Структура магистерской диссертации включает в себя введение, три главы, заключение, список использованных источников и приложения. В первой главе рассмотрены теоретические основы, зарубежный и отечественный опыт управления развитием объекта торговой недвижимости. Во второй главе исследованы методические основы и алгоритм управления развитием объекта торговой недвижимости. В третьей главе разработан практический алгоритм управления развитием объекта торговой недвижимости на примере аутлет-центра в г. Сургут. В заключении сформированы основные выводы. / The structure of the master's thesis includes an introduction, three chapters, conclusion, list of references and appendices. The first Chapter discusses the theoretical foundations, foreign and domestic experience in managing the development of commercial real estate. In the second Chapter the methodical bases and algorithm of management of development of object of commercial real estate are investigated. In the third Chapter, a practical algorithm for managing the development of retail real estate on the example of an outlet center in Surgut. In conclusion, the main conclusions are formed.
