The diploma thesis deals with the issue of secondary vocational schools, specifically secondary art schools completed by the graduation exam. The Czech Republic has a relatively dense network of these schools, however, from the point of view of pedagogy it is insufficiently researched. The aim of the theoretical part of the work is to describe art education at secondary schools in the Czech Republic, to state the forms of art disciplines at secondary schools, the organization of teaching in specific forms of art studies and the curriculum of subjects. The work also deals with issues of the number of art schools in the Czech Republic, with the qualifications of teachers at these schools and the number of pupils admitted to these schools. The didactic part of the work will be devoted to qualitative research focused on the form of graphic design, as the most numerous form of art study represented at secondary vocational art education. The aim of the research is to describe the real situation in a sample of secondary vocational schools with the field of graphic design. This thesis contains an analysis of the conception of geographical education on ISCED level 3 in Germany. It aims to answer the following basic conceptual questions: Under which conditions is geography being taught? In what manner is geography being taught? What are the expected effects of geographical education on the pupils? During the discussion of conditions, the current status of geography as a teaching subject is presented and the possibilities for cross-curricular collaboration are pointed out. Emphasis is placed on the analysis of form and content, learning objectives/goals and creation of geographical skills. Another part of the thesis is the description of the process and methods used to evaluate the gained geographical knowledge of pupils. The basic method for obtaining relevant data is content analysis of the curricula of the federal states of Germany, resulting in a set of complete record sheets. Tvorba školního vzdělávacího programu pro předmět fyzika na kombinovaném lyceu / Design of a school educational programme for physics education at the combined lyceumCinkraut, Kamil January 2021 (has links)
The main aim of this thesis is to design a school educational programme for physics education at a combined lyceum. The thesis first gives a brief overview of the development of curriculum documents in the Czech lands from the 18th century to the present day and summarizes three trends in the philosophy of education regarding curriculum documents in order to base this design on an awareness of the broader context of trends in education. As the pupil's opinions are also important to us, the results of a Q-methodology study conducted on 22 pupils of a combined lyceum are also presented. They were asked to express their viewpoint for physics topics from the framework educational programme. Pupils of a Prague grammar school were also asked to the same thing, so we can compare their views with pupils of the combined lyceum. Moreover, future teachers were asked to try to estimate the views of the pupils of this lyceum. The school educational programme for physics education at the combined lyceum was designed at the end. We based this design on the previous parts of the thesis, the current revision of the framework educational programme for the combined lyceum, the wishes of the school management and the opinions and preferences of the current pupils of this school.

It contains informations about the representation of this topic in curricular documents, as well as a partial analysis and comparison of selected school educational programs and textbooks. In the practical part of this work there is a short interviews with the teachers, who the question of the difficulty integration this topicit into the teaching describe directly from the practice. Based on these findings, the work also includes a proposal for a possible concept of teaching this topic (Lichens), which was applied in practice and whose advantages and disadvantages are also part of the results of research. Thesis "Health Education in School Books and Educational Reality at Primary School" deals with the realization of Health Education at primary school. Theoretical part of diploma paper results from the content of Health Education in curricular documents, further there is stated up-to-date legislation which regulates this topic. Furthermore the most frequent school books with Health Education are described in this thesis. Practical part of the diploma paper includes the assessment of teachers' attitude on primary schools towards this topic. Thesis evaluates real use of school books by teachers in their effort to achieve the main objectives of Health Education. Further it analyses selected school books of general science considering the health support and protection. In conclusion the results of research work are sumarized in this thesis with the intention to reveal the curent situation in the application of school books and other school materials in the process of realization of Health Education in chosen schools.

