Pesquisa do estado de Minas Gerais (FAPEMIG) / Em se tratando da contamina??o de ecossistemas por res?duos de defensivos agr?colas, especial aten??o ? dada para a classe dos herbicidas, em fun??o do volume de aplica??o. Os que possuem mol?culas sol?veis pass?veis de contamina??o de len??is h?dricos subterr?neos se destacam pela abrang?ncia dos efeitos negativos. Nesse sentido, objetivou-se selecionar esp?cies vegetais arb?reas interessantes na remedia??o de ambientes contaminados por res?duos de atrazine e 2,4-D. Foram avaliados 36 tratamentos compostos pela combina??o de 12 esp?cies florestais [Inga marginata (ing?), Schizolobium parahyba (guapuruvu), Handroanthus serratifolius (ip? amarelo), Jacaranda puberula (carobinha), Cedrela fissilis (cedro), Calophyllum brasiliensis (landin), Psidium mirsinoides (goiabinha), Tibouchina glandulosa (quaresmeira), Caesalpinia f?rrea (pau-ferro), Caesalpinia pluviosa (sibipiruna), Terminalia arg?ntea (capit?o) e Schinopsis brasiliensis (bra?na)] e tr?s solu??es simulando o composto lixiviado (atrazine, 2,4-D e ?gua ? controle), com quatro repeti??es. Foram feitas 3 aplica??es dos herbicidas atrazine e 2,4-D com intervalos de 20 dias (aos 60, 80 e 100 dias ap?s o plantio), sendo cada aplica??o correspondente ? metade da dose comercial dos produtos. Para as avalia??es de crescimento foram mensuradas a altura da planta, o di?metro do caule, o n?mero de folhas, a ?rea foliar e o ac?mulo de biomassa seca. Na estimativa do efeito visual dos herbicidas ?s plantas avaliadas, optou-se pela atribui??o de notas em escala de intoxica??o. Para verifica??o de capacidade remediadora das esp?cies arb?reas procedeu-se a semeadura da esp?cie indicadora para indicativo do res?duo do herbicida no solo, (Cucumis sativus (L.)). Posteriormente em amostras de solo provenientes da esp?cie remediadora mais promissora procedeu-se a an?lise de polimorfismo de comprimento de fragmento de restri??o terminal (T-RFLP), com intuito de caracterizar a diversidade microbiana presente. As esp?cies florestais sobreviveram ? aplica??o dos herbicidas, sendo que umas se mostram mais sens?veis do que outras. O ing? apresentou bons resultados de remedia??o com o bioensaio, assim como o ip? amarelo, apesar da sua sensibilidade aos herbicidas. Observou-se aumento no conte?do relativo de macronutrientes para as plantas sob a??o dos herbicidas, na maioria dos tratamentos. Os resultados de T-RFLP confirmaram a diversidade microbiana diferenciada associada ? rizosfera de ing?, principalmente quando submetida ? a??o de atrazine. / Disserta??o (Mestrado) ? Programa de P?s-Gradua??o em Ci?ncia Florestal, Universidade Federal dos Vales do Jequitinhonha e Mucuri, 2014. / ABSTRACT In the case of contamination of ecosystems by residues of pesticides, special attention is given to the class of herbicides, according to the application volume. Those with likely contamination of underground water soluble molecules sheets are distinguished by breadth of negative effects. In this sense, the aim of this work was to select interesting woody plant species in the remediation of contaminated by residues of atrazine and 2,4-D environments. Were evaluated 36 treatments consisted of combinations of 12 forest species [Inga marginata (ing?), Schizolobium parahyba (guapuruvu), Handroanthus serratifolius (ip? amarelo), Jacaranda puberula (carobinha), Cedrela fissilis (cedro), Calophyllum brasiliensis (landin), Psidium mirsinoides (goiabinha), Tibouchina glandulosa (quaresmeira), Caesalpinia f?rrea (pau-ferro), Caesalpinia pluviosa (sibipiruna), Terminalia arg?ntea (capit?o) and Schinopsis brasiliensis (bra?na)] and three leachate solutions simulate the compound ( atrazine , 2,4 - D and water - control),with four replicates each. Three applications of atrazine and 2,4-D were made at intervals of 20 days (at 60, 80 and 100 days after planting), each application was corresponding to half of the recommended. Evaluations of growth were measured plant height, stem diameter, number of leaves, leaf area and dry biomass. In estimating the visual effect of herbicides on plants assessed, was opted for the grading scale of intoxication. To check remediation ability of tree species proceeded seeding indicator species for indication of herbicide residue in the soil (Cucumis sativus (L.)). Later in soil samples from the species most promising remedial proceeded to analysis of length polymorphism terminal restriction fragment (T-RFLP), in order to characterize the microbial diversity present. Forest species survived the herbicide application, and some are more sensitive than others. The ing? had good results with the remediation bioassay, as well as the ipe amarelo, despite their sensitivity to herbicides. Observed increase in the relative content of macronutrients for plants under the effect of herbicides in most treatments. The results of T-RFLP confirmed the differentiated microbial diversity associated with the rhizosphere of ing?, especially when subjected to the action of atrazine.

