El presente trabajo de tesis se centra en la manifestación cultural popular desarrollada de manera temporal en el barrio de La Balanza, distrito de Comas, conocida como la Fiteca y observando las dinámicas con potencial para el desarrollo que la circundan, se ha identificado aquellas que tienen el potencial para transformar el barrio, más allá de la efímera transformación ocurrida durante la temporada de festividad y más allá del plano intangible de lo cultural, centrándose en aquellas que pueden tener repercusión sobre el plano físico de lo urbano, y en base a éstas se ha elaborado una aproximación arquitectónica que evidencie la capacidad de estimular y de sostener dinámicas semejantes y complementarias a las que se despliegan durante la Fiteca y que resulten favorables para el barrio y la cimentación sobre un desarrollo enfocado en la expansión de libertades humanas y el enriquecimiento de la vida, conocido como el desarrollo a escala humana, concepto sobre el cual se ha sostenido el presente trabajo. Exponiéndose el presente trabajo a través de seis capítulos en los que se abordan luego de la etapa Introductoria (Cap.1), tres aproximaciones, una Conceptual (Cap.2), una Investigativa (Cap.3) y una Proyectual (Cap.4), sobre las cuales se ha construido aprendizajes en base a la evolución, multiplicación, la técnica y la perennidad, aprendizajes sobre los cuales luego se ha construido una Propuesta Proyectual (Cap.5), y derivado hacia las posteriores Conclusiones (Cap.6). / The present thesis work focuses on the popular cultural manifestation developed temporarily in the district of La Balanza, Comas, known as the Fiteca and observing the dynamics with potential for development that surround it, has identified those that have the potential to transform the neighborhood, beyond the ephemeral transformation that occurred during the festive season and beyond the intangible plane of the cultural, focusing on those that can have an impact on the physical plane of the urban, and based on these has developed an architectural approach that demonstrates the capacity to stimulate and sustain similar and complementary dynamics to those that unfold during the Fiteca and that are favorable for the neighborhood and the foundations on a development focused on the expansion of human freedoms and the enrichment of life, known as development on a human scale, a concept on which The present work has been sustained. The present work is exposed through six chapters in which after the Introductory stage (Chap.1), three approaches, one Conceptual (Chap.2), one Investigative (Chap.3) and one Proyectual (Chap.4) are addressed on which learning has been built on the basis of evolution, multiplication, technique and durability, learning on which a Project Proposal has been built later (Chap. 5), and derived to subsequent Conclusions (Chap. 6).