Previous issue date: 2018 / CAPES / The research entitled "Early Childhood Education: human development concepts in curriculum documents from the three largest cities of Santa Catarina" is located within the Public Policy and Educational Practices research line of the Master degree in Education at the Universidade da Região de Joinville – UNIVILLE and to the Grupo de Pesquisa em Políticas Públicas e Práticas Educativas para a Educação e Infância (GPEI) from UNIVILLE. This research aimed to understand the concepts of human development, of child and of infant education curriculum documents present in the Early childhood education of the three largest cities in Santa Catarina state, to highlight the societal project to which they are aligned. To do this, the study was developed in two big moments: a) a review of the literature and of documents which shows about the regulatory official documents of national education since the end of the XIX century; b) analysis of human development, child and education concepts presented on the curriculum documents provided by the municipal departments of education of the cities researched. We emphasize that we understand a formation of subjects as a result of an educational process, mediated by social relations and the appropriation of social experience. Thus, the research was epistemologically based on Historical-Dialectical Materialism and the theoretical assumptions of Historical-Cultural Psychology, using Norman Fairclough's Three-Dimensional Discourse (2001) Perspective to analyze the data. This approach was chosen because it is aligned with the epistemological basis that we used and for it to consider the socio-political-economic and ideological conditions presented in the discourses. The analyzes were made based on a complete reading of the documents and the notations of excerpts, with the following criteria: (A) that explicitly reflected the assumed conceptions about human development, child and education; or (B) are excerpts or images that show the pedagogical guidelines, through which the above concepts can be apprehended. This work enabled us to reflect, among other things, that each societal project is constituted by a certain way of thinking about the man and the world, and for each way of thinking there is an education concept, in the sense of form the individuals who will carry out the societal project. It also enabled us to identify that, among the documents of the three cities that were researched, two of them presented concepts that are moving towards a more democratic and equitable social project, based on the perspective of the child as a historical and rights being, and of the early children education as the first stage of the basic education, whose function is based on respect for the fundamental rights of the children and the guarantee of an integral formation oriented to the different human dimensions. / A pesquisa intitulada “Educação Infantil: concepções de desenvolvimento humano em documentos curriculares das três maiores cidades catarinenses” está situada no âmbito da linha de Políticas Públicas e Práticas Educativas do Programa de Pró-Graduação em Educação - Mestrado em Educação da Universidade da Região de Joinville – UNIVILLE e ao Grupo de Pesquisa em Políticas Públicas e Práticas Educativas para a Educação e Infância (GPEI) da UNIVILLE. Esta pesquisa teve como principal objetivo analisar as concepções de desenvolvimento humano, criança e educação infantil presentes em documentos curriculares da Educação Infantil das três maiores cidades catarinenses, procurando evidenciar o projeto societário ao qual estão alinhadas. Para tanto, a pesquisa foi desenvolvida em dois grandes momentos: a) revisão bibliográfica e documental sobre documentos oficiais mandatórios e orientadores da educação nacional desde o final o século XIX; b) análise das concepções de desenvolvimento humano, criança e educação contidas nos documentos curriculares fornecidos pelas secretarias municipais de educação das cidades em estudo. A pesquisa teve como referencial teórico a Psicologia Histórico-Cultural, que se fundamenta no materialismo histórico-dialético. Para análise dos documentos optamos em utilizar a Perspectiva Tridimensional do Discurso de Norman Fairclough (2001). Essa abordagem foi escolhida por dialogar com a base epistemológica utilizada e por considerar as condições sócio-político-econômicas e ideológicas presentes nos discursos. As análises foram feitas a partir de uma leitura integral dos documentos e da notação de trechos, tendo como critério: (A) que refletissem explicitamente as concepções assumidas sobre desenvolvimento humano, criança e educação; ou (B) serem trechos ou imagens que evidenciem as orientações pedagógicas, por meio das quais podem ser apreendidas as concepções mencionadas. Os resultados indicam que, dentre outros aspectos, cada projeto societário é constituído por uma determinada forma de compreender o sujeito e o mundo, e para cada forma é pensado um tipo de educação, no sentido de formar sujeitos que efetivarão o projeto societário. Também nos possibilitou identificar que, dentre os documentos das três cidades pesquisadas, duas delas apresentaram concepções que caminham no sentido de efetivar um projeto societário mais democrático e equânime, fundamentados na perspectiva da criança como ser histórico e de direitos e da educação infantil como a primeira etapa da educação básica, cuja função sustenta-se no respeito aos direitos fundamentais das crianças e na garantia de uma formação integral orientada para as diferentes dimensões humanas.

In this work we deal with the position of obsolescent words, obsolete words and historicisms in the teaching of the Czech language and literature at the lower level of a one-year grammar school. We focus on layers of vocabulary, especially on the layer of time-tagged words, we explain the terms obsolescent word, obsolete word, archaism and historicisms in the theoretical part. We also focus on the reading comprehension process. We describe the ways in which readers deduce the meaning of unknown words. We analyse the system of curricular documents, textbooks and readers used at the lower grades of eight-year grammar school by the method of detailed reading in the practical part. Based on the results of the questionnaire survey, we also analyse the knowledge of pupils, their attitude to these words and the influence of the occurrence of these words on their reading and understanding.

The Diploma thesis is focused on experience with the realization of the prevention on primary schools. The aim of my thesis was to find out, if the schools engage in prevention activity and how the realization and efficacy looks like. The thesis consists of two parts. The first part is theoretical and the second is research. In the first chapter of the theoretical part I dealt with risk behaviour, I briefly described its particular forms. In the second chapter of the theoretical part I focused on the content of the word prevention, primary prevention in curricular documents and scholar primary prevention. In the second section of the thesis, which is the practical part, I have collected information and opinions of different subjects on realization preventive programs at school. I compared the results of the research of two grammar schools. The first type of the collection of data was questionnaire research qualitative research. The date we have gained provided us the information about the opinions of the efficacy of preventive programs from the point of view of the pupils. The second type of collected data was an interview with the Methodist of the prevention. This information show us a different point of view on risk behaviour, its prevention and efficacy of the realization primary prevention activity.

The main aim of this thesis is to analyse the extent of the acquired map skills of pupils in Slovak primary and secondary schools in three age categories (11, 15 and 18 years old); and then to compare the results with similar research conducted in the Czechia. The individual characteristics such as age, gender, and mark are taken into account whilst evaluating the results. These affected the overall performance of students in the test of their map skills. The thesis is firstly describing theoretical views of skills and then describes specific pupils' map skills. Then it characterizes curricular documents of Slovakia and compares them with curricular documents of the Czechia. Furthermore, it also concentrates on results of content analysis of map skills contained in the Slovak and Czech curricular documents, embodiments Hanus (2012). The following section specifies the didactic test of map skills and is dedicated to the analysis of respondents. The research part of the thesis has research sample which is evaluated from a number of indicators such as gender, age, grade, popularity of the subject of Geography, and the type of school attended. This diploma work is primarily oriented at application of the authentic materials when using the LT strategy of authentic learning in teaching English to the pupils at Czech primary schools. In the theoretical part of this work there were at first analyzed curricular documents of the Czech Ministry of Education concerning the changes in the sphere of educational policy regarding Language and Language Communication. After that, there were described various ways of application of didactic principles of adequity, systematic approach, illustrativeness, willful learning, activity, individual approach, compactness of learning process and cyclical arrangement of the newly learned information. Next, there were defined the term of authentic learning and the difference between the didactic and authentic materials. There were also compared various views on the use of innovative authentic learning strategy in ELT and mentioned various possibilities of presenting sociocultural context of English speaking countries in language teaching.
