The diploma work deals with design of lifting mechanism of overhead crane trolley with a load capacity 200 t. The main objective is design and analysis of selected components of lifting mechanism and components which are directly associated with lifting mechanism. Work includes design elements of a rope system, such as rope, rope drum, sheaves, sheave block, elements of the proposals of propulsion, such as engine, transmission, brake, coupling. The work contains also strength calculations of some components and drawing documentation.

This thesis presents four categories of form basic to all of Stephen Crane's poetry: antiphons, apologues, emblems, and testaments. A survey of previous shortcomings in the critical acceptance of Crane as a poet leads into reasons why the categorization of form here helps to alleviate some of those problems. The body of the thesis consists of four chapters, one for each basic form. Each form is defined and explained, exemplary poems in each category are explicated, and specifics are given as to what makes one poem better than the next. The thesis ends with an elevation of Crane's worth as a poet and a confirmation of the merits of this new categorization of form.

In the thesis according to the award (the design and assessment of the basic elements of container crane, design and calculation drives of bridge and cats, including relevant drawings) developed completely. Assessment of the basic elements of container crane is carried out according to CSN 27 0103 Design of steel structures and cranes CSN 73 1401 Design of steel structures. It is designed and calculated drives as a bridge crane and drive cats. The thesis is processed into different units according to the award.

This master`s thesis deals with the design of an offshore crane jib with maximal safe working load 80 tons and maximal radius 45 meters. The design consists of a design solution of the steel construction and a stress analysis of its FEM model, which was performed using NX I-deas software according to the requirements and specifications of the Huisman company. This thesis includes source materials for drawing documentation.
