El siguiente informe tiene por finalidad exponer el análisis trabajado en base a las cuestiones jurídicas identificadas en el Expediente No. 528149-2013/DSD (en adelante, el “Expediente”), mediante el cual se tramita la acción de cancelación por falta de uso del registro de la marca JUNIOR en la clase 38 de la Clasificación Internacional de Productos y Servicios Niza, promovido por Disney Enterprises Inc., de Estados Unidos de América (en adelante, “DISNEY”), representada por el estudio Barreda Moller Abogados de Perú, contra Wilson Eduardo Valle Dianderas (en adelante, el “señor Valle Dianderas”).
