The theoretical basis for discussion and critical reflexive analysis in this research focused on studies that have demonstrated the major role played by non-governmental organizations (NGO), specially considering their organizational structure. Favorable aspects include the needs of a professional management in this kind of institution, and adequate approach of questions related to the job market, identifying significance, concepts and interferences of human activities in relation to the youth and to the interferences during their professional choice. We have carried on both: quantitative and qualitative research, by using semi-structured question sheets containing inquiries about the institution, the contents of the formative program and the professional reality of the formed youth. The questions have enabled identifying useful information that could be employed for the further analysis and discussion. The survey included 50 boys and girls formed in the last five years, chosen randomly. It was observed significance contribution to the creation of job opportunities, as well as in their professional growth. This research has indicated the existence of a feeling of gratitude in the youth, indicating that the goals aimed by the institution are relevant and that its structure is adapted with the developmental needs of the young people attended. It was demonstrated that the positive aspects pointed out by the formed youth have surpassed possible negative aspects, indicating that the institution is in time with the reality and changes of the globalized world. / O presente trabalho teve como objetivo demonstrar a influência do programa formativo para inserção no mercado de trabalho de jovens adolescentes atendidos pela Fundação Mirim de Presidente Prudente. A fundamentação teórica para discussão e análise crítico-reflexiva dessa pesquisa centrou-se nos estudos que demonstram o trabalho das Organizações Não Governamentais, principalmente com foco em sua estrutura organizacional, para identificar a necessidade de uma gestão profissional nesse tipo de entidade, e nas questões relacionadas ao trabalho, identificando-se significado, conceitos e interferências dessa atividade humana, com relação ao adolescente e às interferências na sua escolha profissional. Optou-se por uma pesquisa de campo, de caráter quanti-qualitativa, definindo-se como método de coleta de dados um questionário semi-estruturado contendo questões sobre a entidade, os conteúdos do programa formativo e a realidade profissional do egresso. O questionário permitiu identificar informações que serviram para análise e discussão dos resultados da pesquisa. A população pesquisada contou com 50 egressos desligados nos últimos cinco anos, escolhidos de forma aleatória, de ambos os sexos. Observou-se uma contribuição significativa ao egresso, tanto na oportunidade, como na continuidade de seu crescimento profissional. A pesquisa indicou um sentimento de gratidão dos egressos, o que representou que o trabalho desenvolvido pela entidade pode ser considerado relevante e que sua estrutura está atualmente condizente com as necessidades de desenvolvimento dos jovens atendidos por ela. Demonstrou-se, nos resultados, que os pontos positivos identificados pelos egressos sobrepuseram-se aos possíveis pontos negativos, o que indicou que a entidade esta atualizada com a realidade e as mudanças do mundo globalizado.

A camp’s work was done in the state school Doctor Albert Sabin where studed the secondary education and promised to return as teachers. The interviews add ten hours of recording and resulted in a social and cultural analysis of the routes theirs perceptions. They talked about theirs school route about the family routine and about the alternatives that considered that had and about the limit that were imposed. So, they could to try to consider how there was of space to theirs choices. / O principal objetivo desta dissertação foi analisar a trajetória de ex-alunos de escola pública que moravam no bairro de Campo Grande e que se tornaram professores, tentando entender se houve relação entre a origem social e a escolha profissional. Para tanto foi feito um trabalho de campo na escola estadual Dr. Albert Sabin onde os entrevistados cursaram o Ensino Médio e fizeram a promessa de voltarem como professores. As entrevistas somam dez horas de gravação e resultaram numa análise social e cultural das trajetórias dos depoentes a partir de suas próprias percepções. Discorreram sobre suas trajetórias escolares, sobre a rotina familiar e sobre as alternativas que consideram que tiveram e sobre as limitações que foram impostas. Assim, pôde-se tentar avaliar o quanto houve de espaço para suas 'escolhas'.

Essa ideia foi materializada pelo Programa Nacional de Integração da Educação Profissional com a Educação Básica, na modalidade Educação de Jovens e Adultos, o Proeja, instituído em 2006. Este trabalho busca analisar o Proeja sob o ponto de vista daqueles que participam de sua implantação na rede federal de Educação Profissional, Científica e Tecnológica (EPCT). Foram utilizadas pesquisas documentais, entrevistas, questionário e grupo focal. Para entender a concepção, foram analisados documentos legais e o Documento Base do Proeja. A fim de verificar aspectos vinculados à implantação do Proeja, optou-se pelo diálogo com ofertantes, ou seja, instituições, representadas pelos coordenadores, docentes e alunos, principalmente aqueles para quem o curso foi inicialmente pensado, o futuro aluno, trabalhador jovem e adulto. Pressupondo que a consolidação desse projeto educacional tem como fundamento a integração entre trabalho, ciência, técnica, tecnologia, humanismo e cultura geral, e que esses elementos são essenciais para o efetivo exercício da cidadania, de acordo com o Documento Base do Proeja, é possível afirmar que, apesar de os resultados dos projetos educacionais só possam ser percebidos a longo prazo, o fundamento ainda não foi materializado. Identificaram-se, na visão dos participantes, concepções fortemente marcadas pela ótica do capital, assim como a incorporação de conceitos ideológicos vinculados ao mundo produtivo. Alunos e futuros alunos também vinculam a necessidade de estudar à visão exclusiva da garantia de emprego. Trazem enraizado o pensamento da necessidade de formação de um contingente de reserva de „mão-de-obra‟, como também a aceitação... / Improving schooling and offering professional training to young and adult workers mean seeking two fundamental rights, education and work. This idea was materialized by the National Program for Integration of Professional Education with Basic Education, in the Modality of Education of Young People and Adults Proeja, established in 2006. This paper analyzes the Proeja from the point of view of those who participate in its implementation in the federal network Vocational, Scientific and Technological Education (EPCT). We used documentary research, interviews, questionnaires and focus groups. With the objective to understand the design, we analyzed legal documents and the Proeja Base Document. In order to check aspects related to the implementation of Proeja, we decided to talk to the providers, namely the institutions, represented by coordinators, teachers and students, especially those to whom the course was initially conceived, future students and young adult workers. Assuming that the consolidation of this educational project is based on the integration between work, science, technique, technology, humanism and general culture, and that these are essential elements for the effective exercise of citizenship (BRAZIL, 2007), it is possible to say that, in spite of the fact that the results of educational projects can only be perceived in the long term, the idea has not yet been materialized. The view of the participants revealed ideas strongly influenced by the capital perspective, as well as the incorporation of ideological concepts linked to the productive world. Students and future students also relate the need to study to the only view of job security. The students believe in the need to form a reserve contingent of 'manpower' and also that responsibility and personal effort determine the working conditions and ensure professional success.
