Regulation of lobbying in the Czech Republic including a proposal de lege ferenda Transparent lobbying and his regulation is natural and necessary part of functioning of democratic states. Regulation of lobbying done by legislation is supposed to be a fundamental element of transparency of democracies in 21st century; an essential element of an integrated system of development in approximation of civil society and public institutions, mutual trust and transparency in mutual relations. Regulated lobbying should enable citizens of a democratic society to exercise their right to public control of processes associated with the formation of laws, legal norms of lesser legal force and other important decisions. This thesis describes the current situation (March 2016) in the regulation of lobbying in the Czech Republic and choses, by author, suitable alternatives of solution to the lobbying regulation in the future. This thesis focuses mainly on transformation policy of the Communist Party of Bohemia and Moravia (KSČM) and the Czechoslovak People's Party (ČSL) between 1990 and 1992, in the times of ongoing public discussions on Czechoslovakia abandoning the socialist command economy. It sums up the political development of both parties (focusing on changes in their ideology) and then concentrates on the way each of them attempted to form its own project of economic transformation. These alternative projects are analyzed through the underlying ideological concepts that reflect the values with which both parties associated the transformation process. For each of these concepts, the political and ideological struggles between party's fractions that affected its final form are examined. This method is loosely inspired by the so-called conceptual history (Begriffsgeschichte), as it was used in Geschichtliche Grundbegriffe (written by Reinhart Koselleck et al.), while paying attention to certain limitations of applicability of this approach in the field of contemporary history. Zusammenfassung Die Diplomarbeit beschäftigt sich mit der Problematik der Nomination und Registration der Kandidaten für die tschechische Präsidentenwahl. Im Jahre 2012 genehmigte das Parlament eine Änderung der Verfassung, die die Wahl des tschechischen Präsidenten auf die direkte Wahl änderte. Im Zusammenhang damit kamen viele Fragen über die Nomination und Registration der Kandidaten für die Funktion des Präsidenten. Diese Fragen musste man nicht lösen, weil das Recht auf die Nomination des Kandidaten neu die Bürger bekamen, die eine Petition mit den Unterschriften mindestens 50.000 Bürger mit dem Wahlrecht vorlegen. Die Diplomarbeit bemüht sich diese Probleme zu analysieren und ihre Lösung vorzuschlagen. Kristián Léko: Foreign Influences in Constitutional Law Comparative method has become one of the main trends of contemporary law. Constitutional law is no exclusion. Foreign law is often used as an inspiration in drafting, amending and interpreting of modern constitutions in many states, as well as in the Czech Republic. This thesis illustrates this fact on practical examples and creates a theoretical basis in Czech, with stresses on history, taxonomy and methodology. The first two chapters analyse the history and importance of both general comparative law (Chapter 1) and comparative constitutional law (Chapter 2). Chapter 3 analyses some methodological aspects of comparative law and Chapter 4 shows several patterns, how, when and where can foreign law have influence on domestic legal systems. The last three chapters examine three situations of foreign influence - constitutional drafting (Chapter 5), constitutional amendments (Chapter 6) and constitutional interpretation (Chapter 7). In all these chapters, basic theoretical and comparative background is set and then Czech and Czechoslovak examples are being analysed. Active ageing of the Czech Republic population in European context Abstract Population ageing is a global process. The active ageing concept aims to enhance life quality and expand participation in society. Active ageing index is a tool for policymakers. The purpose of index is obtaining evidences for public policies planning for older people. The first goal of this thesis is to explore the current situation of active ageing in the Czech Republic, and the second goal is to provide information of domains which do not reach their potential and to improve situation in these domains, that would enhance the life quality of elders. An alternative methodology of Active ageing index scores interpreting is presented in the thesis to support the second goal. The author considers Active ageing index to be an adequate tool for active ageing evaluation, however it does not provide sufficient information on what actions need to be taken to improve active ageing conditions. For this reason an alternative interpretation methodology is presented. The Czech Republic Active Ageing Index value is 34.4 point. It ranks the Czech Republic among slightly above average countries. The main purpose of the diploma thesis is to study the environment and functioning of the selected community Islám v ČR nechceme (No Islam in the Czech Republic) on Facebook. The analysis focuses mainly on obtaining knowledge and information about the links of the group with other subjects on the social network and also on covering the growing interest in the studied group. The analysis is carried out using Gephi and Microsoft Excel software. The results of both analyses bring the knowledge necessary to fulfil the purpose of the diploma thesis. The proposed methods can be applied to analyse groups of various sizes and specialisation. These analyses and information gained in this way may be applied as part of security management, specifically for the study and mapping of extremist groups, which may significantly facilitate the decision-making processes of the security authorities.

The aim of this work is the description of the unemployment of graduates from selected universities in the Czech Republic between 2012 to 2016 and compare the unemployment of graduates across the fields of study. This work will be split into theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part will describe the labor market, unemployment, the development of unemployment in the Czech Republic, the legislation on labor market in the Czech Republic, active and passive policy of unemployment and the status of the graduate in the labor market. In the practical part, it will be compared to the unemployment rate of university graduates in custody on the rankings of universities in the Czech Republic. The end of practical part will be based on the survey analysis of work experience and work involvement of students of master's degree at selected universities in the Czech Republic and will be compared with the development of graduate unemployment in the years 2012 to 2016 across the fields of study.

At present, a theme of loyalty programs is very popular. The valuable loyalty programs can be considered as some kind of competitive advantage that helps company to grow. However, business organization has to do its activities with regard to its customers. This Master thesis attempts to create a complex concept of loyalty program for clothing shops according to customers wishes. The results indicate that customers want loyalty program of clothing shops based on permanent discounts. The findings also suggest that even though people do not want to share personal data they are willing to exchange those data with companies for rewards when loyalty program benefits seems to be attractive to them. These finding have major implementation for marketing managers who want to build successful loyalty programs.

The thesis aims to critically compare liberal and mandatory health systems, and based on detected advantages and disadvantages of each, propose certain solutions and recommendations to optimize the health care system. During this task it also puts into context historical, legal and ethical backgrounds which strongly influence the system set up. Optimal adjustment of the health care system is an issue that worries most of the world's countries and this thesis, with it's unbiased evaluation, proposes suggestions on potential better functionality and effectiveness of health care. The theoretical part of the thesis deals with the major economical terms connected to health care and the typology of healthcare systems. In the following practical part, the US and the Czech healthcare systems are analyzed as the representatives of the liberal and the traditional mandatory health care systems by the international comparison method and the result shows positive experiences from the systems, applicable especially for the Czech Republic.

The theoretical part of this thesis describes the status and importance of mortgage loans as a part of the bank loan products. Another part is dedicated to get acquaint readers with the types of mortgage loans, the credit process and the influence of macroeconomic factors on the mortgage market. The practical part is devoted to analyzing the evolution of the mortgage market in Czech Republic and Russia in terms of macroeconomic factors. In the end, there is a short characteristic of the current situation on the mortgage market in these countries.
