La investigación tiene como propósito determinar las diferentes perspectivas y concepciones que tienen la policía de la DIRINTRAP (DEPINTRAP Cajamarca), los fiscales del Ministerio Público, la Ronda Urbana y las mujeres que ejercen la prostitución callejera en Cajamarca sobre el tratamiento regulatorio-criminológico de la prostitución en la misma ciudad durante el período 2014-2020. Para ello, el estudio emplea una metodología de investigación cualitativa, de paradigma constructivista en el que coexisten dos métodos de investigación: el Análisis Crítico del Discurso (ACD) como método principal de investigación y la etnografía como método complementario al ACD por coadyuvar a suplir la ausencia de datos sobre la Ronda Urbana bajo estudio en cuanto a su organización y estructura. Finalmente, los datos producto de la investigación se enlazan con los estudios sobre el poder de Michel Foucault, el capital de Pierre Bourdieu, los principales modelos criminológicos sobre la prostitución, así como el concepto de injusticia epistémica de Miranda Fricker. / The purpose of the research is to determine the different perspectives and conceptions about the regulatory-criminological treatment of prostitution held by DIRINTRAP police (DEPINTRAP Cajamarca), prosecutors of the Public Prosecutor's Office, the Ronda Urbana and women who practice street prostitution in the city of Cajamarca during the period 2014-2020. To this end, the study employs a qualitative research methodology, of constructivist paradigm in which two research methods coexist: the Critical Discourse Analysis (CDA) of Teun A. Van Dijk as the main research method and ethnography as a complementary method to CDA for helping to make up for the absence of data on the Ronda Urbana under study in terms of its organization and structure. Finally, the data obtained as a result of the research are linked to the studies on power by Michel Foucault, capital by Pierre Bourdieu, the main criminological models on prostitution, as well as the concept of epistemic injustice by Miranda Fricker.
