This master's thesis focuses on the valuation of the Municipal Library in Prague, the cultural institution allowances organization. Its aim is to estimate the value up for the date of 31th October 2013 for the purpose of its founder, Prague - the capital city, and to compare the measured value with the level of annual non-capital contribution for the Municipal Library from its founder. The valuation was performed by using the contingent valuation method, which is based on random sample of the questionnaire survey respondents who express their preferences. They are gradually guided to be able to provide the maximum price that they would be willing to pay for use of services and to be able to work out what financial compensation they would be willing to accept for the decrease in their quality life. The starting point of this thesis is to determine the prognosis of the number of registered readers, borrowings, economy of the Municipal Library, its market position and other requisites. This thesis is one of the few which contains valuation in the cultural sector in the Czech Republic.

Firstly, the aim of this thesis is to summarize the most important differences between Czech accounting legislation and the International Financial Reporting Standards. Moreover, there are processed the methods of business financial analysis. In the section of practical application the indicators and indexes of financial analysis are calculated and explained and evaluated. At the end of the thesis all the information given in the text are synthesized and the probable influence of using International Financial Reporting Standards on financial analysis is explained.

This master thesis deals with the valuation of the firm NHKZ Steel s.r.o. by using income capitalization approach. In the first part, there are described theoretical foundations of the thesis and process used for valuation of the company. The practical part contains the strategic and financial analysis, compilation of value drivers, proposal of the financial plan and cost of capital. At the end of the thesis, there is the valuation of the firm to the date 1. 1. 2017 using the method of discounted cash flow method DCF entities and the economic value added method.

The diploma thesis deals with the issue of determinig the value of the company operating in the automotive industry. The thesis deals with summarizing the theoretical backgrounds, which also explain the methods and procedures that are related to the valuation of economic subjects themselves. The analytical part identifies the company, processes the financial statements and, on the basis of them, creates the prerequisite for a correct numerical representation of the strategic and financial analysis. The valuation itself is part of the final portion, which is based on discounted cash flow and economic value added. Consequently, a summary evaluation of the achieved results for the monitored period 2012 – 2017 is produced.

Subject of this diploma thesis is to evaluate financial situation of a production company, which is going to expand its facilities for employees, machines, equipment and ware. On the basis of theoretical knowledge and with use of particular analytical methods, an analysis of current state will be developed. The results of these analysis will then be used to make suggestions for a possible improvement in the company's situation.

This master thesis deals with determination of objectivized value of company based on results of strategic and financial analysis which are used as a basis for distribution of assets as an operationally needed and operationally not needed, setting of individual value generators and compiling of a financial plan. Using these bases, the objectivized value of the company will be determined using method discount cash flow entity and the economic value added.

The objective of this thesis is valuation of the company Mikro Trading a.s., where the enterprise value is determined using yield methods. The theoretical part describes the basic theoretical framework that is necessary for enterprise valuation. This part is followed by strategic and financial analyses, prognosis of value drivers, and a financial plan is set up. Finally, the objectified value of the enterprise as at 1 January, 2018 is determined. The valuation is performed using discounted cash flow and economic value added.

The Master thesis "Evaluation of the performance of the company using financial analysis tools" is focused on the evaluation of the financial efficiency of the selected enterprise based on classical and modern methods of financial analysis. The theoretical part is devoted to the issue of performance evaluation of a company from a theory point of view. The individual methods, including the ways of their calculations, are described. The theory from the first part follows the second part, where the selected indicators are applied to real company. The practical part includes a detailed analysis of selected indicators of financial analysis. Based on the results of individual indicators of classical and modern methods of financial analysis, recommendations are proposed to improve corporate performance.

The master’s thesis deals with company’s value estimation of INTEKA Brno spol. s r.o. The theoretical part of the thesis contains literary research, which focused on theory associated with the valuation of the company. The analytical part consists of company presentation, strategic and financial analysis. In the third part, based on the previous results of the analysis, the valuation method has been selected and further developed for INTEKA Brno spol. s r.o.

The diploma thesis is focused on the valuation of the company CIE Ždánice, s. r. o. to 1.1.2018 by using income capitalization approach. Especially the method of discounted cash flow and the economic value added. Both methods are used in variant entity. The used methods are defined in the theoretical part and these ones are then applied in the analytical part.
