Nabytí od neoprávněného / Acquisition of property from unlawful possessor

Hradil, Aleš January 2014 (has links)
ACQUISITION OF PROPERTY FROM UNLAWFUL POSSESSOR In my diploma thesis I deal with the issue of the acquisition of property from unlawful possessor as an exception to the traditional civil law principle nemo plus iuris ad alium transferre potest quam ipse habet (also called as nemo dat rule), the principle, which lays down that no one can transfer more rights than he has himself. The topic is extremely actual since as of 1st of January 2014 the Act No. 89/2012 Coll., The Civil Code, which - in comparison to the previous legislation - provides diametric changes in the understanding and in the legislation of the property acquisition from unlawful possessor, became effective. Until the adoption of the new Civil Code, the legislation in this area was inadequate and due to dichotomy between Civil and Commercial Code it was also fragmented. The thesis is composed of an introduction, five main chapters (which are further divided into sub-chapters) and a conclusion. Each chapter deals with different aspects of acquisition of property from unlawful possessor. In the first introductory part I give my thesis some theoretical fundamentals and define basic terminology used in this paper: property, good faith. I'm also trying to analyze nemo plus iuris principle and conflict of protection of property rights with the...

Vyhodnocování relačních dotazů v proudově orientovaném prostředí / Vyhodnocování relačních dotazů v proudově orientovaném prostředí

Kikta, Marcel January 2014 (has links)
This thesis deals with the design and implementation of an optimizer and a transformer of relational queries. Firstly, the thesis describes the theory of the relational query compilers. Secondly, we present the data structures and algorithms used in the implemented tool. Finally, the important implementation details of the developed tool are discussed. Part of the thesis is the selection of used relational algebra operators and design of an appropriate input. Input of the implemented software is a query written in a XML file in the form of relational algebra. Query is optimized and transformed into physical plan which will be executed in the parallelization framework Bobox. Developed compiler outputs physical plan written in the Bobolang language, which serves as an input for the Bobox. Powered by TCPDF (www.tcpdf.org)

Delikvence mládeže a její hodnotové souvislosti / Juvenile delinquency and its moral aspects

Průšová, Barbora January 2014 (has links)
This thesis is focused on analysis of youth delinquency in terms of Per-Olof H. Wikström's Situational Action Theory or rather modelling data relating to this area of research International Self-Report Delinquency Study 3. The main aim of the thesis is to introduce and evaluate this theoretical-empirical model for the explanation of youth delinquency. The work is split into three main parts - theoretical, methodological and empirical. First one consists of the definition of basic concepts and show Wikström' s 'situational action theory applied to the delinquency topic. In methodological part there is a description of ISRD-3 survey, basic indicators of sample and data collection methods used. In empirical part is an explanation how operationalization of individual explanatory variables in the model was done. This part is also dedicated to multidimensional analysis of data and evaluation of this concept. The results demonstrate the success of the analytical model and its application as a default theory in the examination of youth delinquency. Key words: youth delinquency, Situational Action Theory, multidimensional data analysis

Ochrana dat na sociálních sítích / Data Protection on Social Networks

Mikšíčková, Jana January 2013 (has links)
This diploma thesis deals with personal data protection of data subjects, i.e. natural persons to whom the data refer, in social networks in relation to possibilities of personal data liquidation, i.e. their permanent deletion both from physical data carrier and controller's database, or processor, and from the Internet. The aim of this thesis is to evaluate current law, to show its imperfections, and to present European Commission's regulation proposal that should solve these imperfections. The first chapter of this thesis focuses on privacy law, development of personal data protection, basic legal principles of their protection, necessary terminology of personal data protection, conception and development of social networks, and question of privacy in social networks. This foundation is followed by an extensive chapter on legal framework of protection which comprises the core of this diploma thesis. The chapter legal framework of protection is formed by problems of territoriality and applicable law, legal relationship of social network service provider and user, and predominantly by data liquidation and legal means of protection. The second chapter concentrates on preparation of new law on the EU level, which should harmonise personal data protection laws in all EU member states, and is to...

Studium fotonových silových funkcí z termálního záchytu neutronů / Studium fotonových silových funkcí z termálního záchytu neutronů

Bauer, Karel January 2016 (has links)
This thesis deals with the description of $\gamma-$ray deexcitation of neutron resonances produced in thermal neutron capture below neutron separation energy. A subject of this thesis is obtaining information on absolute value of \textit{photon strength function} (PSF) achieved from primary transitions in thermal neutron capture. The aim is to map and bring new information on absolute value of photon strength function (PSF) in $^{156}$Gd and $^{158}$Gd. The method which was used in this thesis can lead to refusion of several models of PSF a level density. Powered by TCPDF (www.tcpdf.org)

Zpracování dat v generickém prostředí pro benchmarkování / Data Processing in a Generic Benchmarking Environment

Mácha, Radek January 2015 (has links)
Title: Data Processing in a Generic Benchmarking Environment Author: Radek Mácha Department: Department of Distributed and Dependable Systems Supervisor: RNDr. Andrej Podzimek, Department of Distributed and Dependable Systems Abstract: In September 2013, at the Charles University in Prague, Faculty of Mathematics and Physics, a software project implementing the third incarnation of a generic bench- marking environment aimed at performance evaluation of networked applications was presented: EverBEEN. Despite significant advancements achieved by this incarnation in both reliability and ease of use, EverBEEN still came out somewhat wanting in terms of commercial usability. One of its major shortcomings was the absence of a standardized way of data extraction and processing. The want of such means in EverBEEN laid foundation to the central question of this thesis: How to extract and process data from a framework like EverBEEN, with no prior knowledge of the structure of said data? Albeit centered on the creation of a common, reusable data extraction and aggregation codebase for said framework, this thesis also strives to analyze means of automating EverBEEN control-flow and incorporating the framework, and its data processing, into continuous integration. Keywords: performance evaluation, data processing,...

Systém pro on-line výměnu dat mezi webovým systémem a ERP systémem / System for Online Data Interchange between Web and ERP System

Pekař, Daniel Unknown Date (has links)
The paper describes a layout and a development of the software product used for fully automatic data exchange and synchronization between a business information system (ERP system) and a web system (an e-shop). The reason for designing such a system is an effort to minimize human work performed when handling the data in both systems. The data integrity in both systems is established due to this mechanism and a significant time saving is likewise a key factor. If the data are changed in one system, the changes are detected and synchronized with the data from the other system which constantly ensures up to date data.

Modely vícekriteriálního rozhodování v analýze obalu dat / Multi-Criteria Decision Making in Data Envelopment Analysis

Mec, Martin January 2009 (has links)
Data Envelopment Analysis is a multi-criteria decision making tool employing set of minimizing criteria (inputs) and set of maximizing criteria (outputs) for evaluating decision making unit efficiency. This method is accompanied by problems in field of input and output weight assignment, whereas benevolent basic model formulation enables decision making unit evaluation to be based on far unevenly distributed weight vector. Furthermore, data envelopment analysis basic model produces dichotomized dividing in form of efficient and inefficient decision making unit sets. Extensive set of efficient units occurs frequently and this causes difficulties in choosing one or less number efficient units. These phenomena appear often simultaneously. An implementation of multi-criteria decision making models into data envelopment analysis is exercised in order to reduce these undesired effects in applications.
