L'activitat professional és fonamental en la vida de qualsevol persona i en el cas de les persones amb discapacitat resulta molt potent per tal que assumeixin la identitat adulta. Per això, en la tesi es realitza una aproximació al binomi discapacitat i treball i a les mesures que justifiquen l'actual situació de la inserció laboral de les persones amb discapacitat al mercat laboral protegit i al mercat laboral ordinari. L'objectiu general de la tesi és conèixer en profunditat una experiència d'inserció laboral de persones amb discapacitat psíquica a l'Administració de la Generalitat de Catalunya. La investigació realitzada s'ha estructurat en dues fases. En la primera fase s'ha fet una anàlisi descriptiva del col·lectiu estudiat i en la segona fase, emmarcada en una perspectiva metodològica qualitativa, s'ha desenvolupat un estudi de casos per tal de mostrar el testimoni dels protagonistes, partir del seu relat i recollir les seves valoracions. / The professional activity is basic in the life of any person and in the case of the disabled people it is highly powerful so that they assume the adult identity. So, in the thesis, an approach is made to know more about the situation between disabled people and work and to study what kind of measures explain the current labour insertion of disabled people either in shelter places or in the ordinary labour market. The general goal of the thesis is an in-depth investigation about a labour insertion experience of mental disability people in the Catalonia's Administration. The investigation has been structured in two phases. First of all it has made a descriptive analysis of searched group. Then it has been developed a case study framed in a qualitative methodological perspective to show the witness of the protagonists, starting off from their stories and to pick up their valuations.

This thesis deals with the protection of human rights of users of the social services, namely in relation to the users of the institutions for disabled people. The theoretical part characterizes mentally disabled people who are the target group for the present thesis. Furthermore, it describes the above-mentioned social services institutions and the way and the mechanisms for the provision of the protection and control of human rights of the users in such institution. The examples of the possible infringement of human rights in the institution for disabled people form a constituent part of the thesis. The practical part focuses on the possibility of the enhancement of the situation as far as human rights in such institutions are concerned. It considers the situations where the violation of rights can occur, dealing with education in social services and it sums up concrete procedures how to act in case of this violation has already happened.

This thesis deals with issues of level and structure of education of contemporary Czech population with a view to the target group of disabled people. It talks about historical evolution in this field, current trends and available statistical data, which represent it. A prominent theme of the thesis is a lower number of disabled people with university education in comparison with intact population. We will have a short look at supportive measures for students with special needs at Czech universities as well. Then, a part of the thesis is a survey which examines attitudes of young disabled people towards university education. During the 16th century occurred a new phenomen, that the physically disabled people because of they visage were presented as curiosities or miracles. Some cases were so incredible therefore their appearances gave an impulse for creating an artwork. The images were popular between all social levels, were collected by townspeople, scientists, nobles and kings. The dissertation thesis "Homo deformis". The fascination by appearance of deformed human body in the Czech lands between 1526-1620 aims to explore how the phenomen of human curiosities was reflected in early modern visual art in the Czech lands. This dissertation thesis bases on individual examples of human monstrosity in various art forms as an portraits, allegories, scientific illustrations and pamphlets. It exams images of abnormal disabled people between 1526-1620 and focuses on they symbolic meaning, aesthetic interpretation. It summarizes the knowlege about perceptions of depicted abnormal persons in 16th century. The subjekt of this diploma thesis is design and project documentation of a kindergarten in city Jihlava. New building is situated in the western part of the city HorníKosov. The kindergarten is designed for preschool education 48 children from 3 to 7 years. The building is without cellar. The building has two floors. In the 1st floor there are two separate classes with sanitary facilities and facilities for teachers. Two separate classes have a common dining room with kachen facilities and sanitary facilities for her employees. In the second floor there is lenguage class for 12 children, storage, directors office, office of speech therapy and sanitary facilities. The object is base on concrete foundation strips. The vertical load-bearing constructions are made of ceramics bricks. The walls are insulated with combination of contact thermal insulation system and ventilated facade with facade cladding of cement-bonded particle board. Ceiling construction is made of prestressed hollow-core slabs. Roof construction over single-storey parts of the building is designed as a vegetation flat roof. Roof construction over the two-storey part of the building is designed as a warm flat roof. Next to the object is situated parking slots for cars. Altogether is designed 13 places, which 1 is designed for disabled people.

