This masters’s thesis deals with a feasibility study of new company creation. The company would be active in the area of online ticket sales for small-time cultural events. Suggestions for a solution relating to the enterprise and enabling the company to optimally entry to the market are presented, based on theoretical knowledge, empirical facts and analysis.

The goal of the submitted thesis „Praparation and financing public construction contract regarding developement of bundle of villages“ is to accomplish financial analysis and financial plan of Volunteer bundle of villages for water pipelines and sewerage systems Šlapanicko. First part of this thesis aims for its theoretical background, which is cornerstone for the development of proposal of the financial plan. The next chapter is dealing with an introduction of picked company and its subsequent process of the strategic and financial analysis of the picked company. Conclusively, there is processed financial plan for the period 2020-2023 and its evaluation.

The diploma thesis deals with the draft financial plan of the company LESCUS Cetkovice, s. r.o. The work is divided into several parts. The first part contains the theoretical basis of the work. Subsequently, we move on to the part the financial and strategic analysis, which evaluates the situation of 2015-2019. Based on the results of the analysis, a financial plan is created for company. This financial plan is compiled for the year 2020-2023 in two variants, optimistic and pessimistic. Finally, the finanxial plan is evaluated.

The graduation thesis at first acquaints readers with the theory of financial planning. Further, it contains basic informations about the company DAKO-CZ, a. s. and an evaluation its economic situation by means of a financial analysis. The graduation thesis subsequently puts together a short-term financial plan of company for the year 2009.

At the end of the thesis is prepared financial budget for next years and description of the company's goal for next years. In the area where are discovered lacks are recommended corrective actions.
