The central objective is to analyze the practices Social Entrepreneurship at the NGO Sodireitos on sexual rights and migrate rivers. The method adopted examined the entire creation process at the NGO the present day. Primary and secondary dates were used allowing the viewing of the dynamic intervention Social Sodireitos practiced by the fields of human rights and migrate rivers. Categories of analyses were given, and possible perceive in works of the strong Sodireitos flags that converge to social entrepreneurship as a guideline in the search for a model of human development, social and mainstay vel. / Este trabalho consiste em um estudo de caso na Sociedade de Defesa dos Direitos Sexuais e Migrat?rios da Amaz?nia Sodireitos, cuja problem?tica central est? em compreender como se d? a atua??o empreendedora social da ONG Sodireitos em defesa dos direitos sexuais e migrat?rios na Amaz?nia. O objetivo central est? em analisar a pr?tica de Empreendedorismo Social na ONG Sodireitos em defesa dos direitos sexuais e migrat?rios. O m?todo adotado analisou o processo de cria??o da ONG at? os dias de hoje. Dados prim?rios e secund?rios foram utilizados possibilitando a visualiza??o da din?mica de interven??o social praticada pela Sodireitos no campo dos direitos humanos e migrat?rios. Categorias de an?lises foram estabelecidas, sendo poss?vel perceber na atua??o da Sodireitos fortes sinalizadores que convergem para o empreendedorismo social como eixo norteador na busca por um modelo de desenvolvimento humano, social e sustent?vel.
