O presente trabalho apresenta uma análise crítica, mas comprometida, da desconstrução manicomial e da reforma psiquiátrica brasileira, à luz das contribuições teóricas de Nise da Silveira e D.W. Winnicott. Constata que neste movimento convivem a busca de transformações radicais, em dimensões sociais, e uma relativa pobreza na criação de novos dispositivos de caráter eminentemente clínico, o que permite apontar uma importante limitação, vale dizer, que o reconhecimento da importância da dimensão social não se faz acompanhar da suficiente consideração da subjetividade em termos sensíveis e emocionais. Configura-se, assim, situação problemática, que pode ser superada pela via da proposição de enquadres clínicos diferenciados, desde que estes sejam potencialmente capazes de permitir uma articulação produtiva entre dimensões subjetivas sociais e afetivo-emocionais / It is showed trhough in this movement, the search for extreme transformation in social dimensions coexists with some relative poverty to create new mechanisms of clinical feature, which allows us to point out an important limitation, that social importance recognition is not followed by enough consideration of subjectivity in sensitive and emotional terms. It is then formed a problematic situation that may be overcome by the proposition of differentiated clinical settings, as long as they are potentially facilitate a productive articulation between social, subjective and affective-emotional dimensions

Esta pesquisa tem como objetivo compreender as condições que facilitam o processo de aquisição e desenvolvimento da capacidade de ler por meio das relações que se estabelecem entre alunos, professores, coordenadora, diretora e pais. E refletir como as ações realizadas interferiram ou interferem nas atitudes do desenvolvimento dessa capacidade, tendo como base as contribuições de Winnicott. O tema da leitura ganha visibilidade como fenômeno cultural, colocando em questão o tipo de ambiente provedor para que a leitura aconteça. Ambiente provedor é aquele que cerca, nutre e cuida do ser humano em desenvolvimento - mãe, família, escola, sociedade, mundo... O campo de investigação foi a escola pública, tendo como foco a relação inter-humana que possibilitou a alunos de quinta a oitava séries expressarem o que pensavam sobre leitura, por meio de um objeto intermediário questionário. O ser humano pode ter a leitura como capacidade, sendo usuário e criador dela e pode encontrar nela um caminho para colocar sua condição humana em devir. Ser e não ser leitor, um paradoxo sustentado para promover leituras da vida, desde as figurativas até as de um código alfabético específico, dando ao indivíduo condições de enriquecimento pessoal e de trânsito pelo espaço potencial, ao mesmo tempo em que pode participar da e na cultura como leitor ativo. Não ser leitor dificulta o acesso ao acervo cultural deixado pela humanidade e à condição humana de fazer uso da leitura como ser criativo, social, livre e cidadão / This research has as its objective to understand the conditions that facilitate the process of acquisition and development of the ability to read by means of the relationships that are established between students, teachers, coordinator, director and parents. And to reflect on how the performed actions interfered or interfere in the attitudes of the development of this ability, having as basis the Winnicott contributions. The reading theme gains visibility as a cultural phenomenon, questioning the type of provider environment such that the reading comes to be. Provider environment is the one that surrounds, nourishes and takes care of the human being under development mother, family, school, society, worldP The field of investigation was the public school, having the focus on inter-human relationship that allowed the students from the fifth to the eighth series/grades to express what they thought about reading, through the means of an intermediary object questionnaire. The human being may have reading as ability, being its user and creator and may find in it a path to place his human condition in coming to be. To be and not to be a reader, a paradox sustained to promote readings of life, from the metaphorical to those of a specific alphabetical code, giving the individual the conditions for personal enrichment and of traveling through the potential space, whilst at the same time enabling him to participate of and in culture as an active reader. Not being a reader hinders the access to the cultural estate left by humanity and to the human condition of making use of reading as a creative being, social, free and a citizen

A partir de um processo desenvolvido em relação ao estudo, à contemplação e aos trabalhos de pintura, desenho e modelagem com as imagens de Madonas, esta dissertação busca estudar a atuação do trabalho com estas imagens na alma do homem contemporâneo, seu valor terapêutico e sua relação com a saúde. O estudo é qualitativo e interdisciplinar com interfaces na filosofia, religião, arte, história da arte e psicanálise. As imagens das Madonas parecem recolocar e questionar o mistério do nascimento, o mistério da vida humana, o mistério da relação com o outro e o mistério do divino no homem. Esse trabalho de pesquisa foi realizado por meio do vértice fenomenológico, como proposto por Pavel Florensky. A pesquisadora investigou as imagens por meio dessa perspectiva e realizou sobre cada uma delas versões de sentidos. Em seguida, o trabalho prossegue por meio da investigação do uso das imagens em situação clínica / Based on a process of investigation, contemplation and studies of images of Madonnas namely by painting, drawing and sculpture the aim of this paper is to find out the effects of these works on the soul of the contemporary human being, its therapeutic value and its health improving relationship. This study is of qualitative and interdisciplinary nature with interphases in philosophy, religion, art, history of art and psychoanalysis. The images of the Madonnas put a new aspect to the questioning of the mystery of birth, human life, of communication with each other and the mystery of the divine within man. This research work was carried out by using the phenomenological process as proposed by Pavel Florensky. A research worker investigated the images using this means and worked out possibilities of interpretation on each of them. Further the work is followed up by investigation of the use of images in therapy