Pesquisa do estado de Minas Gerais (FAPEMIG) / Objetivou-se com esse trabalho avaliar a fitorremedia??o proporcionada pelo cultivo de Brachiaria brizantha, cv. Piat?, em solos contaminados pelo picloram, determinando a sua influ?ncia nas caracter?sticas fisiol?gicas e vegetativas do feijoeiro, utilizada como planta bioindicadora. Para isso, foram realizados dois experimentos, sendo o primeiro composto pela aplica??o de diferentes doses do herbicida picloram (0; 7,5; 15; 30; 60 e 120 g ha-1) onde cultivou-se Brachiaria brizantha, cv. Piat? (esp?cie fitorremediadora) por um per?odo de 150 dias. O segundo experimento constou da perman?ncia de Brachiaria brizantha, cv. Piat? nos solos em diferentes per?odos de cultivo (150, 210, 240, 270 e 300 dias), ap?s a aplica??o da dose de 240 g ha-1 do picloram. O delineamento experimental adotado para os dois experimentos foi o de blocos casualizados, com cinco repeti??es. As avalia??es foram compostas pela verifica??o da altura (cm), massa da mat?ria seca (g) e massa da mat?ria verde (g) das plantas de braqui?ria no ensaio 1, e da massa da mat?ria seca (g) das plantas de braqui?ria para os respectivos per?odos de cultivo propostos no ensaio 2. Para as plantas de feij?o, foram feitas a determina??o aos 50 dias ap?s a semeadura (DAS) das seguintes vari?veis: altura (cm), massa da mat?ria seca (g), massa da mat?ria verde (g), fitotoxicidade (%) aos 25 e 50 dias, ?rea foliar (cm2), n?mero de folhas por planta, efici?ncia fotossint?tica m?xima (Fv/Fm) e a taxa relativa de transporte de el?trons (ETR). Programa de P?s-Gradua??o em Produ??o Vegetal, Universidade Federal dos Vales do Jequitinhonha e Mucuri, 2013. / ABSTRACT The objective of this study was to evaluate the phytoremediation provided by cultivating B. brizantha cv. Piata in soils contaminated by picloram, determining its influence on physiological and vegetative characteristics in beans, used as bioindicator. For this, two experiments were conducted, the first consisting of the application of different doses of the herbicide picloram ( 0 , 7.5, 15 , 30, 60 and 120 g ha - 1 ) which were cultivated Brachiaria Brizantha cv. Piata for a period of 150 days. The second experiment consisted of permanence B. brizantha cv. Piat? on the soil in different periods (150 , 210, 240, 270 to 300 days) after the application of a dose of 240 g ha-1 of picloram. The experimental design for both experiments was a randomized block with five replications. The evaluations were made by measuring the height ( cm ) , dry matter ( g ) and mass of green matter ( g ) of Brachiaria plants in the trial 1 , and dry matter ( g ) of Brachiaria plants for respective periods proposed in the trial 2. For the bean plants, were made evaluations at 50 days after sowing (DAS) of the following variables: plant height ( cm ) , dry matter ( g ) , mass of green matter ( g ) , phytotoxicity ( % ) to 25 and 50 days , leaf area ( cm2 ) , number of leaves per plant , maximum photosynthetic efficiency ( Fv / Fm ) and the relative rate of electron transport (ETR). Evaluating the effects on plants, the phytoremediation, and the bioindicator. It can be concluded that the remediation provided by the cultivation of B. brizantha cv. Piata was effective only when were applied doses below 60 g ha - 1 in the soil. After the application of picloram, the longest period on the soil with brachiaria (300 DAS) provided the greatest potential to remediation and hence improving the physiological and morphological characteristics of the bean.

