A dissertação tem por objeto de estudo o papel da qualificação realizada pelo Centro de Desenvolvimento Profissional/CDP da Azaléia Calçados, na profissionalização e inserção de jovens das cidades de Parobé e Taquara a partir de 1993. A pesquisa de campo envolveu quatro alunos egressos do Curso de Multioperação de Calçados, três gerentes da empresa e um educador do projeto. O estudo toma como ângulo de análise a qualificação profissional como uma relação socialmente construída, que integra o fenômeno da relação salarial moderna, que é uma das formas históricas de regulação das relações entre capital e trabalho. Os conceitos de inserção, trajetórias e profissão completaram as referências de análise. Partindo da noção do tempo de trabalho como medida dos valores econômicos, o estudo aborda a qualificação como decorrência do modelo fordista de produção, no contexto da reestrututração produtiva no setor coureiro-calçadista. No processo de reprodução da força de trabalho se verifica a incidência da qualificação no trabalho produtivo dos jovens nas células de trabalho e nos seus modos de vida. As relações entre qualificação, trabalho e inserção profissional que caracterizam a socialização profissional, na experiência estudada acontecem através do CDP, com a mediação de uma rede social que tem um papel importante na articulação entre a qualificação e a inserção profissional. / The composition has the purpose of studying the role of qualification made by “Professional Development Center”/CDP of Azaléia Calçados (shoes factory), in the vocational training and insertion of young people of the cities Parobé and Taquara since 1993. The research involved four egressed students of “Shoes Multi-operation Course, three manager of the company and a instructor of the project. The study takes as focus of analysis the professional qualification (vocational training) as a relation socialy built, that consists of the phenomenon of the modern wage terms (rules, conditions), that is one of the historic ways to regulate the relations between capital and work (labor). The concepts of insertion, trajectories and profession have completed the analysis references. Starting with the notion of time of work (work-time) like measurement of economic value, the study deals with the qualification as a result of Ford-model of producing, in the context of productive reestruturation in the field “shoes-leather”. In the process of the reproduction of the workforce we see the occurrence of the qualification in the productive work of the young people in the work cell and in their way of life. The relations among qualification, work and professional insertion that describes the professional insertion that describes the professional socialization in the studied experience happens through the “CDP” (Professional Development Center) with the intervention of a social chain that has an important role in the link between qualification and professional insertion.

The political and economic changes of the past three decades exercised varying effects on the lives and prospects of young people in Hungary and the Czech Republic. The destructive outcomes of the countries' struggle with the hardships of the global economic crisis pushed many of them to leave their countries and try their chances elsewhere over the past few years. Even though, the prevalent migratory fluxes of Europe may generally be characterized by the Westward movement of a group composed of predominantly young Central and Eastern European men and women, my two countries of research display diverging migratory tendencies. While today's Hungary advocates the threat of emerging as a country of emigration, the Czech Republic's population inflow outrules its emigration, making it gradually turn into a country of immigration. In my research, I wish to reveal the specificities of Hungarian and Czech migratory tendencies and their underlying social and economic reasons. Ultimately, my aim is to provide an understanding of the evolution of current migration tendencies in Hungary and in the Czech Republic, as well as their potential long term effects on the two countries' social and economic structure. A criação da escola em 1924 decorreu em virtude da expansão para ao interior da rede de escolas profissionais criadas pelo governo do estado de São Paulo em 1910. Como escola voltada para o mundo do trabalho, a escola profissional desde o início de seu funcionamento estabeleceu um vínculo com a economia local, na qualificação de mão de obra para as oficinas e fábricas já existentes, como também, na influência que teve no aparecimento de oficinas e fábricas fundadas por ex-alunos. O trabalho procura mostrar que o estudo do ensino profissional a partir de uma realidade específica acrescenta elementos às análises mais gerais que privilegiam, ora o caráter assistencialista dos tempos do império, ora o processo de racionalização que se verificou no sistema de ensino profissional ao longo do século XX. / This works sets out to investigate how the professional school “Dr. Júlio Cardoso” was established into the social-economical context of the city of Franca. In 1924 the school was created due to the expansion of professional schools into the interior of the state by the government of São Paulo state which had been first created in 1910. Since these schools are devoted to the work field this professional school has always established a link with the local economy, qualifying labor for local workshops and factories as well as influencing other workshops and founded by former students. This works aims to show that the study of the professional learning process related to a specific reality adds elements to general analysis, wich either provide privilege to the assistant characteristic from the empire times, or to the rational process which had been verified in the system of the professional teaching throughout the twentieth century.

