brazilian way of conservatism" and of the traditional values held by significant segments of the population. However, the thesis suggests that the electoral potential of conservatism has not been fully exploited by the major Brazilian political parties, which, in the wake of the "leftist consensus" created during the military regime, remain reproducing the phenomena of "ashamed right", especially in party programs and in the political platforms presented in presidential elections. Nevertheless, this "representative vacuum" would have been felt by sectors of civil society and of the National Congress. Thus, intellectuals, opinion makers and recent social movements have been encouraging a "culture war" in order to win public opinion and implement conservative values also in the political sphere. At he same time, the thesis argues that groups such as the "evangelical bench" and the "bullet bench" have overcome the feeling of "ashamed right" and started to introduce overtitly conservative agendas in parliament, gradually minimizing the "representative vacuum" produced by the political parties. / A presente tese analisa a natureza do conservadorismo no Brasil contempor?neo, enfatizando os valores assentados na mentalidade popular, os recentes movimentos da sociedade civil e o comportamento de elites pol?ticas no Congresso Nacional. A fim de apresentar os significados dos conservadorismos no espa?o e no tempo, a pesquisa se inicia com um mapeamento te?rico dos princ?pios basilares da filosofia pol?tica conservadora, de Edmund Burke ao neoconservadorismo norte-americano. Em seguida, valendo-se sobretudo de surveys publicados por institutos de pesquisa, delineia-se os tra?os do "conservadorismo ? brasileira" e dos valores tradicionais defendidos por parcelas expressivas da popula??o. Contudo, a tese sugere que o potencial eleitoral do conservadorismo n?o vem sendo explorado pelos principais partidos pol?ticos brasileiros, os quais, na esteira de um "consenso de esquerda" instalado ainda durante o regime militar, permaneceriam reproduzindo o fen?meno da "direita envergonhada", especialmente no que se refere aos programas partid?rios e ?s plataformas pol?ticas apresentadas nas elei??es presidenciais. N?o obstante, o "v?cuo representativo" da? decorrente teria sido percebido por setores da sociedade civil e do Congresso Nacional. Nesse sentido, intelectuais, formadores de opini?o e movimentos sociais recentes estariam oferecendo f?lego a uma "guerra cultural" a fim de conquistar a opini?o p?blica e fazer triunfar pressupostos conservadores tamb?m na esfera pol?tica. Em paralelo, a pesquisa argumenta que grupos como a "bancada evang?lica" e a "bancada da bala", tendo superado o sentimento da "direita envergonhada", estariam a introduzir agendas ostensivamente conservadoras no parlamento, minimizando paulatinamente o "v?cuo representativo" suscitado pelos partidos pol?ticos.

Its scope narrates how, from the second half of the 1950?s on, the proposal of democratization of Brazilian rural world acquires new connotation facing the agrarian reformism. From JK?s government, it was sketched a model which not only defused the agrarian reformism but also suggested diverse pattern of agricultural modernization in relation to the imaginary precedent. A raw material obtained with excellence standards is the first step to providing a safe product for consumer. The implementation of quality management system is a factor of growth and business success. A shrimp fishery trawl is a shipping company for capture and storage shrimps, thus necessitating the systems implementation ensure shrimp?s quality and safety, because it?s perishable, high commercial value and export. The objective in this work was to implement a management quality organized, represented by Manual of good handling practices to ensure safety of hygienical-sanitary for shrimp. Used a case study holistic and descriptive in a shrimp fishery trawl. The evidence collection is given through intensive direct observation and documentation. Used as research tools a check-list of Good Manufacturing Practices in establishments products/food suppliers from Sanitary Surveillance National Agency. After the first evaluation, elaborated the Manual of Good Practices on Handling of Fish and guided improvement actions, defining the basic situations that involve the capture and transport with measures to ensure the safe and sanitary quality and the instructions theoretical and practical training to develop operational techniques. Good results was achieved with the Manual as speed in providing service with a reduction in average time of work execution on board around 37,5%, higher prodution volume and profit improvement by reducing the loss by errors in manipulation, and these losses have increased from 0,5% for 0,15% considered a virtually total flow of production. With Manual of Good Practice for Handling Fish observed benefits to shrimp fishery trawl, shaping the quality and indicating ways to control production. / A produ??o prim?ria representada pela agricultura, pecu?ria e pesca ? a base para o estabelecimento de atitudes em prol da qualidade na ?rea dos alimentos. Uma mat?ria-prima obtida com padr?es de qualidade de excel?ncia ? o primeiro passo para disponibiliza??o de um produto in?cuo para o consumidor. A aplica??o de sistema de gest?o da qualidade ? um fator de crescimento e sucesso