Fjärrvärmens livscykelkostnad för småhusägare i Örebro kommun : En jämförande studie av nya föreslagna fjärrvärmelösningar och deras potential att öka fjärrvärmens konkurrenskraft gentemot bergvärme

Persson, Joakim January 2015 (has links)
District heating is an environmentally friendly heating principle that is widely used in Sweden. A problem that has arisen is that while district heating dominates heating of apartment buildings, the district heating companies have difficulties competing in single-family houses. In Örebro, the 7th largest city in Sweden, this problem causes some worries because of the environmental benefits with district heating compared to electricity-based heating alternatives which are more commonly used. The goal of this study has been to calculate the life cycle costs for district heating in Örebro from the house owner’s perspective and to compare these with the life cycle costs for heating by geothermal heat pumps. The study also examines the potential of a few proposed solutions for improved economy for district heating in areas with single-family houses. The calculations estimate the life cycle costs during 30 years for district heating to 697 kkr and 562 kkr for geothermal heat pumps. High energy costs being the primary reason for the district heating’s expensive outcome. A possible solution to improve the situation for district heating is the development of low temperature distribution. This could decrease the heat losses and thereby make district heating less expensive. Another solution that will make district heating more profitable in the future is district heating powered machines such as washing machines, dryers and dishwashers. The use of these machines replaces electricity consumption with heating consumption. For the use of these machines in houses with conventional district heating a separate pipe is needed which makes them not profitable at the moment. In Västerås, a city comparable to Örebro, low temperature grids are being developed with district heated machines in areas with newly built low energy houses. This solution uses a secondary grid with only one pipe for heating, heating of water and the district heated machines. The life cycle costs for this solution is 653 kkr, much less expensive than the conventional district heating in Örebro. An introduction of a similar solution in Örebro could make district heating in one-family houses more profitable, for both producer and consumer.

Vliv fyzických parametrů a stáří silnoproudého vedení na výkonnost a spolehlivost PLC/BPL / Influence of physical parameters and age of power lines on PLC/BPL performance and reliability

Benešl, Lukáš January 2020 (has links)
BPL technology is quite widespread nowadays and the public is also somewhat aware of it. This technology can be used as a means of communication without the need to install additional media and thus use the existing infrastructure. In an effort to use the full potential of the technology, BPL communication began to be used to monitor the current state of cables in distribution networks online. Where the technology is already fully implemented, the distributor can use the data to evaluate the current situation. In this way, BPL technology can be used as a diagnostic tool to test the quality of a cable connection on which not only time but also humidity and other external influences could have a significant effect.

Posouzení možnosti provozu zdrojů v dané oblasti při nestandardních provozních stavech sítě VN / Evaluation of nonstandard operation possibilities of power sources in MV network

Čáslava, Jiří January 2012 (has links)
This Master's thesis deals with solution of nonstandard operation connection of E.ON's 22kV distribution network in given area, considering the possibilities of operating dispersed electric power sources currently available, as well as possible power sources connected to the distribution network in the future and its potential operation limitation. A part of this paper is a description of calculation methods used for network evaluation in steady state, with emphasis on linear calculations used by E-Vlivy program, in which the operational possibilities are simulated. Therefore, a description of this program is also included. Suggested operation possibilities correspond with E.ON's valid distribution network operation rules. The outcome of this paper will serve to E.ON's 22kV network's controllers as materials for network operating in nonstandard operation states.

Efektivnost investic výstavby soustav pro přenos elektrické energie / The Effectiveness of the Investments for the Systems of El. Power Transmitions

Beneš, Jan January 2008 (has links)
In this master´s thesis I deal most with methods of economical effectivity of investments in electricity distribution and transmition from suppliers to final customers and also with methodology of economical investment effectivity in company E.ON. This proposal of evaluation methodology determines net present value, internal rate of return, and return period of a particular investment project. These surveyed values are determined from yearly net Cash Flow (CF) or from cumulated net CF. I have chosen program Microsoft Office Excel 2003 for its relatively easy input of parameters, simple assemble of calculation algorithm and also for convenient way of calculation results presentation.
