Návrh konstrukčního řešení automatického podavače tablarů pro skladovací systém SLL LogiMat / Design of automatic feeder of movable shelfs of storage system SSL LogiMat

Stoklásek, Tomáš January 2016 (has links)
The aim of this thesis is automatic movable shelves feeder design. the feeder is part of vertical lift storage system Logimat Total weight of movable shelf is 760 kg. The technical report contains feeder design calculation, feeder’s main parts strength calculation and the design of the way of picking the movable shelf from the storage lift. The report also contains feeder’s frame strength analysis using finite element method and sensor design for motion control.

BIOENGINEERING OF HUMAN PLURIPOTENT STEM CELLS FOR CHIMERIC ANTIGEN RECEPTOR IMMUNOTHERAPY

Jackson Duke Harris (14232836) 07 December 2024 (has links)

Immunotherapy as a treatment for cancers that do not respond to surgery, chemotherapy, or radiotherapy is a powerful technique in which immune cells are modified to exert cytotoxic effects against a specified tissue. A classic technique in immunotherapy is the use of chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) expressing immune cells (typically T lymphocytes; referred to as CAR-T) to drive an immune response against cancerous tissue. The efficacy of CAR-T is reduced in solid tumors due to limitations of T lymphocytes as an effector cell in a tumor microenvironment. In this study we demonstrate that CAR-neutrophils differentiated from genetically-modified human pluripotent stem cells displayed a strong cytotoxic effect against prostate-specific membrane antigen expressing LNCaP cells as a model for prostate cancer in vitro. Additionally, we found that modification of the neutrophil differentiation scheme resulted in suspended, CD4+ cells, demonstrating potential to rapidly generate T lymphocytes under a feeder-free, xeno-free scheme in vitro.

Ochrany při zemních spojeních / Earth Faults Protections

Ostruška, Jan January 2015 (has links)
The thesis deals with wattmetric and conductance principle of faulted feeder detection in medium voltage compensated distribution networks. These principles are analysed and tested with particular emphasis on high impedance earth faults. The first part of testing utilizes data about state of the system with earth fault, which was determined by designed static model of earth fault. The testing in the second part utilizes real records of high impedance earth faults. In both parts the wattmetric and conductance protections was presented on protective relays ABB REF 615, ABB REM 543 and Protection&Consulting RYo by means of unit OMICRON CMC 256plus. As a major result of performed tests are records of detection of particular earth faults. Based on these records it could be concluded, that functionality of protections is substantially dependent on magnitude of zero sequence voltage. Furthermore the wattmetric protections are dependent on fault resistance as well.
