Coordenação de Aperfeiçoamento de Pessoal de Nível Superior / This research aimed to analyze the phonological changes occurred in systems of subjects with phonological disorders submitted to phonological therapy through the Modified Maximal Opposition model using contrast and reinforcement of [voice] feature. Four people were part of this research, two male and two female subjects, with ages between 5:2 and 7:3 in the beginning of the study; 25 therapeutic sessions were done through the Modified Maximal Opposition model (Bagetti, Mota and Keske-Soares, 2005). The subjects were divided into two groups, one group treated with contrast , and the other with reinforcement . They found the generalization out each five sessions. As results, we observed that all the subjects presented changes in their phonological systems. The group treated with contrast presented superior performance in the generalization to items not used in the treatment and to other position in the word. The group treated with reinforcement presented superior performance related to the number of acquired segments, generalization into a sound class, and for other sound classes. So, we concluded that both groups presented phonological changes in their systems, some kinds of generalizations were bigger for the group treated with contrast , and others for the group treated with reinforcement . / A presente pesquisa teve como objetivo analisar as mudanças fonológicas ocorridas nos sistemas de sujeitos com desvio fonológico submetidos à fonoterapia por meio do modelo de Oposições Máximas Modificado (Bagetti, Mota e Keske-Soares, 2005), utilizando contraste e reforço do traço [voz]. Participaram desta pesquisa quatro sujeitos, sendo 2 do sexo feminino e 2 do masculino, com idades entre 5:2 a 7:3 no início do estudo. Foram realizadas 25 sessões terapêuticas por meio do modelo de Oposições Máximas Modificado. Os sujeitos foram divididos em dois grupos, sendo um grupo tratado pelo contraste e outro pelo reforço . A cada cinco sessões foram realizadas sondagens para a verificação da generalização. Como resultados observou-se que todos os sujeitos apresentaram mudanças em seus sistemas fonológicos. O grupo tratado pelo contraste apresentou desempenho superior na generalização a itens não utilizados no tratamento e para outra posição na palavra. O grupo tratado pelo reforço apresentou desempenho superior em relação ao número de segmentos adquiridos, generalização dentro de uma classe de sons e para outras classes de sons. Assim, conclui-se que ambos os grupos apresentaram mudanças fonológicas em seus sistemas, sendo que alguns tipos de generalizações foram maiores para o grupo tratado pelo contraste e outras para o grupo tratado pelo reforço .
