Esta tesis doctoral trata sobre la protección de los derechos de la personalidad del menor de edad. El objeto de la misma es estudiar de forma general cuándo y cómo puede el menor de edad ejercer por sí mismo sus derechos y cómo deben éstos protegerse cuando no pueden ser ejercidos por el menor. Seguidamente se concreta este análisis en derechos como el derecho a la imagen, al honor, a la intimidad, a la integridad física y al nombre. / This thesis deal with the protection of rights inherents in person of minor. The subject of the thesis is studing in general when and how the minor can exercise his rights and how we have to protect these when the minor can´t exercise them. Also the thesis study some rights like the right to privacy and honour, the right to have a name, the right to informated consent.
