Novostavba mateřské školy / New build kindergarten

The thesis deals with the desing of new kindergarten in Hlinsko. The building is on the outskirt of the Down, street Družstevní. The house is basementless, has twou floors and a flat foor. The building is made from constructional system Porothem, the facade is designed with an external thermal insulation composite system. On the firt floor there are a childrenś department and technical department with kitchen. On the second, there are two childernś departments. The building is processed in the Archicad 14.

Conception d'un nouveau système d'isolation par l'exterieur pour le bâtiment / Designing of new external insulation system for buildings

En France, Le secteur du bâtiment représente 40% de la consommation énergétique et 25% des émissions de CO₂. Afin de réduire ces impacts, une nouvelle Réglementation Thermique 2012, est rentrée en application. Dans ce contexte, l’Ecole Centrale de Lille et l’entreprise Norpac ont choisi d’engager une thèse CIFRE dans le but de développer un nouveau système d’isolation thermique par l’extérieur pour le bâtiment. Le choix s’est porté sur l’utilisation de matériaux textiles pour composer ce système appelé « Isolpac », en partenariat avec les entreprises Dickson, PEG, et l’association CLUBTEX. Les travaux de recherche ont d’abord été consacrés à la caractérisation hygrothermique, mécanique et chimique des différents matériaux qui composent le nouveau panneau d’isolation afin de définir leur propriétés intrinsèques, de les comparer avec des matériaux classiques, et de pouvoir valider leur choix pour le nouveau système. Deux méthodes d’essais de vieillissement accéléré ont été appliquées aux toiles.Ensuite, un intérêt particulier a été porté sur l’équilibre hygrothermique du panneau, à travers une simulation dynamique sur le logiciel Wufi® réalisée suite à la caractérisation préalable. En outre, la réaction au feu des panneaux et des perspectives d’essais pour garantir les performances mécaniques ont été étudiées.Enfin, la recherche de techniques de fixation et d’assemblage des panneaux est présentée. Des essais de pose in situ à l’échelle 1 ont été réalisés. Les perspectives d’essais liés à la résistance mécanique et au feu du système sont présentées. Un projet de façade démonstratrice est décrit afin d’être le support d’une demande d’avis technique expérimental du CSTB. / In France, the building industry represents 40% of the total energy consumption and 25% of the total carbon dioxide emissions. In the objective of decreasing those impacts, a new thermal regulation called “Réglementation Thermique 2012” (RT2012), has been applied. In that context, the Ecole Centrale de Lille and the company Norpac, have chosen to engage a CIFRE thesis in order to develop a new external thermal insulation system for buildings. It was chosen to use textile materials to compose that system called “Isolpac”, in partnership with Dickson, PEG and the CLUBTEX association. At first, the research work was devoted to the hygrothermal, mechanical and chemical characterisation of the different materials composing the new insulation panel, to define the intrinsic properties of different materials, to compare them with conventional materials, in order to validate the choice of materials for the new insulation system. Two accelerated ageing methods were applied on the fabrics.Then, a particular interest is focused on the hygrothermal equilibrium of the panel by using a dynamic simulation on the software Wufi® following the previous characterization. Moreover, a work on the fire reaction of the panel and on the perspectives of other tests needed to guarantee the mechanical strength was carried out.Finally, the search of fixation and assembling techniques for the panels is presented. Installation in situ at scale one were made. The perspectives of tests for qualifying the mechanical strength and the fire resistance are described. A project of a demonstrating façade is presented to be the support for a demand of an Experimental Technical Agreement of the CSTB

Diploma thesis solves proposal of the boarding house in Strážnice. The building is situated in the western part of Strážnice near the boat dock. Access to the pension is from the main road or on the cycling path leading along the city river. The boarding house is designed on a bed of 50 people with the possibility of a restaurant for port visitors and the public. The building has a parking space and terrace. The boarding house is two-storey with hipped roof. In the 1st floor is a restaurant with kitchen, reception with facilities for staff and smaller rooms for guests. The second floor consists of apartments and rooms. The building is brick with monolithic ceiling construction. The roof structure consists of trusses. Integral part of the landscaping with small architecture. The façade finish consists of ceramic brick cladding, scratched plaster with wooden accessories that fit into the surrounding landscape.

