With the extinction of the secretary and the coming of the internet, the professionals in several levels had started to write e-mails, memorandum reports, and others printed matters. It is intended, from there, to point out the Management of the Corporative Speech as an essential ability in the construction of a solid career. The truncated and badly transmited entrepreneurial communication affects, indeed, the success relations. To acquire this ability, sociohistorical elements were searched and some Portuguese language´s lexical, grammatical, textual principies were got up, with no intention of exhausting them. After all, the Portuguese language is very rich to be concentrated in only some hundreds of sheets. In the end, the attachments show real examples collected during several years / Esta dissertação investiga a importância da boa escrita na esfera corporativa. Com a extinsão da secretária e a vinda da internet, os profissionais de diversos níveis passaram a escrever e-mails, memorandos, relatórios, entre outros impressos. Pretende-se, a partir daí, situar a Gestão do Discurso Corporativo como uma competência essencial na construção de uma carreira sólida. A comunicação organizacional truncada e mal conduzida afeta, de fato, as relações de sucesso. Para a aquisição desta competência, foram pesquisados elementos sócio-históricos e levantados alguns recursos léxicos, gramaticais, textuais da língua portuguesa, sem a intenção de esgotá-los. Afinal, a língua portuguesa é muito rica para ser concentrada em apenas algumas centenas de folhas. Ao final, os anexos apresentam exemplos reais coletados durante alguns anos