empresarial. Camaroneiro ? uma empresa mar?tima destinada ? captura e armazenagem de camar?es, necessitando, portanto da implementa??o de sistemas que garantam a qualidade higi?nico-sanit?rio e a seguran?a dos camar?es, por ser produto perec?vel, de alto valor comercial e de exporta??o. O objetivo dessa pesquisa, baseando-se no Ciclo de Deming, como pressuposto de diretriz para documenta??o de sistema de gest?o da qualidade, foi elaborar o Manual de Boas Pr?ticas de Manipula??o para barco camaroneiro com orienta??o de a??es t?cnicas de processo como forma de valorizar a mercadoria frente ao mercado competitivo. A metodologia utilizada foi o estudo de caso hol?stico e descritivo em um barco camaroneiro. A coleta de evid?ncias se deu por meio da observa??o direta intensiva e da documenta??o. Usou-se como instrumental de pesquisa o check-list de Boas Pr?ticas de Fabrica??o em estabelecimentos produtos/comercializadores de alimentos da Ag?ncia Nacional de Vigil?ncia Sanit?ria. Ap?s a primeira avalia??o, elaborou-se o Manual de Boas Pr?ticas de Manipula??o do Pescado e orientou-se a??es de melhoria, definindo as situa??es b?sicas que envolvem a captura e transporte com medidas que garantam as condi??es de seguran?a higi?nico-sanit?rias e as instru??es de ensino te?rico e pr?tico para desenvolver as t?cnicas operacionais. Obteve-se bons resultados com o Manual com agilidade na presta??o do servi?o com diminui??o do tempo m?dio de execu??o do trabalho a bordo em torno de 37,5 %, maior volume de produ??o e melhoria dos lucros pela diminui??o das perdas do produto por manipula??o incorreta, sendo que estas perdas passaram de 0,5% para 0,15% considerado um escoamento praticamente total da produ??o. Com a introdu??o do Manual de Boas Pr?ticas de Manipula??o do Pescado no local observou-se benef?cios para a embarca??o, modelando a qualidade e indicando formas de controle da produ??o.

In Brazil, the handling of public stores coincided with the Guaranteed Minimum Prices Policy (PGPM) that historically was subordinated to diverse objectives than others related to the regulated stabilization of markets. We focus in special the period mediated by the years of 1965 and 1998, with emphasis in the approval of a new set of ordering rules for the (non retail) markets, a strengthening element for the better arbitration of the public manager in the regulation of the agricultural markets in the country. Contradictorily, however, such potential of intervention chocked with the fiscal crisis of the Brazilian State and in the financial pressure deterioration of the system, besides of the macroeconomic scenario of great exposure of the Brazilian economy to the international market in 90th years. Particularly after the implantation of the Real Plan, the strategy of an economic policy referred to circumstantial external market prices, appropriated by means of key-parameter of the agricultural and commercial policies, was too dangerous. Lacking consistent rules to order the commercialization, the proper public performance tended to aggravate the market instability making impracticable, by this means, the coordination of the interchange as a basis for the regulated stability of food prices. In truth, such stability could constitute one of the elements to improve consistent policies of food security, especially in an asymmetric reality like that one of Brazil, where the public institutionality with stores traditionally lacked any explicit correlation with so urgent theme. / Nosso intuito neste trabalho de tese foi repensar os limites, avan?o e retrocesso da interven??o do Estado na comercializa??o agr?cola, particularmente quanto ? efetividade do manejo de estoques de alimentos pela inst?ncia p?blica que interv?m, forjando condi??es de ordem e liquidez nos mercados de commodities. No Brasil, o manejo de estoques p?blicos coincidiu com a Pol?tica de Garantia de Pre?os M?nimos (PGPM), pol?tica esta que historicamente foi subordinada a objetivos outros que os da estabiliza??o regulada de mercados. Focalizamos em especial o per?odo mediado pelos anos de 1965 e 1998, com ?nfase na aprova??o de novo conjunto de regras ordenadoras dos mercados de atacado, que representou um elemento de potencializa??o da arbitragem do gestor p?blico na regula??o dos mercados agr?colas no pa?s. Contraditoriamente, por?m, tal potencial de interven??o esbarrava na crise fiscal do Estado brasileiro e no agravamento da press?o financeira sobre o sistema, ademais do cen?rio macroecon?mico de maior exposi??o da economia brasileira ao mercado internacional nos anos 90. Particularmente a partir da implanta??o do Plano Real, exacerbaram-se os perigos da estrat?gia de pol?tica econ?mica lastreada na assun??o dos pre?os (circunstanciais) do mercado externo, apropriados como par?metro-chave das pol?ticas agr?cola e comercial. Faltando regras consistentes de ordenamento da comercializa??o, a pr?pria a??o p?blica tendia a agravar a instabilidade de mercado inviabilizando-se, desta forma, a coordena??o do interc?mbio como base da estabilidade regulada de pre?os alimentares. Como sabido, tal estabilidade se constituiria em um dos condicionantes do avan?o de pol?ticas consistentes de seguran?a alimentar, sobretudo em realidades como a brasileira, em que a institucionalidade p?blica com estoques tradicionalmente prescindiu de qualquer correla??o expl?cita com t?o premente quest?o.
