El presente proyecto de negocios se ha elaborado con el fin de estudiar la viabilidad comercial y financiera de una empresa que permita acercar a los colaboradores de las empresas a sus hijos. El negocio se centra en un modelo de colaboración entre distintas empresas que ocupan un edificio corporativo, en el cual constituiremos una guardería para los hijos de los colaboradores que deseen tenerlos cerca. Cabe resaltar que esta ha nacido de la preocupación de las empresas por retener el talento y reducir la deserción laboral por motivos de maternidad o paternidad. Este contexto, representa una oportunidad real de negocio en el mercado peruano, que ofrezca la alternativa de dejar a sus hijos al cuidado de profesionales, en su mismo centro de trabajo y con el respaldo de su empresa. El documento consta de dos partes. La primera, comprendida hasta la cuarta sección, expone los aspectos principales de la empresa a constituir. Desde la idea básica, tendencias, entorno, hasta el planeamiento estratégico. La segunda parte, desde la sección cinco hasta la siete, pone énfasis en la viabilidad operativa y financiera de la empresa, con enfoques cuantitativo y cualitativo, lo que nos permite determinar las aristas de mayor riesgo para el negocio y las ventajas que debemos aprovechar. A partir del análisis y estudio de todos los temas relacionados a la idea de negocio hemos podido determinar que este proyecto es viable tanto comercial como financieramente con un indicador de TIR del 23% y un VAN de S/ 152,897. / This business project has been prepared in order to study the commercial and financial viability of a company that allows employees to be closer to their children. The business is focused on a model of collaboration between different companies that are based in a corporate building. In this corporate building we will create a daycare center for the employee´s children that want to have them near. This idea was born from the concern companies has to retain talent and reduce the attrition due to maternity or paternity. This context represents a real business opportunity in the Peruvian market, which offers the alternative of leaving your children in hands of professional experts in the same workplace and in collaboration with your employer. The document has two parts. The first, until the fourth section, exposes the main aspects of the company to be constituted. From the basic idea, trends, environment and strategic planning. The second part, from section five to seven, it takes emphasizes in the operational and financial viability of the company, with quantitative and qualitative approaches, which allows us to determine the riskiest edges for the business and what we must take advantage.