Subject of master´s thesis is an apartment building in Uhersky Brod. Subject is designed on a sloped site in central urban area of the city. Apartments are placed on three floors above the ground level, in underground floor is situated a garage. Vertical load-bearing structures in lower floors are made of monolithic reinforced concrete, upper floors are made of ceramic blocks HELUZ. Whole building is insulated with external thermal insulation composite system. Horizontal structures are made of monolithic reinforced concrete. Roof is partly mono-pitched, partly double-pitched truss roof.

This thesis solves the desing documentation for implementation of kidsgarden. The land is situated in the village Kramolna. Land is oriented to the southwest. The kidsgarden is detached as two-store building without basement. In kidsgarden there are designed three departments for children´s stay and multipurpose hall. The total projected number of children is 60. The building is founded on footings and covered with a flat roof. The building project is completed in accordance with layout, architecture and structural design and safety in use.

The subject of this master thesis is a project for the construction of accommodation facility with a basement. The building is located in Ostrava close to the historical centre of the city. The building is a 4starcategory accommodation facility and will serve as temporary accommodation. There will be a restaurant and a gym designed for hotel guests only. The accommodation capacity is 68 guests. A car park for hotel visitors is situated close to the hotel. It is a brick structure made of sand-lime blocks,monolithic ceilings and a first underground floor. The building is insulated with ETICS system. Paste-like plaster and brick tapes were used for facade construction. The roof is made up of one roof surface and the foundation will be realized on the foundation strips. The building is situated on flat terrain. The project was developed in ArchiCad21, AutoCad 2016 and SketchUp.

ABSTRACT The scope of this Diploma thesis is create the detail design documentation for building of new nursery school in Zbýšov. The two-storey building with partial basement is located southwest and has a regular ground plan. There are four departments for children of the age from 3 to 6 years, administration part with language classroom and speech therapy classroom, offices and facilities for teachers, cafeteria and technical part located on the first floor. The building is constructed of Porotherm 30 Profi, Porotherm 30 AKU bricks and is built on concrete strip foundations. The perimeter of the basement is created by the vertical load-bearing walls made of reinforced concrete bricks. There is used the certified external thermal insulation composite system. The internal non-load masonry is designed from Porotherm 14 Profi and Porotherm 11,5 AKU. The horizontal load-bearing ceiling construction is made of pre-stressed reinforced concrete panel Spiroll. The stairs are monolithic, made of reinforced concrete. The flat roofs are designed with using of extensive green roof system.

The area will be used for comfortable housing of small amount of horses and their training for military competition. There are an accommodation for staff, an accommodation for guests, a meeting place for club´s members, a stable for horses, an outdoor riding school and an indoor riding school in the area. For purpose of the thesis the building SO01 – Club Facilities was processed in detailed design documentation. The buildings SO02 – Stable and SO03 – Indoor Riding School were processed in architectural study documentation.

The subject of this diploma thesis is the new apartment house with business premises in the Riegrova street in Svitavy. The apartment house is located on flat land in the built-up area near the town centre. The building does not have a basement and has four floors. On the first floor there are a beauty and massage salon, a newsagent, a shoe shop, a maternal centre, entrances to the residential part and storage spaces belonging to the housing units. On the second, the third and the fourth floors there are housing units of different categories. The car park is situated outside the building. The building is made from constructional system Porotherm, the roof of the building is flat. The facade is designed with an external thermal insulation composite system. Drawings are processed in ArchiCAD 14.

The first part describes the correct procedures for application systems, the next part describes defects, faults and their causes and the end of the thesis describes the contactless diagnostic methods used for the survey of ETICS. This part is mainly focus on detection of anchors. The example shows the calculation of anchoring.
