Nature trail "The valley of river Doubrava" connecting the village Bílek and the city Chotěboř in Železné hory, offers many possibilities on how to effectively include and use its surroundings in botanical and environmental education, which is the main goal of this diploma thesis. Theoretical part covers the characteristics of natural conditions of the nature trail territory as well as its significance and function. This part also describes, how this excursion fits in the Framework Education Programme for Elementary Education. Didactical part broadly introduces methodical plan of the excursion. This includes the verification and evaluation of the excursion. The aim of the excursion is to deepen and revise botanical knowledge and natural relations of individual locations of the nature trail with a connection to environmental education and nature preservation. The final chapter of the thesis offers teachers practical ideas on how to use the plants variety of the Doubrava Valley in botanical and environmental education. The thesis also includes my own photo documentation throughout the whole excursion. These pictures not only draw near the work when fulfilling tasks and activities to students, but also demonstrate the diversity and uniqueness of a region, where the excursion takes place.

La démarche de conception et de sûreté du réacteur ASTRID, démonstrateur de Réacteur à Neutrons Rapides refroidi au Sodium, implique la modélisation de scénarios d’accidents graves qui font intervenir une fusion du cœur du réacteur. L’objectif de la thèse, en soutien à cette modélisation, est de contribuer à l’identification des processus susceptibles de faire bifurquer un scénario d’accident grave. Deux phases d’un scénario sont traitées pour cela. Tout d’abord, le début d’une séquence de perte de débit primaire non protégée est analysé à l’aide d’un critère analytique développé pendant la thèse, visant à prédire la bifurcation de la décroissance du débit vers un état stabilisé ou bien vers un état instable, menant à la dégradation du cœur. Ce nouveau critère, qui présente l’intérêt de tenir compte de l’effet de l’évolution de la puissance sur la stabilité du débit, est vérifié à l’aide d’un outil de calcul dédié aux accidents de perte de débit non protégés. Dans un second temps, les processus prépondérants impliqués dans une vaporisation de combustible liquide suivie d’une détente de sa vapeur, consécutives à une excursion de puissance accidentelle, sont identifiés via une analyse dimensionnelle. En reprenant les résultats de cette analyse, un outil de calcul est par la suite développé, dont l’objet est de déterminer l’énergie mécanique transmise à la cuve du réacteur lors de la détente. La question du transfert thermique entre la vapeur de combustible se détendant et le caloporteur est particulièrement étudiée. Cet outil est validé via une comparaison à des résultats expérimentaux et à des résultats de calculs issus d’un autre code. Des études paramétriques permettent enfin de quantifier la variabilité des résultats due au choix de modélisation et aux incertitudes sur les données physiques employées. / Severe accidents’ modeling is required for the design and safety analysis of ASTRID, a Generation IV Sodium-cooled Fast Reactor under development in France. This thesis aims at contributing to identify the driving processes of ASTRID’s severe accidents scenarios. First, a stability criterion is developed to analyze the beginning of an unprotected loss of flow accident. This stability criterion assesses whether the decreasing flow is stable or unstable, leading to the core disassembly. This criterion also considers power variations during the loss of flow, which former stability criteria do not take into account. Then, the driving processes of a transient involving a fuel vaporisation followed by its vapor expansion are identified using a dimensional analysis. The simplifications justified by this dimensional analysis are considered further to develop a numerical tool that computes the mechanical energy transmitted to the core vessel in case of fuel vaporisation. The thermal exchange between the expanding fuel vapor and the sodium coolant is especially analyzed. The tool is validated by comparing its results to experimental measures and to another tool’s computations. In the end, parametric studies are done in order to assess the tool computations’ variability induced by physical uncertainties or modeling options.

Title: The proposal of the Geological Trails in the Area of the Rychleby Mts. Abstract: This thesis is devoted to draft for new nature trails in the area of the Rychleby Mts. with a specific focus on geology. The proposed trails are preceded by detailed characteristics of geomorphology, geology and stratigraphy of the studied area. The trails are located in two areas, i. e. the northern part of the Rychleby Mts. (Račí údolí - Zálesí - Javorník) and Žulová highlands (Around Žulová pluton). The first mentioned trail is designed in two levels of difficulty for elementary and secondary schools. The trail are supplemented by specific guidebooks, worksheets and the "Didactic recommendation for teachers", which included general didactic recommendations, next detailed information about the trails and suggestions for other additional activities. The trails had been verified in practice on students, amateurs and experts. Anthe effectiveness of the trails was evaluated through surveys with participants. It has been proved that the trails are suitable complement of education process mainly for natural science and the trails are also useful for non-educational leisure activities for visitors of these areas. The aim of the present paper is to analyze the curricula for secondary schools in terms of mosses and subsequently prepare a botanical excursion to the NNL Borečský Hill with appropriate didactic materials. Textbooks were compared according to several criteria - the frequency of species of mosses, visual aid, information on the ecology and significance of mosses to ecosystem and human well-being, ideas on field trips and work activities. Topics relating to the planned excursion were selected from the Framework Education Programme. At first, the paper summarizes information about the selected location NNL Borečský Hill which I visited in August 2012 and February 2013. Then an exploration and evaluation of botanical sites follow. There are eight designated sites where the students would perform set tasks. The Chapter: Excursion Proposal contains educational materials created for the excursion - characteristics of selected plant species, characteristic species of bryophytes listed in the field guide, the field guide to bryophytes used on location as well as during laboratory work, route guide for teachers, student worksheets. I chose the topic for my diploma thesis " The Excursion for the Elementary School Pupils along the Riverside of the Vrchlice River Aiming at Woody Plants". I took that topic intentionally just for several reasons. I wanted to bring a scenic valley of the Vrchlice river to pupilsˇ attention, to make the identification of woody plants more attractive in the natural scientific excursion, and to consolidate pupils' relation to nature and neighbouring environment. The first theoretical part deals with the general description of this valley and at the same time with the characteristic of animals and plants. Selected sorts of woody plants are described in the most detailed way as they became initial ones for working out worksheets and for the natural scientific excursion. The next part of the diploma thesis concerns inquiry research the goal of which was to find out the interest of teachers from nearby basic schools in worksheets dealing with the woody plants issues of the river Vrchlice. Worksheets dealing with selected wooden plants were elaborated on the basis of the research assessment. Those worksheets were verifield in the follow-up excursion. The thesis focuses on technical monuments of the region Jindřichohradecko and their application in teaching at primary schools. The theoretical part characterizes technical monuments, their standard classification and protection in the Czech Republic. The next part deals with technical education, technical literacy and its status at primary schools. It is followed by a description of The Framework Educational Programme for Basic Education in the area Humans and Their World and Humans and the World of Work. This part focuses on the process of education, teaching, learning, the structure of education, educational methods, organizational forms and didactic means. The aim of this thesis was to prepare, implement and evaluate an excursion as one of the organization forms of fieldtrips for lower secondary pupils from schools in Znojmo benefiting from the natural site of the National Park Podyjí, in specific the location called Kraví hora. In this case, it is a botanical the med field trip. The theoretical part of the thesis deals with general characteristics of the National Park Podyjí from various nature views highlighting its specially protected areas. This is followed by a description of specific field trip aspects and the most frequently used teaching methods together. The practical part contains, among other things, methodological instructions for teachers and pupils as well as didactic materials (worksheets, didactic test), included in the appendix. Questionnaire surveys for pupils and teachers are part of the last empirical chapter. The aim of the questionnaire was to record and evaluate thoughts, feelings and attitudes of pupils from the lower secondary school to the specific field trip, its implementation and overall organization.
