Para tanto, realizou-se um estudo de ordem bibliográfica, com o intuito de entrelaçar teóricos da Educação e do Direito que justificariam e embasariam as proposições e as análises dos documentos normativos que regulam a matéria. Diante disso, pudemos verificar que o acesso crítico aos conteúdos do Direito desde a tenra idade pode compensar a ausência de familiaridade do cidadão com os mecanismos normativos que legitimam a estrutura burocrática de nosso Estado Democrático de Direitos. Dessa maneira, uma sólida cultura jurídica pode significar o limiar tênue que separa a autonomia da alienação. / Since Brazilian Federal Constitution establishes citizenship as one of the purpose of education and Rights being a branch of knowledge that should not be neglected when it is intended to achieve such a goal, we opted to develop a qualitative research, with the scope of verifying how the contents of Rights are foreseen in the curriculum of the Brazilian Basic School and if, in fact, we can speak in a material access to Justice. In order to do so, a bibliographical study was carried out with the intention of interlacing education and law theorists who would justify and base the propositions and analyzes of the normative documents that regulate the matter. Given this, we have been able to verify that critical access to the content of Law from an early age can compensate for the lack of familiarity of the citizen with the normative mechanisms that legitimize the bureaucratic structure of our Democratic State of Rights. In this way, a solid legal culture can mean the tenuous threshold separating autonomy from alienation.
