The thesis is focused on the preparation of realization the multipurpose building Brno - Klíčova. The content of this the thesis is study of construction technology followed by the construction technology project. The aim of the thesis is to identify the sources of the time, money, workers and materials of the building and then select the appropriate process of realization.

The thesis deals with the preparation of the implementation and management of building central dispatching of rail traffic management Prague. The thesis contains the selected part of building technological project together with appropriate drawings. The project addresses mainly the rough construction of the mainbuilding.The aim of this thesis is to design appropriate and effective way of realization of construction depending on local conditions.

The aim of this master's thesis is the construction-technological project of the entire building focusing on major construction building - Multifunctional house, which is based on large-diameter piles. The main part of thesis are budget of object and time schedules of construction. Masters thesis is engaged of chosen parts of technological-buildig project of administrativ and housing complex of Sochorova in Brno, Žabovřesky. Contains technological-buildig study of first phase with brief description of advancement of construction with grafical scripts of particular steps, timetable and pecuniarytable of objects AB3, AB4, diagrams with various possibilities of using operatives. Thesis continous with calculation of entire first phase and item budged of object AB3(draft construction), statement of masurement, technical report of construction-technological AB3, plan of situaction of the building, technological manual of reiforced concrete ceiling of AB3 including plan of planking parts PERI, timetable, design of construction site equipment with technical report, proposal of machineries and crane, plane of inspections for chosen items, ecology and report about safety and health protecting on construction site.

The content of this thesis is the construction project of technological multifunctional building new locality Nitra the Slovak Republic. Individual points outline the project, which are dealt with in this thesis can be divided into subcategories, depending on the type of information provided. The first category can include items such as a technical report to the STP, which describes the basic information about the objects constructed building including the construction situation, location of the site including links to transport and technical infrastructure and rough timetable for the construction of all buildings.
