This master´s thesis describes creation of model and methodic for functional diagram of electronic data transfer for exchange of information for internet sales of tourism. One part of this master´s thesis analyses current situation and defines its problems. This analyses leads into suggestion how to create model for functional electronic data transfer diagram in tourism.

This diploma work deals with the information system assessment and proposal for its modification. The theoretical part describes the basic concepts and issues related to information systems. The analytical part of assessing information system according to the methods for determining the current state. The design part is based on the analytical part and the main goal of this section is to design changes to improve the current situation with the subsequent economic evaluation.

Main task of this final thesis is to analyse experimental measured data of prototype unit with output of 1 MW for energic biomass utilization. Furthermore the aim is to get acquainted with energic biomass problems utilization in middle output kettles and with stationary source legislation. To transfer measured value due to legislative conditions this diploma work solves the conversion procedure which is necessary to evaluate emission limits for measured concentration CO, SO2, NOX and stiff contaminating matters. This thesis deals with analysis of operation data for purposes of optimization. The thesis is divided into four chapters. First chapter focuses on present and future development in waste management legislation. It mainly deals with prevention, recycling and disposal of waste. Second chapter more closely describes waste-to-energy process. This chapter also describes the technology of municipal waste incinerator in Liberec, Termizo, a.s. Third chapter starts with description of tools used in design of the models based on operation data. Then the models for individual technological nodes are described. The last part is focused on building a complex model of Termizo using previous results.

This thesis contains evaluation of crucial operational indicators of a waste-to-energy plant. Above all, it is lower heating value of municipal solid waste and boiler efficiency. An approach for evaluation improvement by mathematical methods is proposed. The approach is implemented in a computational tool developed in Microsoft Excel. The approach is tested and subsequently used for operational data from a real waste-to-energy plant.

Firstly, we deal with the verification of normality and other necessary prerequisites needed in this thesis. We also introduce transformations to converse non-normally distributed data to normal and continue with capability analysis. We describe the design of control charts, useful tools to assess process stability. They help us to eliminate assignable causes and leave only chance causes in process. We obtain process in control state. Finally, we introduce both capability and performance ratios for both normal and non-normal data, and analyse some of their properties. At the end of the thesis, we prove acquired knowledge by performing capability analysis of real process.

This diploma thesis focuses on risk management of a selected company using data analysis tools. The thesis comprehends three main parts. The first part aims at an introduction and presentation of a selected company, and marketing analysis of its surroundings is realized. The second part addresses theoretical issues concerning risk management and data analysis tools. In the third part, financial analysis and evaluation of the possible risks of the company using data analysis tools are realized. Eventually, for the highest risks precautions are proposed.

The master’s thesis deals with the usage of statistical analysis in the evaluation of the financial situation of the chosen company. The author focuses on the analysis of economic indocators, that are used in business practice for the assessment of the company financial situation. Summarized economic data are analyzed by financial and statistical analysis. The data comparism results to recommendations that may be impemented for company improvement. On the basis of historical data and trends prognosis the company gets specific picture about future situation and the effects on the market.

This thesis describes the use of NetFlow data in the systems for detection of disruptions or anomalies in computer network traffic. Various methods for network data collection are described, focusing especially on the NetFlow protocol. Further, various methods for anomaly detection  in network traffic are discussed and evaluated, and their advantages as well as disadvantages are listed. Based on this analysis one method is chosen. Further, test data set is analyzed using the method. Algorithm for real-time network traffic anomaly detection is designed based on the analysis outcomes. This method was chosen mainly because it enables detection of anomalies even in an unlabelled network traffic. The last part of the thesis describes implementation of the  algorithm, as well as experiments performed using the resulting  application on real NetFlow data.
