This diploma thesis' objective is to assess the financial situation of the specific company and suggestion the concrete recommendation for the improvement its financial situacion. The first part of the thesis comprises theoretical fundamentals of the financial analysis and introduction the company. The second part represents application of financial analysis methods to assess the financial situation of the specific company. Summary gathers the general financial situation of the specific company and proposals to its improvement.

The goal of this diploma thesis is to evaluate the investment project of the specific company and to make a recommendation for or against its realization. The first part consists of the theoretical fundamentals of the financial analysis, evaluation of the investment projects and the introduction of the company. These fundamentals are used in the second part to assess the financial situation of the company and to evaluate the investment project. The final evaluation of the whole investment project will be presented in the final part of this diploma thesis.

The diploma thesis focuses on evaluation of the financial situation’s company. Used methods are financial indexes, site and bankruptcy indexes. The first thesis’ part analyze theoretical fundamentals of these methods, in the second part is the company introduced. The third part is an application of financial methods. In the last part there is a summary of a financial situation and proposals to its improvement.

With flow forming – an incremental forming process – the final geometry of a component is achieved by a multitude of minor sequential forming steps. Due to this incremental characteristic associated with the variable application of the tools and kinematic shape forming, it is mainly suitable for small and medium quantities. For the extensive use of the process it is necessary to have appropriate simulation tools. While the Finite-Element-Analysis (FEA) is an acknowledged simulation tool for the modeling and optimization of forming technology, the use of FEA for the incremental forming processes is associated with very long computation times. For this reason a simulation method called FloSim, based on the upper bound method, was developed for cylindrical flow forming processes at the Chair of Virtual Production Engineering, which allows the simulation of the process within a few minutes. The task of thesis is the financial analysis of the company Schneider Electric CZ. It is used a series of indicators and models that can be used for financial management. The period covered the years 2006 to 2009. The first part is devoted to the theory of financial analysis. The second part is focused to the application of financial analysis.

This thesis deals with financial analysis. It aims to theoretically describe the environment in which the company operates. Then she focuses on the theoretical description of the financial analyzes, their types, methods and approaches. In the practical part, these methods are applied to Lékárna Čech s.r.o. Contribution of this thesis is to be a comprehensive assessment of the financial situation of the company and propose possible measures for its improvement or further direction using the tools that are used in planning financial strategy.

This diploma thesis “Determination of the economical development of a construction company” deals with conceiving of financial analysis of a particular construction company based on publicly available financial statements. An elementary analysis of balance sheet and income statement is gradually elaborated, followed by an analysis of chosen ratio indicators and overall indicators. The conclusion is dedicated to the company’s evaluation and further recommendations for the future development.

This thesis presents an evaluation of the current financial strategy that the company follows. Methods used: financial analysis and comments on financial health of the company. The conclusions based on the gathered findings would show a better individual financial strategy.

The goal of this master’s work is evaluation of the financial situation of the company Zlínterm, Ltd. within the years 2001 to 2005 at the basis of selected methods of the financial analysis. It contains proposals of possible solutions of identified problems which may lead to financial situation’s improvements of the company in its future development.

Their real impact on progress of company, afterwards valuation gained finding and formation of the offer, which will make improvement of situation at the market for the next season.
