Entrepreneurship has become the world stream in recently years. It is also viewed has great attributions toward the national economic growth. Due to it¡¦s importance, Entrepreneurship has been attracting great interests. Many schools have dedicated to adopt entrepreneurial education.However, from the past references, most researches are focused on the effects of how they influence students¡¦ entrepreneurial intentions and their attitudes. Our research is based on the past literatures studying and individual case analysis to identify factors leading to key entrepreneurial ability. In addition, we also want to seek the more complete structure of entrepreneurial education and compare the influences of encouraging students¡¦ entrepreneurial ability from the course and environmental sides of entrepreneurial education. Besides, we also discuss problems that domestic entrepreneurial education has faced and offer related suggestions. The conclusions are summarized as follows: 1. The key of entrepreneurial ability is consisted of two parts--the ability of starting enterprise and the leadership: (1) the ability of starting enterprise¡Grisk taking, team work, innovation, creativity, opportunity identification, fund raising and management, human resource acquirement, manpower support (2) Leadership: abilities of leading, communication and analysis. 2. Complete entrepreneurial education should consider both course and environmental sides: (1) Course side: We divide the courses into four category: enterprise training, new enterprise develop and conduct, environmental formulate and management, research of specific industry. (2) Environmental side: entrepreneurial competition, intern, seminar, association, counselor team. According to our conclusions,the following suggestions are addressed: 1. Enhance entrepreneurial management educational course side and the linkage to the environmental side. 2. Change the teaching way of Course side in entrepreneurial education. 3. Improved the teaching quality. 4. Popularize the entrepreneurial education and better the entrepreneurial environmental atmosphere.

This study is essentially an investigative and qualitative research, which came out of the following problem: “how to investigate the motivating and learning factors that characterize the entrepreneurs and non-entrepreneurs behavior”? With the purpose to access the performance of the proposed method (inventory, genogram of the careers and interview), the history of the lives of eleven subjects (persons) from the Northeast and the South regions of Brazil have been analyzed (study of cases) during the period from March of 2003 to March of 2004. The conclusion taken from the research is that the method is effective, ant also that several positive factors (personal, environmental and aleatory) have their influence to shape the profile of the behavior of the entrepreneur. Within that context the capacity to act in an enterprise can be influenced by the quantity and the quality of input and experiences lived by the human being mainly during the childhood and youthfulness (within the relative, social and cultural relations), and by historic aspects, economic and geopolitical situation of the country and of the world. / O presente trabalho tem por objetivos elaborar e aplicar um método que possa investigar aspectos comportamentais, necessidades, tipologia (atitude e função predominante) de empreendedores e não-empreendedores; realizar revisão bibliográfica sobre conceitos de desenvolvimento, maturação, aprendizagem e personalidade; e verificar a influência dos aspectos vocacionais na estruturação do comportamento empreendedor. Este estudo é em essência uma pesquisa qualitativa e exploratória, que partiu do seguinte problema: “como investigar os fatores motivacionais e de aprendizagem que caracterizam o comportamento de empreendedores e não empreendedores”? Com o intuito de verificar a eficácia do método proposto (inventário, genograma das profissões e entrevista), foram analisadas histórias de vida (estudos de caso) de onze sujeitos, provenientes das regiões sul e nordeste, durante o período de março de 2003 a março de 2004. Conclui-se, através desta pesquisa, que o método é eficaz; e que uma conjugação positiva de fatores (pessoais, ambientais e aleatórios) atuam para a configuração do comportamento empreendedor. Neste sentido, a capacidade de empreender pode ser influenciada pela quantidade e qualidade dos estímulos e experiências vivenciadas, sobretudo na infância e adolescência (dentro das famílias parental, social e cultural) e por aspectos históricos, situação geopolítica e econômica do país e do mundo.

The goal of this thesis is defined factors that influenced procces of business, especially start-up phases. Activity of concrete enterpriser is on example of most frequent mistakes and deficiencies. At the same time there are specified facts, when an enterpriser underestimates incurred situations and ignores them. That can be cause of business activity abortion.

The objective of the diploma thesis "Changes in Agricultural Enterpriser's Levy Charge" is to describe main legislative changes, which influence levy burden of a real farmer. Every chapter in its first part describes main changes that were made in tax acts. The other part of each chapter analyzes how the levy charge of the farmer is influenced by these changes and if there are some other impacts that affect his levy charge.

The goal of the graduation thesis: “Motivation and stimulation of enterpriser” is to examine motivation of enterprisers program in a concrete company and to create a suggestion that will improve it. The thesis is divided into two parts. First of them is concentrated on determination of elementary terms, development of a motivation theories and influence of a motivation on a job performance. The second part describes, examines and analyses e situation in a concrete company. The inquiry is realized through the use of questionnaire. There are given suggestions to improve motivation of enterprisers in the last part.
