Enquanto prática, para que a igualdade de acesso seja garantida, requer que o foco das ações seja deslocado da diferença individual para a adaptação do ambiente físico e social. A inclusão pode ser descrita enquanto um fenômeno social complexo, resultado de ações que são estabelecidas e mantidas por diferentes agências como governo, instituições formadoras de educadores, escolas, pessoas com necessidades educativas especiais, suas famílias e a mídia. Uma das ações que pode oferecer condições para que práticas inclusivas sejam apresentadas é o estabelecimento de leis. Leis, no âmbito deste trabalho, são compreendidas enquanto formulações verbais que descrevem comportamentos e que, para melhor compreensão e governo do comportamento dos indivíduos de um grupo deve especificar as ações a serem realizadas, sob quais circunstâncias e prever consequências para seu cumprimento ou não. Este trabalho teve como objetivo analisar o Projeto de Lei do Senado nº 6, de 2003, que "Institui o Estatuto da Pessoa com Deficiência e dá outras providências", que está em processo de reformulação com possibilidades de votação ainda para o presente ano e identificar e descrever enunciados de contingências e caracterizá-las em relação à: presença dos termos em completas ou incompletas... (Resumo completo, clicar acesso eletrônico abaixo) / Abstract: Public politics established lines to ensure the equality of access opportunity to several environments in spite of the population differences, aiming at promoting of a less segregated and more inclusive society. In practice, so that the equality of access be guaranteed, requires that the focus of the actions be dislocated from the individual difference to the physical and social environment adjustment. The inclusion can be described as a complex social phenomenon, a result of actions established and kept for different agencies such as the government, formative educators institutions, schools, people with educative special necessities, their families and the media. One of the actions which can provide conditions so that the inclusive practices be adopet is the establishment of laws. Laws, inside his project, are understoods as verbal formulations which describe behavior, and for a better understanding and the behavior contol of the individual from a group, must specify the actions to be done, under such circumstances and predict consequences for its accomplishment or not. Analisando alguns aspectos que cercaram o cotidiano das pessoas, nos seus espaços de lazer e de trabalho, foi possível apreender como a comunidade alemã incorporou práticas culturais, ao mesmo tempo, que contribuiu na formação e constituição da Colônia e da região ao inserir seus costumes e conhecimentos, transformando esse processo numa dinâmica de trocas culturais, que colaborou na construção da identidade brasileira. Se, por um lado, os espaços de sociabilidade compartilhados entre as pessoas eram os espaços que os uniam ao emergir o sentimento de pertencimento à comunidade, ao lugar que se estabeleceram, por outro, esses espaços também demarcavam as diferenças sociais que, paulatinamente foram sendo superadas ou resignificadas, na medida em que se inseriam na sociedade brasileira. Portanto, os sentimentos múltiplos que se entrecruzam na memória evidenciam uma Colônia que perdeu sua identidade alemã ao se inserir e se adequar aos costumes brasileiros. Porém, esse processo foi permeado por inúmeras dificuldades, sofrimentos e preconceitos relacionados à sua inserção, às quais foram sendo forjadas pelas múltiplas formas de sociabilidade que, não só viabilizaram essa inserção como ampliaram as redes de relações que possibilitaram às pessoas o sentimento de identificação à nova identidade / Abstract: The present research has the intention of assimilating the network of sociability woven by the German immigrants and their descendent, dwellers of the Riograndense Colony in the city of Maracaí, state of São Paulo, Brazil. Analyzing some aspects of the daily routine of these people, in their work and leisure issues, made possible to assimilate how the German community incorporated the cultural practices in the meantime that contributed to the formation of the Colony and its region while introducing its habits and knowledge turning this project in to a dynamic of social exchanges that collaborated to the formation of the Brazilian identity. If in one hand the spaces of sociability shared among the people were the same spaces that gathered them in the appearing of this feeling of belonging to a community, to the place they have established, in the other hand these spaces also demarcated the social differences that were overcame and resignified while they inserted themselves into the Brazilian society. Therefore the multiple feelings that intercross in the memory show a colony that lost its German identity while introducing itself to the Brazilian habits. Nevertheless this process was permeated by countless difficulties, suffering and preconception related to its insertion forged by the multiple forms of sociability that besides making possible this insertion also amplified the relationship network that gave the people the feeling of identification to the new identity / Doutor

Orientador: Luci Regina Muzzeti / Banca: Caren Elisabeth Studer / Banca: Darwin Ianuskiewtz / Banca: Mauro Carlos Romanatto / Banca: Roberta Cortez Gaio / Resumo: Este estudo tem a intencionalidade, verificando o itinerário social de cinco professores de Educação Física que ministram aulas na EMEF Ricardo de Castro Caramuru Monteiro, na cidade de Araraquara- SP, identificar as disposições assimiladas por eles, principalmente na construção social do seu corpo, exteriorizado na postura corporal, ou seja, segundo Bourdieu(1979) na sua héxis corporal e sua relação com o cotidiano escolar. Estabeleci como pressuposto para este estudo que a construção social da héxis corporal do professor de educação física é um processo em constante construção, pois é resultante de sua trajetória de vida com intervenções provenientes do contexto social da qual vive. Nesse enfrentamento diário, o agente e ou o seu grupo social tende a tornar visíveis os aspectos de dinamicidade e permanência de sua ação. Em tal dinâmica, o agente e ou o grupo a qual pertença, incorpora os elementos constituintes da realidade social e, a seu modo, exterioriza os conteúdos simbólicos interiorizados, compartilhando os traços de uma cultura comum que pode ser examinada através do conceito de habitus. Bourdieu (1984) debita esse trabalho de inculcação e construção de uma héxis corporal à instância da educação primária, realizada primordialmente pela família e pela classe social a qual pertença essa família. Essa primeira educação acontece pela absorção, e por meio das relações sociais, de uma matriz de práticas contidas em um código, a héxis corporal expressa à motricidade, enquanto esquema postural que é ao mesmo tempo singular e sistemático, pois é solidário de todo sistema de técnicas do corpo e de instrumentos, e carregado de uma miríade de significações e de valores sociais. Em seguida, essa educação primária tende a passar pelo trabalho pedagógico, institucionalizado no sistema de ensino... (Resumo completo, clicar acesso eletrônico abaixo) / Abstract: This study has the intentionality, verifying the five physical education teachers' social route that supply classes in EMEF Ricardo de Castro Caramuru Monteiro, in the city of Araraquara - SP, to identify the dispositions assimilated by them, mainly in the social construction of your body, uttered in the corporal posture, in other words, second Bourdieu (1979) in your corporal hexes and your relationship with the daily school. I established as presupposition for this study that the social construction of the physical education teacher's corporal hexes is a process in constant construction, because it is resulting of your life path with coming interventions of the social context of the which lives. In that daily effacement, the agent and or your social group leaves visible the dynamics aspects and permanence of your action. In such dynamics, the agent and or the group which belongs, incorporates the constituent elements of the social reality and, to your way, it utters the internalized symbolic contents, sharing the lines of a common culture that can be examined through the habitus concept. Bordieu (1984) it debits that inculcation work and construction of a corporal hexes to the instance of the primary education, accomplished primordially by the family and for the social class which belongs that family. That first education happens for the absorption, through the social relationships, of a head office of practices contained in a code, the corporal hexes expresses to the motility, while outline postural that is at the same time singular and systematic, because it is solidary of every system of techniques of the body and of instruments, and loaded of a myriad of meanings and of social values.
