We focus the need of reflecting about the teaching of the personal pronouns operation in an appropriate way to the discursive needs of seventh grade students of Elementary School. To accomplish these objectives, we proceeded to theoretical application in the respective grade in a public school of Paraná, being that the theoretical orientation is the Sociolinguistics, which is based on the effective use of the language, in the everyday uses, whether in informality or in the formality, in both language modalities. We expect that the results obtained can contribute to the Portuguese Language teaching in Elementary School, mainly with the acknowledgment of Brazilian Portuguese, of the distinction between the oral-dialogued and the written text, of the concept of norm and of the personal pronouns role in the language operation. / Objetiva-se, por meio desta pesquisa, propor unidade didática sobre o ensino dos pronomes pessoais do caso reto constituintes do Português Brasileiro em textos escritos. Enfoca-se a necessidade de refletir sobre o ensino do funcionamento dos pronomes pessoais de forma adequada às necessidades discursivas dos alunos do sétimo ano do ensino fundamental. Para cumprir estes objetivos, procedeu-se à aplicação teórica no respectivo ano em uma escola púbica do Paraná, sendo que a orientação teórica reside na Sociolinguística, que é baseada no uso efetivo da língua, nos usos do cotidiano, quer na informalidade, quer na formalidade, em ambas modalidades de língua. Espera-se que os resultados obtidos possam contribuir com o ensino da língua portuguesa no ensino fundamental, principalmente com o reconhecimento do Português Brasileiro, da distinção entre o texto oral-dialogado e escrito, do conceito de norma, e do papel dos pronomes pessoais no funcionamento da língua.
