Pretendemos investigar o alcance e os limites do dispositivo clínico dos grupos terapêuticos com crianças, tal como desenvolvido na instituição Lugar de Vida Centro de Educação Terapêutica. O grupo pesquisado é parte do eixo montagem institucional , um dos três eixos que compõem a proposta da Educação Terapêutica e da Educação para o Sujeito. Nossa hipótese é de que o grupo terapêutico é um dispositivo privilegiado para a emergência de identificações que pode ser manejado em função do tratamento de crianças com questões psíquicas variadas crianças com falhas na especularização, psicose e neurose. Na medida em que o grupo se coloca como um terceiro na rede imaginária em que frequentemente a criança está enredada, ele pode proporcionar novos lugares identificatórios a ela, seja a criança neurótica ou psicótica. Discutimos quatro casos clínicos de crianças atendidas em um grupo, a fim de avaliar a hipótese apresentada. As crianças foram avaliadas a partir do instrumento AP3 - Avaliação Psicanalítica aos 3 anos, a fim de analisarmos as alterações e permanências de sintomas após um ano e meio de trabalho em um grupo em Educação Terapêutica / We intend to investigate the scope and limits of the clinical device of group therapy with children, as developed in the institution Lugar de Vida - Centro de Educação Terapêutica (Place of Life - Center for Therapeutic Education). The group studied is part of the axle institutional framework, one of three focal points of the proposal of Therapeutic Education and Education for the Subject. Our hypothesis is that group therapy is a device of choice for the emergence of identifications that can be handled according to the treatment of children with various psychological issues - children with gaps in specularization, psychosis and neurosis. To the extent that the group is placed as a third party on the imaginary network where the child often is entangled, it can provide new identificatory posts for them, be they neurotic or psychotic children. We discuss four clinical cases of children seen in a group in order to evaluate the hypothesis presented. The children were evaluated using the tool Psychoanalytic Assessment at the age of 3 (PA3) for us to analyze the changes and continuities of symptoms after a year and a half working in a group of Therapeutic Education