Para a comprova??o desta, foi realizada uma s?rie de experimentos para determina??o de melhor volume para trtamento, assim modificando as c?lulas eletrocin?ticas utilizadas. Os experimentos foram realizados em c?lula com volumes internos diferentes, variando de 0.2 L, 1.5 L e 3.0 L, variando assim o volume para melhor comprotar as amostras, desta forma favorecendo a defini??o de uma c?lula com melhor rendimento para o experimental. Em ambos os experimentos desenvolvidos o solo foi contaminado com concentra??es diferentes de petr?leo bruto da forma??o Umburana, variando entre 500 mg/L a 2500 mg/L, desta maneira constituindo a matriz sedimentar carbon?fera contaminada. Para configura??o da amostra utilizou-se de uma quantidade de sedimento com peso variando entre 0,05 Kg, 0.8 Kg e 1,5 Kg de rocha sedimentar carbon?fera macerada, o processamento foi feito para que esta atigisse uma fra??o granulometrica de 35# (mesh) ou 0.5 mm. A s?rie de experimentos ser? discutida em tr?s grandes unidades; Experimentos preliminares, interm?diarios e finais nos quais se consolidou uma metodologia para o Remedia??o Eletrocin?tica de Solos (RES) com maior rendimento devido s interferencias construtivas da propria c?lula utliada. Os eletrodos utlizados para a remedia??o foram o ?nodo Dimensionalmente Estavel (DSA) de Rut?nio-Tit?nio-?xido (Ti/Ru0,34Ti0,66O2) e eltrodos de Gr?fite Carbono (gr?fite sp2) aplicando diferentes correntes eletricas. A elimina??o dos compostos org?nicos foi monitorada mediante Carbono Org?nico Total (COT), Potencial Zeta (?) e medidas espectrofotom?tricas (UV-Vis?vel). Tamb?m foram feitas medida de potencial Hidrog?nio-i?nico (pH), condutividade (S/cm), e volume de vaporiza??o do eletr?lito utilizado (Na2SO4). Os resultados indicaram descontamina??o do meio entre 50% a 80% com baixo custo de 0.04 Real/kWh, sendo um bom percentual para remo??o de derivados de petroleo em solo. Os testes duraram entre 72 h a 480 h e foi verificada a remo??o de poluentes org?nicos nos compartimento cat?dico e an?dico, e com provavel carga de metais pesado. O potencial zeta indicou que os compostos org?nicos s?o transportados devido aos fen?menos de eletromigra??o e eletro-osmose, e confirma que o tamanho das part?culas varia ao decorrer do tempo de descontamina??o, formando assim ?cluster? de part?culas eletricamente carregadas que em sua grande maioria det?m carga negativa. A eletr?lise dos eletr?litos favoreceu a forma??o de um gradiente de pH, formando assim uma frente ?cida/b?sica constatada por n?lise dos eletrolitos nos reserv?torios, esta permitindo um aumento na mobilidade dos contaminantes do solo para os reservatorios. O efluente residual contaminado com petr?leo, tamb?m foi tratado com ox?da??o an?dica utlizando de eletrodo de dimanete dopado com boro (DDB) e densidades de corrente de 20 e 60 mA/cm2, os n?veis finais de descontamina??o atingido pelo tratamento acoplado foram de 80% no residual do efluente, definindo um alto n?vel de descontamina??o. / This work was carried out with the purpose of observing the application of electrokinetic treatment and behavior of its phenomena (electrolysis, electro-osmosis, electromigration and electrophoresis) in the decontamination of carbonaceous soils contaminated by exogenous components. To test this, a series of experiments was performed to determine the best volume treatment thus modifying electrokinetic cells used. The experiments were performed in cells with different internal volumes ranging from 0.2 L, 1.5 L and 3.0 L, thus varying the volume to better comprotar samples thus favoring the development of a cell with better performance for the experiment. In both experiments developed soil was contaminated with different concentrations of crude oil from the formation Umburana ranging from 500 mg/L to 2500 mg/L, thus constituting the contaminated sediment coal matrix. For configuration of the sample used is an amount of sediment weighing between 0.05 kg, 0.8 kg and 1.5 kg of coal sedimentary rock macerated, processing was done so that is reached one granulometric fraction of 35 # (mesh ) or 0.5 mm. A series of experiments will be discussed in three main units; Preliminary experiments, intermediate and final in which consolidated a methodology for Electrokinetic Remediation of Soils (RES) with higher yield due to constructive interference of s own utliada cell. The utlizados electrodes for remediation were Dimensionally Stable Anode (DSA) of ruthenium-titanium-oxide (Ti/Ru0,34Ti0,66O2) and electrodes of graphite carbon (graphite sp2) applying different currents eletricas. The removal of organic compounds was monitored by Total Organic Carbon (TOC), Zeta potential (?) and spectrophotometric measurements (UV-Visible). They were also made Hydrogen ion-potential measurement (pH), conductivity (mS/cm) and the volume of vaporization of the electrolyte used (Na2SO4). The results indicated decontamination of the medium between 50% to 80% with low cost 0.04 Real/kWh, with a good percentage for removal of oil derivatives on the ground. The tests lasted between 72 h to 480 h and checked for removal of pollutants in the cathodic and anodic compartment, with possible load heavy metals. The zeta potential indicated that the organic compounds are transported due to electromigration and electro-osmosis phenomena, and confirms that the particle size varies during the decontamination time, thus forming "cluster" of electrically charged particles that mostly holds negative charge. Electrolysis of electrolyte favors the formation of a pH gradient, thus forming an acid/base face detected by analysis of the electrolyte in the reservoirs, it is enabling an increase in mobility of soil contaminants to the reservoirs. The residual effluent contaminated with oil, has also been treated with anodic oxidation utlizando of electrode the dimond doped with boron (DDB) and current densities of 20 and 60 mA/cm2, the final levels of decontamination achieved by coupled treatment were 80% in the residual effluent defining a high level of decontamination.
