Prostorovo-časová analýza HD-EEG dat u pacientů s neurodegenerativním onemocněním / Spatial-temporal analysis of HD-EEG data in pacients with nerodegenerative disease

Jordánek, Tomáš January 2021 (has links)
This master’s thesis deals with diagnostics of prodromal stage of Lewy body disease using microstate analysis. First part of the thesis includes theoretical background which is needed for understanding discussed topics and presented results. This part consists of description of the disease, diagnostic options, electroencephalography, pre-processing of the EEG record and the microstate analysis process. Theoretical background is followed by a practical part of the thesis. In the beginning, there is a chapter about a dataset, used EEG device, and own solution of the pre-processing. Microstate analysis is discussed next, its output parameters were compared between groups with statistical methods. Comparison of the subjects in prodromal stage of Lewy body disease and healthy controls brought significant differences in three parameters of microstates, in rate of unlabelled time frames and also for some counts of transitions between each map or unlabelled sections. Kombinace laserových a snímkových dat z mobilního mapovacího systému / Combination of laser and image data from a mobile mapping system

Stránská, Petra January 2021 (has links)
The diploma thesis describes the data integration of data from different 3D technologies, specifically data of close range photogrammetry, aerial photogrammetry using RPAS and terrestrial laser scanning. The thesis deals mainly with fotogrammetric processing in ContextCapture software and data integration in this software. The thesis also describes a construction of a calibration field. The points of the field were used as ground control points and check points during processing. The accuracy of the outputs was evaluated by statistical testing of the coordinate deviations of the control points. The result of the thesis is 3D model of one of the buildings located in the AdMaS research center.

Funkce Sinumeriku Operate při programování CNC obráběcích strojů / Sinumerik Operate tools for programming of CNC machines

Krejčík, Jan January 2021 (has links)
The diploma thesis is focused on possibilities of spline approximation and interpolation of CAD imported by CAD Reader to control system. First chapter describes mathematical meaning of curves, the second chapter shows possibilities of approximation and interpolation in control system Sinumerik 840D and the third chapter applies these possibilities on practical example.

Zálohování dat a datová úložiště / Data Backup and Data Storages

Kavánková, Iva January 2021 (has links)
This diploma thesis is about data backup and following data archiving in real environment of concrete IT company engaged in software development. Theoretical knowledge concerning the area of data backup and data storages is described here. It also describes the current situation of data backup and problems with the current solution. There are suggestions for improving the current situation, including economic evaluation, to achieve efficient and most importantly secure data backup.

Klasifikace textu s omezeným množstvím dat / Low-resource Text Classification

Szabó, Adam January 2021 (has links)
The aim of the thesis is to evaluate Czech text classification tasks in the low-resource settings. We introduce three datasets, two of which were publicly available and one was created partly by us. This dataset is based on contracts provided by the web platform Hlídač Státu. It has most of the data annotated automatically and only a small part manually. Its distinctive feature is that it contains long contracts in the Czech language. We achieve outstanding results with the proposed model on publicly available datasets, which confirms the sufficient performance of our model. In addition, we performed ex- perimental measurements of noisy data and of various amounts of data needed to train the model on these publicly available datasets. On the contracts dataset, we focused on selecting the right part of each contract and we studied with which part we can get the best result. We have found that for a dataset that contains some systematic errors due to automatic annotation, it is more advantageous to use a shorter but more relevant part of the contract for classification than to take a longer text from the contract and rely on BERT to learn correctly. 1

SDL model pro Source Specific Multicast / SDL model for Source Specific Multicast

Záň, Stanislav January 2008 (has links)
This work deals with questions of IP net communication, with using metod Source-Specific Multicast. It focused on questions of registration, unregistration and administration of clients in multicast group and IGMP protocol, which is made for this communication. Work deals also about problems of signalization between source of data and clients of multicast group. In the introduction of this work questions of communications in multicast are analyse. I tis followed by the chapter focused on the specific metod of multicast – Source Specific Multicast (SSM). Next chapter is based on the protocols in SSM, which are used for distribution of data stream in source to clients direction and also in the reverse direction. The net chapter deals with signalization of communication in SSM. It specializes for reflection and summarization metods, which are used here. This chapter also shows basic matematics formules for sending signalization packets and proposes other solutions and ways for simplify communication and minimalize delay, which is for signallization very important. After that, the work deals with differences between these two metods of signalization. The aplicationis builded in practical part of work from the knowlidge of theory from previous chapters and it simulates the real communication between data source and clients situated to multicast group. This communication is explained in MSC diagrams. The aplication also simulates both used metods of signalization and real count of cients in multicast group. The results of simulation are interpreted in the last part of work.

Hotspotový systém pro více operátorů / Hotspot system for more network operators

Strmiska, Roman January 2009 (has links)
Master’s thesis deals with the design and realization of a hotspot system for more Operators, it solves problems of QoS, billing of transferred data and distribution of services via a common wireless interface. The theoretic part is oriented to the selection of a suitable technology and explanation of a legislation, which relates to an activity of the hotspot‘s network. The practical part solves the choice of hardware, design and realization of the experimental network. In conclusion are tested transit parameters of the network and its functionality.

Sběr dat o síťové komunikaci ze zařízení síťové infrastruktury / Acquisition of communication statistical data from network infrastructure devices

Gargulák, Lukáš January 2012 (has links)
The diploma thesis describes theory that is needed for application development for acquisition of communication statistical data from network infrastructure devices. Aplication is called SDSKSI. The project compares protocols suitable for this purpose. Finally SNMP protocol was chosen because it is the most common in network devices. SNMP is described in detail. Each SNMP operation has its own practical demonstration. In the project there is also described MIB database and data types of MIB objects. Application is able to create network topology. Then administrator of network can imagine how the network looks like. For each device that support SNMP protocol are periodically collected and stored statistical data which can be exported to the file. For application development were chosen programming languages according to several criteria. Content of the laboratory exercise is presented. At the end of the project there are some system solutions for collecting statistical data. Diploma thesis contents two attachments. The first is containing the full text of laboratory task. The second is DVD disc. Disc is containing ready to boot aplication SDSKSI.
