A preocupação com a profissionalização do aluno fica clara, com as mudanças propostas nas diretrizes curriculares para os cursos de engenharia, na CNE/CES 11/2002 e na lei 11.788/2008. Por este motivo, esta pesquisa tem como objetivo geral propor diretrizes para a inserção do aluno de graduação nos estágios extracurriculares, de acordo com as atuais exigências de mercado. O estudo apresenta a atuação da Coordenação de Estágios da Escola de Engenharia da Universidade Federal Fluminense, que busca o cumprimento das exigências das diretrizes curriculares, assim como da lei de estágios e foi desenvolvido com base em pesquisas bibliográficas e entrevistas com alunos e professores da UFF sobre o tema. Por fim, espera-se propor diretrizes e ações que beneficie o aluno e a Universidade, bem como reforce as parcerias e o monitoramento dos estágios / The changes due to technological advancement in knowledge, enterprise and industry, make it necessary to adapt the courses, so that graduates may be eligible for this new scenario. The concern with the professionalization of the student is clear, with the proposed changes in the curriculum guidelines for courses in engineering, CNE / CES 11/2002 and Law 11,788 / 2008. For this reason, this research has the overall objective to propose guidelines for the inclusion of undergraduate students in internships, according to the current market demands. The study presents the work of the Coordination Internship School of Engineering, Federal Fluminense University , that seeks to fulfill the requirements of curriculum guidelines, as well as the law of stages and was developed based on literature searches and interviews with students and teachers about the UFF the topic. Finally, it is expected to propose policies and actions that will benefit the student and the University, as well as strengthen partnerships and monitoring stages.