It is about new-built Retirement center standing alone in the cadaster unit of the town Velké Poříčí. The building has four- floors without basement. It is located in flat terrain near the river in quiet location. The house is built as letter L form. The Retirement center is adapt for disabled people. In the first floor is dining room, doctor´s office, part for employees and technical facilities for house. In the second and third floors are apartments. There are 12 single rooms for one person, 6 single rooms for pair with sleeping in one room and 4 apartments for couple with separated bedroom. In the fourth floor is access to roof terrace. The structural systém of the building is composed of precast concrete frame by Prefa, infill wall from ceramic masonry. Vertical structures are built by prestressed concrete floor slab Spiroll. The building has ventilated facade with mineral wool with facade cladding. The roof is warm flat roof with half intensive green roof.

The diploma thesis topic is an impact analysis of how social services affects clients of community living for disabled people. The main goal of this thesis is to answer a question whether the social service leads to decrease of its range. The clients sample of 12 was selected from those who use the service longest. The data analysis of individual service records complemented with qualitative quality available data confirmed the assumed hypothesis. The initial hypothesis assumed that 80% of clients who use the community living for disabled people the longest lead to decreased the need of provided services. The secondary goal of this thesis is to suggest options how to improve the efficiency of provided services to the service providers. The thesis is focused of proposal and procesing of project documentation Center for waterskiing. The proposed object is located in the western part of the town Soběslav, in the locality aimed at sports activities. The building is created of facilities for summer sports, especially water skiing and wakeboarding. Further there will be built a playground for ball sports and track on roller skates. This is a three-storey no with a cellar object with a flat roof. The object is based on the foundation reinforced concrete pads a strips. The first floor is bricked of permanent formwork and partly of cast in place structure. The second and third floors is designed of clay blocks POROTHERM. This masonry is insulated with the aid of external contact thermal insulation. In the western part of the building is designed ventilated facade. The floor structures is designed from prestressed reinforced concrete panel SPIROLL and partly from reinforced concrete slabs. The object is divided into several operating units. They are the gym and its facilities, restaurant with kitchen, facilities for employees and the necessary storerooms, coffeehouse, shop with sporting equipment, rental equipment for water skiing and a dressing room serving the outdoor sports. The essential part of the second floor is comprised outdoor terrace. From this terrace is allowed entry to the coffeehouse, restaurants, shops and on the main staircase.

This thesis deals with the design and elaboration process of a project documentation of a sports centre. The designed sports centre building is situated in the southern part of the town of Polička, in the area determined for sports and free time activities complexes and areas. It is a two-floor, non-cellar, flat-roof building. It is based on plain concrete strip foundations and reinforced concrete foundation footing. The bearing, peripheral and partition walls are designed from POROTHERM hollow clay blocks. Reinforced concrete columns are designated in open disposition areas. The ceiling construction is made from SPIROLL pre-stressed concrete floor slabs and point-supported reinforced concrete slabs. The peripheral walls of the first aboveground floor are insulated with external thermal insulation system with a protective gabion facade. The peripheral wall thermal insulation in a bowling restaurant and gym halls extension is designed from a ventilated facade with CEMBRIT METRO facade cladding panels. The building is functionally divided into two main parts with a shared entrance. The sports centre with gyms and other sports facilities form the first part. Three squash courts, a mini-football piste, a special room for spinning and alpinning, a room for group exercising and cloakrooms with sanitary facilities are designed within one part of the sports centre. A restaurant with a bowling area and a kitchen with storerooms and other facilities for employees form the second part. The designed complex is barrier-free. There is aimed to be a car park for fifty cars, four motorbikes and a bus in front of the building. Three parking places are for disabled people.
