Master´s Thesis is concerned about possibility of receiving funding from European union. It contains theoretical background about structural funds of European union, analysis of the present circumstances of the company and, in the proposal part of the thesis, there is executed design of application within the economic analysis.

The Master's thesis focuses on European Union funds mainly on fund which is a part of the Operational Programme Business and Innovation. It deals with the options of projects financing and grant application processes. Funding of the projects using grants from the EU is analyzed and evaluated in the specific case.

The thesis is focused on project financing in the non-profit sphere. The paper deals with the financing of the project by spending irreversibly financial contribution from European Union funds. The sponsor of this ride is the town of Piešťany. The goal of this project is the realization of building a business incubator.

The goal of this thesis, which focuses on tourism as an element of the social-economic potential of Nymburk, is to provide an explanation of the problems related to tourism in this area. In order for the region to develop, cultural-historical sights are necessary. There are plenty of these in Nymburk. The potential that the city offers has not yet been fully realized and because of this it is possible to plan many projects with EU assistance for the development of the area. The thesis focuses on the description of tourism in the Central Bohemian region and directly in the town Nymburk and offers possibilities for future development. In order to understand the changes needed a survey was created and sent to 150 respondents. The summary of the results shows the attitude of the Nymburk citizens regarding the state of services, local policy, and offers suggestions for change. A SWOT analysis was made on the basis of the strategic city plan for finding the strategic advantages. It is supplemented by a Fuller triangular matrix which clearly highlights the most important aspects.

The main aim of the thesis titled Regional policy and its effects on the level LAU2 is to identify the effects of the instruments and measures of regional policy based on the analysis development of selected municipalities, namely municipalities Třeštice and Knínice that are part of microregion Telčsko in the Vysočina. The theoretical part deals with regional policy and changes in its concept, problems of EU funds, strategic documents and possible ways of financing development projects from national and regional resources. The practical part deals with socio-economic analysis of the municipalities and create a list of received grants. Effects of various project groups to changes of socio-economic indicators are assessed on this base.

This diploma thesis deals with the regional development financing through the Structural Funds of European Union. More specificaly it deals with the evaluation of drawing funds during the implementation of the ROP NUTS II Jihozapad programme in the programming period 2007 - 2013. The thesis is devided into two parts - theoretical and practical. The first, theoretical part defines the basic terms of regional policy, such as region, regional development and regional policy. The second, practical part of the thesis is focused on the definition of the ROP NUTS II Jihozapad programme, analysis of the region, its objectives and on the fullfilment of the monitoring indicators.

This diploma thesis deals with the assessment of the subsidy possibilities of the selected company. The subsidy opportunities of the company will be evaluated with respect to the expected development of the company and the current subsidy conditions in the 2014-2020 programming period. Part of the topic is also an overview of operational programs and European subsidies. The characteristics of the selected enterprise were assessed, its specifics and its specific needs assessed. Subsequently an analysis of the investment policy and the current conditions of the operating subsidies was carried out. Based on this analysis, a specific project was funded through EU funds. Finally, an application for a grant was prepared for a specific operational program.

The thesis is aimed at just one area of alternative energy sources. Its main goal is the analysis of the utilization of solar energy in Pardubice region. The main following themes are discussed: the current legislative background renewable resources, the posibility of obtaining funds from European and national funds or the properties and use of solar energy. On the basis of research results to be presented several proposals, which should contribute to increasing the attractiveness of solar systems.

The purpose of the master´s thesis titled The South Bohemian Chamber of Commerce analysis with respect to small and medium-sized enterprises was to analyze activities, services and products offered by the South Bohemian Chamber of Commerce (Chamber) to assist small and medium-size undertakings in the Region of South Bohemia. The theoretical background deals with the possibility to use financial means offered by the EU structural funds and subsidies granted by the Region of South Bohemia as this is the area of interest for the undertakings and due to the fact that the Chamber pursues activities pertaining to this area as well, namely in the form of consulting services and projects´ implementation. The practical part analyzes the activity of the Chamber - e.g. the services the Chamber offers.

This work is focused on an analysis of current programming period 2007 -- 2013. The objective is to provide an operational programme overview, both their specifics and survey. Special attention is paid to Regional Operational Programme NUTS 2 Central Bohemia. In the practical part there are summarised (following the research) the results of the absorption capacity of the region and the function of euromanagers. In conclusion there is an analysis of a succesful project in Central Bohemia, carried out through Common Regional Operational Programme from the last programming period.
