The master´s thesis deals with economic and financial analysis and evaluation of the MND a.s. company using modern methods and tools. The theoretical part of the thesis contains literary research, which focused on theory associated with the economic and financial analysis. The analytical part consists of company presentation, economic and financial analysis. The final part of the thesis contains suggestions and recommendations that could improve the financial status of the company.

This diploma thesis is focused on estimation of a company value using income capitalization approach. The theoretical part of this diploma thesis is focused on the definition of the basic terms, methods and procedure of valuation. The analytical part includes strategic and financial analysis, analysis and forecast of the value drivers and financial plan. The valuation of the company is based on Discounted cash flow method and Economic value added method. Determination of value is made as at 1.1.2019.

The diploma thesis deals with estimation of the value of the company Crystalex CZ, s.r.o. using income capitalization approach, namely the method of discounted cash flow and economic value added. The theoretical part is focused on the theoretical basis necessary to determine the value of the company. In the analytical part a strategic and financial analysis of the company is performed, a prognosis of value drivers, a financial plan is set out, and finally the valuation of the company as of 1. 1. 2019 is performed.

This thesis is dealing with a performance measure Economic Value Added and its application in the optimalization of company´s products structure. In the first part of this thesis is analysis of the company, theory of Economic Value Added and adjustments of accounting model that lead to the economic model. Following main part is focused on unit products of company and its calculations of Economic Value Added. Last part suggests a new company´s product structure with regard to EVA results.

This graduation theses analyse financial evidence of point stock company in years 2003 – 2005 and continue on an investment plan for years 2007 – 2016. The goal of this work is with utlization of financial analysis make a propsal and evaluate potential investment.

Master’s thesis describes analysis of the financial situation company Brewery Černá Hora Inc. within the years 2003 – 2007 through the chosen indicators of the financial analysis. It diagnose strong and weak sides of the company and propose possible measures, which will lead to improvement of the financial situation for this company in the future.

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou výstavby a provozování fotovoltaické elektrárny v podmínkách České republiky. Diplomová práce se skládá z části teoretické, analytické a návrhové. V části teoretické kde jsou rozebrána teoretická východiska, která jsou následně aplikována v dalších částech. Analytická část pojednává o podmínkách a překážkách výstavby a provozu fotovoltaických elektráren na území ČR. Část návrhová obsahuje vlastní návrh možných řešení fotovoltaické elektrárny a doporučení nejvhodnějšího řešení.

This thesis focuses on the evaluation of the financial situation and on the analysis of performance of the selected firm. There are applied methods of finacial analysis and the pyramidal decomposition of economic value added including the identification of value drivers. Companies’ indicators are compared with their branch avarage. The imperative part of this thesis are my proposals and recommendations which can help to remove or reduce the weak parts in the company.
