Nesse aspecto, relata-se a crescente ingerência jurídica nas relações da humanidade com a natureza, surgindo instrumentos e alternativas que se adequam às diretrizes sobre esse bem/direito fundamental, que é o meio ambiente. destarte, vem ganhando espaço os fatores de um desenvolvimento sustentável, especificamente com a criação de negócios e empregos verdes. Em relação a estes últimos, convergem aspectos econômicos, sociais e jurídicos, tangenciando o tema da sustentabilidade ambiental com as relações de trabalho no desenvolvimento da humanidade em suas multifacetas. Apresenta-se, então, a possibilidade de proteger o meio ambiente em face da geração de empregos em grande escala, no contexto do desenvolvimento sustentável. Com isso, o trabalho tem por objetivo principal avaliar se os Microempreendedores Individuais do Comércio Varejista de Artigos do Vestuário e Acessórios da cidade de Sousa-PB podem ser definidos como empregos verdes, em face da sua realidade/potencial de sustentabilidade ambiental. Para tanto, utiliza-se de método de abordagem dedutiva, onde se analisa os casos de empregos verdes e, com manejo de procedimento de documentação indireta com análise de informações em documentos e bibliografia. Em convergência, atrela-se ao método de procedimento de estudo de caso, por meio do levantamento de coleta de dados a partir de uma entrevista semiestruturada quanto a realidade dos microempreendedores individuais no dia a dia, no tocante ao meio ambiente. Os resultados coletados mostram que os MEI's do Comércio Varejista de Artigos do Vestuário e Acessórios da Cidade de Sousa-PB, devem ser considerados empregos verdes, entretanto os mesmos ainda possuem potenciais a serem lapidados no tocante a essas questões. / The environmental issue has never been on the agenda in academic discussions, raising concern about its preservation for present and future generations. In this respect, it is reported the increased legal interference in the relationship of humanity with nature, emerging tools and alternatives that fit the guidelines on this and / fundamental right, which is the environment. Thus, it has been increasíng the factors of sustainable development, specifically with the creation of businesses and green jobs. Regarding the latter, converging economic, social and legal aspects, tangentially the theme of environmental sustainability and labor relations in the development of humanity in its multiple facets. It comes, then, the possibility of protecting the environment in the face of the generation of large-scale jobs in the context of sustainable development. Thus, the work has the main objective to evaluate whether Microentrepreneurs IndividuaPs Retail Clothing Items and Accessories City Sousa-PB can be defining as green jobs, in the face of their reality / potential environmental sustainability, Therefore, we use the deductive method of approach, where it anaiyzes the cases of green jobs and, with management of indirect documentation procedure with analysis of information in documents and bibliography. In convergence, harnessed to the method of case study procedure through the data collection survey from a semistructured interview and the reality of individual microentrepreneurs on a daily basis, with respect to the environment. Our results show that MEI's of Retail Clothing Items and Accessories City Sousa-PB should be considered green jobs, and they still have potential to be polished with respect to these issues.
