Tem como ponto de partida o conhecimento da população que migrou para Londrina em busca da prosperidade, seja comprando lotes de terras, seja como trabalhadores do café, para explicar as contradições sociais e econômicas que geraram as situações de pobreza na região, principalmente com a erradicação desta cultura na segunda metade do século XX, o que causou a expulsão da mão-de-obra no campo, o rápido processo de urbanização da cidade e os problemas sociais gerados pela migração do campo para a cidade. Explica, ainda, como a sociedade londrinense e o poder público municipal enfrentaram o problema da pobreza, quando ela se fez reconhecer através da mendicância, do desemprego, do abandono de crianças pelas famílias necessitadas. Identifica os beneméritos pioneiros das ações assistenciais na cidade, a fim de compreender as idéias de assistência social aos pobres pela ótica de seus prestadores. Identifica também as primeiras entidades assistenciais destinadas a atender às diferentes manifestações da pobreza no município de Londrina. / This research aims to explain the appearance of poverty and the ways of Social Work donne to the poors in Londrina, a city located at the north of the State of Paraná, that was known, in the first half of the 20 th Century, for the fantastic representations of a place of richness and prosperity as an Eldorado Cafeeiro due to the land conditions and friendly clime for the coffees cultivation, product that occupied the leardership of exportations at the beginning of the 20 th Century. The research has its beginning point in the know ledge of the population that came to Londrina searching prosperity, brying land or working on it, to explain the social and economics contradictions wich generated the poverty situations in the region, mainly with the end of this culture at the second half of the 20 th Century, wich caused the exit of the work force in the field, the quick town urbanization process and social problems born by the migration from the field to the town. It still explains how the Londrina's society and the municipal public power faced the poverty problem, when she appeared through mendicancy, unemployment children abandon by their poor families. It identifies the deserving pionners of the town's social actions, intending to understanding the ideas of social assistence to the poors by the view of then authors. It identifies still the first assistant entities destined to attend the different ways of poverty manifestations in Londrina.

This diploma thesis introduces the topic of online fundraising primarly based on foreign scholarly literature. The thesis focuses mostly on its tools, but it also presents ethical rules or evaluation. The goal of the diploma thesis after introduction this topic to the czech public is to analyse the half-structured questionnaire and identify successful organizations. In addition to that, the aim of the research is to discover the application of key success factors of online fundraising among identified successful organizations, which are at the end supplemented by inspirations and recommendations from czech NGOs.
