Svalové dysbalance u atletů tyčkařů měřeno pomocí TMG / Muscle imbalances in pole vault athletes measured by TMG

Suchelová, Nikola January 2019 (has links)
Title: Muscle imbalances in pole vault athletes measured by TMG. Goal: The goal of this work was to choose endangered muscle groups and identify possible imbalances by using Tensiomyography machine (TMG 100) and define hypothesis about training pressure of pole vault on growth of muscle imbalances in selected muscle groups. Methods: This work is based on qualitative research. Specifically, six case studies were conducted, during which the importance was placed on discovering characteristic muscle imbalances, which could appear based on training pressure in pole vault. Tensiomyography machine (TMG 100) was used to measure muscle imbalances. Results: Six pole vaulters participated in this study. We found that training and competitive load of pole vault could create muscle asymmetry in muscles deltoideus anterior and trapezius superior. The training may influence also slows down contractions of biceps brachii muscle and another asymmetry on deltoideus anterior between both muscles. We found very low functional symmetry in elbow joint. Key Words: pole vault, athletics, muscle imbalances, TMG

Hodnocení svalových dysbalancí u hráček házené / Assessment of muscle imbalances in handball players

Brožová, Eva January 2018 (has links)
Title: Assessment of muscle imbalances in handball players Objectives: The main aim of this work was to evaluate the occurrence of muscle imbalances in the handball players of the first - league team of woman by means of the kinesiological analysis and segmental analysis from the BIA method. Methods: In modified kinesiological analysis, we focused on assessing posture and examining shortened muscles. To segmental analysis by the BIA method, we used the Tanita MC - 980 apparatus, where we first assessed the asymmetry in the distribution of muscle mass on individual body segments. Results: In 80 % of the total, the upper cross syndrome was recorded. Lower cross syndrome was found in 67 % of the players. The results of segmental muscle mass analysis using BIA showed a statistically insignificant difference (p > 0.05) in the distribution of muscle mass in the upper limbs (average difference of 0.05 kg) and a statistically significant difference (p < 0.05) in the distribution of muscle mass at the lower of the limbs (average difference of 0.11 kg). The following significant correlations were found for the whole population (n = 15): m. Iliopsoas right and the amount of muscle mass (BIA) on right upper limb (r = 0.549), iliopsoas on the right and the amount of muscle mass (BIA) on left upper limb (r =...

Vliv rozdílného způsobu silového tréninku na tělesné složení, posturální stabilitu a svalovou a explozivní sílu u skupin závodníků v Men's physique a vrcholových Street Workout atletů / Influence of different way of strength training on body composition, postural stability and muscle and explosive strength in Men's Physique and Street Workout Athletes

Regál, Ondřej January 2018 (has links)
Title: Influence of different way of strength training on body composition, postural stability and muscle and explosive strength in Men's Physique and Street Workout Athletes Objectives: The aim of the thesis was to find out the level and the difference between the parameters of body constitution, postural stability and muscular and explosive force of upper and lower limbs with groups of Men's Physique and Street Workout athletes. Methods: The research sample was represented by two groups (Men's Physique competitors and Street Workout athletes). We assessed chosen parameters of body constitution by Tanita MC-980MA, postural stability by RS Footscan, explosive force (Kistler) and muscular force (Cybex Humac Norm and Takei A5401). Assessed parameters of body constitution were percentage of body fat and fatless matter. In the tests of postural stability, we assessed total travel way of the center of pressure (TTW) in chosen stands (open/closed eyes and one- leg left/right). When testing explosive force, overall produced maximal force and height of the leap were assessed. Muscular force of upper limbs was evaluated by produced force in kg and muscular force of lower limbs was assessed with the help of muscular force moment in concentric muscle activity with angular velocity 60ř·s-1. Result: We found...

Svalové dysbalance u vodních slalomářů měřeno pomocí TMG / Muscle imbalances in white water canoeing measured by TMG

Hapák, Michal January 2020 (has links)
Title: Muscle imbalances in white water canoeing measured by TMG Aims: The aim of this paper was to select the endangered muscle groups, to identify possible imbalances using tensiomyograph (TMG 100) and to define hypotheses about the influence of training load in water slalom on the development of imbalances in the selected specific muscle groups. Methods: This work has a character of a qualitative research. Specifically, 6 case studies were carried out, appended by control measurements after one year, in which emphasis was placed on the detection of characteristic muscle imbalances that could arise as a result of specific training activities in water slalom. To measure these muscle imbalances, we used tensiomyograph (TMG 100). Results: Among the measured participants, we found that during a one-year training cycle, significant changes in the functionality of individual muscle groups have occurred. The most endangered groups, ie the groups with the most significant changes, included BB, DEL, LD and TRM. There have been also notable changes in the functional symmetry of the elbow joint, where 4 out of 5 participants have deteriorated during the year. It was also found, that women might be more prone to imbalances as an effect of the specific activity compared to men. Key words: white water...

Vliv rozšířené tělesné výchovy u dětí mladšího školního věku / Effect of enhanced physical education for school age children

Drdošová, Lenka January 2021 (has links)
Title: Effect of extended physical education in children under school age. Objective: The project aims to find out whether pupils with extended physical education will achieve better results in functional muscle tests than children with standard two-hour physical education lessons per week. Methods: This is a pilot study where the quantitative nature of the research based on a comparison of the results of six functional muscle tests on shortened muscle groups predominates. Pupils were divided into two groups according to the number of physical education hours per week. Pearson's chi-square test was used to determine the level of muscle shortening, the significance level was set at α <0.05. Results: In the individual tests of functional muscle tests, pupils with three hours of physical education per week were better in most cases. Statistical analysis of the prevalence of individual types of muscle group weakness revealed a significantly better result (p ˂ 0.05) in three functional muscle tests. Specifically in postural stereotype according to Mathias, Thomayer exam and lateral flexion exam by pupils with extended TV. Key words: Muscular imbalance, younger school age, extended physical education.