O sujeito da pesquisa foi o trabalhador urbano de Campo Grande (MS), que se constituiu no universo pesquisado, e o período considerado foi o compreendido entre 1996 e 1998, correspondente à primeira fase do Plano Nacional de Educação Profissional - PLANFOR. Por tratar-se de uma situação particular de uma comunidade, optou-se pelo estudo de caso, procurando-se desenvolver análises enfocando o PLANFOR, da concepção (no âmbito federal) à execução, - de responsabilidade da esfera estadual, subsidiada pela administração pública municipal, - até os resultados obtidos. Para tanto foi realizada pesquisa de campo, através da qual foram coletados dados que possibilitassem a identificação: 1) do índice de desemprego registrado antes e depois do desenvolvimento dos Planos Estaduais de Qualificação Profissional/MS, no período considerado; 2) dos cursos de qualificação oferecidos e das categorias profissionais beneficiadas; 3) dos resultados obtidos. A abordagem foi qualitativa, embasada na vertente dialética, podendo, quanto à finalidade, ser classificada como pesquisa descritiva e explicativa. A pesquisa de campo envolveu a análise documental e observação direta ou participante e foi complementada pela pesquisa bibliográfica, que perpassou todo o processo. Concluiu-se que as medidas governamentais voltadas para o desemprego não obtiveram, em Campo Grande (MS), os resultados esperados. / The thesis in hand is the result of studies developed with the objective of investigating the causes of unemployment and the effects of government social politics directed towards reducing it. The subject of the research was the urban worker in Campo Grande (MS), who builds his life in the universe researched and the period under consideration was between 1996 and 1998, corresponding to the first phase of the National Professional Education Plan - PLANFOR. As a specific community situation was being handled, the case study was chosen, endeavouring to develop analyses focusing on the PLANFOR, from its beginning (on a federal level) to its carrying out, - of responsibility in the state sphere, subsidized by municipal public administration, - up to the results obtained. For this, field research was carried out, from which data were collected which made possible the identification: 1) of the index of registered unemployment before and after the development of the State Plans for Professional Qualification /MS, within the considered period; 2) of the qualification courses offered and of the professional categories that benefitted; 3) of the results obtained. The approach was qualitative, based on a dialectic thrust, making possible, according to the intention, the classification of descriptive and explanatory research. The field research involved documental analysis and direct or participating observation and was complemented by bibliographical research, which permeated the whole process. It was concluded that government measures directed towards unemployment did not obtain, in Campo Grande (MS), the results expected.

Diploma thesis Philosophy in the work of John Amos Comenius is focused on demarcation main points in the work of John Amos Comenius, great thinker, philosopher, pedagogic and theologic authority. I deal with philosophy and with influences of most important people, atmosphere of 17th century, significant finding and inventions and his live on his work. Comenius was great thinker of education and pedagogue in praxis and metodology. This is another part of my work, I focused on education in praxis and of course his work in books. I mention ODO - Opera didactica omnia, huge work of pedagogic metodology and Obecná porada o nápravě věcí lidských - his masterpiece. This work have to unify his work in one big complex. Than I am trying to compare it with our today reality and find similar problems in our school and education proces.

(in English) This diploma thesis aims to map in detail the profession of an early childhood intervention counselor and to find out professional demands and personality prerequisites, which are necessary for its performance. The first part of the thesis deals with the collection of theoretical knowledge about the early childhood intervention social prevention service from its beginnings in the Czech Republic to the present state. It also defines the clientele of the service, which is a family with a child with a disability or at risk of development under the age of seven years. In the research part, based on an analysis of the results of four methods, which are a questionnaire, a time snapshot of the day, a semi-structured interview and a critical incidents technique, the work analysis of early childhood intervention is compiled. The whole work is concluded by the construction of an educational program, which is based on the research findings and the created work analysis.

Czech Law concerning work safety in high school laboratory in the Czech Republic is constantly changing, while these changes in the law might go unnoticed by high school teachers. These teachers are often not informed which law is currently in effect and if it has any impact on their teaching in chemical laboratories. Therefore, this work presents compiled laws that influence teaching in chemical laboratories, translates their meaning into comprehensible sentences and then puts them together to a summary of these laws. To keep this information up to date, a basic web design is included in this work that will be put on web www.studiumchemie.cz, where it will be actualized by author of this thesis. On this web high school teachers will have the opportunity to easily access both original formulations and translated meaning of the law.
