A proposta é uma adaptação de estudo a partir do modelo desenvolvido na Europa - Research Network on Gender Politics and the State - iniciado em 1995. ______________________________________________________________________________ ABSTRACT / This dissertation presents research on the linkages between feminist activism and production of gender legislation on "power and politics". It aims to comparatively evaluate to what extent feminist demands have been translated into legislation favorable to women in Argentina and Brazil in the last two decades. Our study is a replication of a model developed in Europe (Research Network on Gender Politics and the State) started in 1995. Considering our singularities in South America, we added to the original group's effort procedures to answer the following question: to what extent feminists articulated to women's policy agencies can turn their demands into legislation?
