The main goal of this thesis is the analysis of the employment progress in one of the most prospective sectors of the Czech economy -- the finance and insurance sector. The sector is characterised and classified and the main historic, economic and legislative determinants are addressed in the theoretical part of this thesis. The main focus of the subsequent analytical part of the thesis is the employment progress of the sector from the perspective of profession, age, culture and branch. An additional goal of the thesis is to compare the labour force demand of the finance and insurance sector with the structure of school-leavers who will come into their own through the sector. I conclude the thesis by evaluating future potential trends and employment progress.

The aim of this work is assessment of financial situation of the partnership BRAMKO CZ and his status in the branch compared with competitors. Partnership BRAMKO CZ was founded as a sales organization, which sells agricultural production. This industry is characterized by a lot of competitors and seasonal fluctuations. The subject of work is methodical and practical part, in which the work is divided. In methodical part we at first apprise with concept financial analysis, it´s users and methods, which are used to assessment results of individual companies. The financial plan will be also presented and it is also the part of this work and serves as a prognosis for the future based on data from past. In practical part we will apprise with the industry in which partnership BRAMKO CZ operates. Then the basic information about company and subject of it´s business will be adduced. The methods of financial analysis will be applied in the rest of the work and the conclusion is financial plan.

Master´s thesis Ethical and Social Audit of company RGP CZ s. r. o. deal about ethic audit in this company. The theoretical part is focused on the elementary prescription of the enterpreneurial ethics, it´s definition, evolution and reasons for ethical behaviour of enterprises. Important aspekt is also measurement of enterpreneurial ethic and consequently the tools of enterpreneurial ethic, which serve the purpose of realisation of ethical programme of the enterprise. The applied, practical part of this dissertation is the ethic audit of company RGP CZ s. r. o. and evaluation of this audit. Results are presented by recommendations for the company, how it shall proceed the improvements of the ethical behaviour of the company.

The thesis objective is considerations of effect safety campaigns, which are issued by CAA CZ, on safety of air traffic in Czech Republic. In thesis are considered categories of aircrafts from 0 to 5700 kg except for Ultralight Aircrafts in period 1993 to 2011. Recognition involves describe given campaigns, assurance of information, processing and final assessment of efficiency published safety campaigns.

The subject of this thesis was to compare injuries. First comparison accidents took place within the area of SK - NACE, their sources, and their causes in the Slovak Republic in the years 2012 - 2015. In the next step compared accidents within the area CZ - NACE, their sources, and causes in the Czech Republic in years 2011 - 2015. The last took place juxtaposition between the Slovak and Czech Republic.

This thesis deals with the use of mindfulness techniques at adult clients with ADHD aiming to determine the beneficial effects of this kind of intervention. An eight-week long mindfulness course carried out by means of the action research was attended by twelve adults with ADHD in total. The course designed as eight individual online meetings helped to get a deeper insight into the benefit and demands of the individual techniques as they are perceived by the participants. The level of the attentiveness change was monitored by the Face Facet Mindfulness Questionnaire (FFMQ-15-CZ) both before and after attending the course. The analysis of the participants' answers, which have become the main method to collect the data, shows that the mindfulness method has brought changes in the participants' lives; among them getting conscious, present, the ability to slow down, calm down and stop, thanks to which they have managed to better face the ADHD manifestation. Mindfulness appears to be another possible intervention which can help adults to reduce difficulties caused by this disorder.

The aim of this thesis was to evaluate the contributions of the sections (NACE-CZ) to the creation of gross value added. The first part of this thesis described the theoretical concepts relating to national economic gross value added. Analytical processes were used for the calculations, which may be used only if we are dealing with an additive link between individual factors. The sections' contributions to the creation of national eco-nomic gross value added were evaluated in the practical part, on the basis of the proc-esses set forth in the methodology. In the given time horizon, contributions by institu-tional sectors and groups of sections classified according to the level of technology showed a certain dependency on the actual economic cycle. Although the strongest in-stitutional sector is non-financial enterprises, they were the ones most affected during the crisis period, together with government institutions. On the contrary, the financial institution sector showed a strong position during the crisis period. In terms of the grouping of the sections according to the level of technology, the greatest contribution to national economic gross value added is by groups B1 and B2. The influence of the economic cycle was noted in all the groups but, according to the results, group C did not react quite as sensitively as the other groups.

The theoretical part focuses on actual trends of the modern organizational structure and its positive and negative sides as indicated by some of the relevant authors. The practical part focuses on the particular organizational structure of the retail sales department of the Vodafone CZ company. It analyses the defections of the present state and propounds improvements.

The goal of this master's thesis is to perform strategic analysis and assessment of corporate strategy by using the system of Balanced Scorecard. The thesis itself consists of two parts. The first (theoretical) part describes mission, vision, strategy and the most common tools and methods for creating strategic analysis. This analysis contains external and internal analysis. The results are summarized in SWOT analysis, which is the baseline for creation of corporate strategy. The second (practical) part combines theoretical part and real data of analyzed company.

The main goal of the thesis is to determine the value of the company Třinecké železárny, a.s. In the thesis I am describing the main characteristics of the company and using financial and strategic analysis I am forecasting the value generators which are essential for the financial plan of the company. The special emphasis is put on identifying the macroeconomic environment of the company and forecasting the overall revenues using regression analysis. The valuation is to be valid on the date of 1st January 2012
