Tout d'abord, en s'appuyant sur les concepts créé par Antonio Gramsci, de révolution passive et de parti politique et aussi du concept d appareil d hégémonie philosophique (AHF) élaborée par Christine Bucci-Glucksmann, nous avons cherché les objectifs suivants: (i) une interprétation de l'histoire récente du Brésil, où la dictature est analyse, avec l aide du concept de révolution passive, comme un exemple de révolution-restauration; (ii) une analyse de l action organique de Miguel Reale, Antonio Paim et Paulo Mercadante, à la lumière des concepts de parti politique et A.H.F. Paim et Mercadante, qui étaient, dans ses jeunesses, des militants du Parti Communiste Brésilien (PCB), jusqu'à 1956, lorsqu'il se sont rapproché de Reale et ont commencé à intégrer, l'IBF et la Convivium. Ce processus est problématisé à partir du concept gramscien de transformisme. L analyse de la trajectoire historique du IBF et de la Convivium nous a permis de conclure qu ils forment 'un seul A.H.F. - organisation fondamentale pour essaie d'établir une hégémonie de classe pendant la dictature et aussi comme un outil dans la lutte de classes. Notre principale source c est la Revue Convivium, publié entre 1962 et la moitié des années 1990, revue né, d'une publication antérieure, liée à l'Institut des Recherches et d'Études Sociales (IPES). Enfin, en s'appuyant dans les concepts du matérialisme historique, élaborées par Karl Marx et Friedrich Engels dans l Idéologie Allemande, et du concept, déjà nommé, de révolution passive, nous essayions de caractériser les conceptions historiques et philosophiques de Paim et Mercadante développés, respectivement, dans les ouvrages: Histoire des idées philosophiques au Brésil et Conscience conservatrice au Brésil; comme un exemple d' idéologie brésilienne / O objetivo deste estudo é investigar o Instituto Brasileiro de Filosofia (IBF) e a revista Convivium durante a ditadura militar (1964-1985). Por um lado, partindo dos conceitos de revolução passiva e partido político, elaborados por Antonio Gramsci, e aparelho de hegemonia filosófico (A.H.F.), de Christine Bucci-Glucksmann, buscamos: (i) a interpretação da história recente do Brasil a partir da revolução passiva, onde a ditadura é elucidada como revolução-restauração; (ii) a análise da atuação orgânica, neste contexto, de Miguel Reale, Antonio Paim e Paulo Mercadante a partir do conceito de partido político e de A.H.F. Paim e Mercadante foram militantes do Partido Comunista Brasileiro (PCB) até 1956, quando se aproximaram de Reale e passaram a integrar, com o tempo, o IBF e a Convivium este processo é esclarecido pela categoria gramsciana de transformismo. A partir da trajetória histórica do IBF e da Convivium concluímos que formaram um único A.H.F. - organização fundamental para a tentativa de construir uma hegemonia de classe durante a ditadura e instrumento para a luta de classes. Nossa principal fonte é a revista Convivium, publicada de 1962 a meados dos anos 1990, nasceu como uma publicação ligada ao Instituto de Pesquisas e Estudos Sociais (IPES). Por outro lado, a partir do materialismo histórico, delineado por Karl Marx e Friedrich Engels n A Ideologia Alemã, e da própria revolução-passiva, buscamos tratar as concepções histórico-filosóficas de Paim e Mercadante desenvolvidas, respectivamente, nas seguintes obras: História das idéias filosóficas no Brasil e A consciência conservadora no Brasil. This thesis explores ancient ideas regarding the constructive properties of intoxicating drinks, as presented in Greco-Roman sources from the first to third centuries AD. In doing so, it responds to Mary Douglas' Constructive Drinking (1987), which emphasised that, contrary to anthropological findings, many societies' authorities tend to focus upon, and overemphasise, the destructive aspects of alcohol consumption. This pattern is particularly prevalent in modern Western scholarship. The same trend can be detected within both Greco-Roman society and classical scholarship. Although many Greeks and Romans undoubtedly consumed quantities of wine, on a regular basis, in a manner which was widely considered 'moderate', the literary evidence from this period tends to focus most heavily upon excessive and/or destructive drinking. Similarly, much of the modern scholarship which addresses drinking in the Roman Empire focuses upon drunkenness and the destructive aspects of drinking. Yet it is clear that Greco-Roman society considered wine consumption to be significantly beneficial, in a wide variety of ways, provided that moderation was employed. The destructive consequences of drinking were almost exclusively associated with excessive and inappropriate consumption. In reaction to this bias in the sources and scholarship, this thesis undertakes a re-reading of the ancient evidence through the 'Constructive Drinking' lens. It identifies and explores the ways in which the Greeks and Romans of this period considered drinking to be important, useful, or otherwise 'constructive' to the individual and society. Where possible, this thesis attempts to identify how important and widespread such beliefs were. This thesis has two main areas of focus. First, the ways in which intoxicating drink was considered to be constructive for an individual's health and wellbeing. Second, the ways in which intoxicating drink was considered to be of social benefit to both individuals and groups. This thesis accordingly provides a fresh perspective on drinking in antiquity, and illustrates the methodological significance of the Constructive Drinking lens for future research.

La presente investigación tiene como objeto de estudio analizar la forma en la cual se presenta el servicio de delivery en los restaurantes de servicio completo elegantes afectados por la pandemia a causa del Covid-19. La investigación se centró en el estudio cualitativo del consumidor para entender las necesidades, preferencias y percepciones acerca del servicio de delivery en relación con este grupo de restaurantes. Además de ello, se evaluó la distribución de la información y recorrido del servicio desde todos los puntos de contacto con la función de conocer las maneras en los medios por los cuales se puede proponer una solución que permita optimizar el servicio brindado. Para la investigación se realizaron distintas metodologías de carácter cualitativo como el análisis de customer journey, entrevistas y el análisis de insight con el objetivo de profundizar en la percepción del cliente sobre el delivery. Finalmente se escogió el caso de un restaurante que cumple con las caracteristicas establecidas para desarrollar el proyecto: Osteria Convivium. Entre los principales hallazgos se encontró la inclinación del público a comparar la experiencia física de los restaurantes con el servicio de comida a domicilio. Por otro lado, se diferenciaron conceptos que según el usuario son indispensables para la optimización en el servicio de delivery. Es por ello que la propuesta de diseño tiene como objetivo integrar los conceptos desarrollados en la investigación y desarrollarlo en los tres puntos de contacto delimitados por el presente estudio. / This research purpose is to analyze the way in which delivery services are presented in elegant full-service restaurants affected by the pandemic due to Covid-19. The research focused on the qualitative study of the consumer to understand their needs, preferences and perceptions about the delivery service in relation to this group of restaurants. In addition, the distribution of information and route of the service from all points of contact was evaluated with the intention of knowing the ways in which a solution can be proposed to optimize the service provided. For this research, different qualitative methodologies were carried out such as customer journey analysis, interviews and insight analysis with the aim of deepening the customer's perception of delivery. The case of study is Osteria Convivium, a restaurant that meets all the characteristics established to develop the project. Among the main findings was the public's inclination to compare the physical experience of restaurants with food delivery service. On the other hand, concepts were differentiated that according to the user are indispensable for the optimization in the delivery service. That is why the design proposal aims to integrate the concepts developed in the research and develop it in the three points of contact delimited by this study. / Trabajo de Suficiencia Profesional
