Participaram desta pesquisa vinte professores de primeiro e segundo graus de uma escola pública de Itatiba - S.P. Para avaliar o julgamento moral dos professores, utilizaram-se as "Entrevistas de Julgamento Moral de Kohlberg". Para avaliar as relações estabelecidas no ambiente de sala de aula, utilizou-se de uma Ficha de Observação feita com base nos pressupostos piagetianos. A análise qualitativa dos resultados baseou-se nos depoimentos dados pelos sujeitos, tendo o cuidado de acompanhar o raciocínio e a estrutura de pensamento, caracterizando o estádio de julgamento moral de acordo com a teoria de Kohlberg e, ao mesmo tempo, relacionando com a teoria de Piaget. Os sujeitos foram classificados em três níveis de julgamento moral. As relacões estabelecidas em sala de aula foram avaliadas conforme a ocorrência de relações de coação e de cooperação. Observando-se a concentração dessas relações, os sujeitos foram classificados em três níveis. Os níveis de julgamento moral foram relacionados aos níveis de relações estabelecidas no ambiente de sala de aula, confirmando a hipótese de que professores com nível mais elevado de julgamento moral proporcionam um ambiente mais "cooperativo", e professores com nível menos elevado de julgamento moral proporcionam um ambiente menos "cooperativo" / Abstract: The main purpose of this research was to verify if the teacher's moral judgment influences on the interindividual relationships established in the classroom. There have participated from the research twenty teachers from a public school of Itatiba - S.P., comprehending the elementary school, high school and college. To evaluate the moral judgment of the teachers it was used the "Kohlberg Moral Judgment Interviews". To evaluate the relationship established in the classroom environrnent, it was used an Observation File made up based on the piagetian's postulations. The qualitative analysis from the results was based on the statements given by the individuals, concerning to follow the reasoning and the structure of thought, featuring the moral judgment stage according to the Kohlberg theory and, at the same time, relating it to Piaget' s theory. The individuais were graded on three levels of moral judgment. The relationships established in the classroom were evaluated according to the occurrence of coactions and cooperation relationships. By observing the concentration of this relationships, the individuals were graded on three levels. The levels of moral judgment were related to the levels of relationships established in the classroom environrnent, sustain the hypothesis that teachers with more elevated moral judgment provide a more "cooperative" environrnent, and teachers with less elevated moral judgment provide a less "cooperative" environrnent / Mestrado / Psicologia Educacional / Mestre em Educação
