This final thesis is regarding the creating and evaluation of the business plan of private nursery school. The theoretical part is about small and medium-sized enterprises and business plan itself. Practical part contains concrete business plan. Crucial parts of the business plan are: analysis of the environment, marketing mix, financial plan, risk analysis.

The goal of this Master's thesis is to perform valuation of the company PREST PŘEROV a.s. and determine its market value on the date of valuation 20th of December 2011. The theoretical part describes basic terms, general description of the valuation process, strategic and financial analysis methodology and the most commonly used valuation methods. In the practical part of this work, the theoretical foundations are applied on the specific conditions of the valuated company PREST PŘEROV a.s. Strategic and financial analysis of the company is performed. After the formulation of its financial plan the company is valuated using the discounted cash flow method in the entity version, because pre-conditions of the going concern principle are met.

The aim of the thesis is to create a business plan for the helicopter school HELITOM s.r.o. The first part is theoretically oriented and explains what a business plan is, what are the basic procedures for the assembly. Further theoretical section describes the specifics of the business in a helicopter flying, especially legislation. The practical part consists of the actual business plan. In the business plan there was made, among other things, competition analysis and analysis of potential risks. The financial plan was drawn up in another part of the Thesis and is processed alternatively for three possible scenarios for the future development.

The aim of the thesis is to determine the value of company BOSCH DIESEL s.r.o. at 1. 1. 2012 for its sale. The thesis is divided into theoretical and pratical part. Theoretical part describes processes and methods used in valuation of the firm. Practical part contains strategic and financial analysis, value drivers part, financial plan and final valuation. The value of the firm is determined by method of discounted cash flows, as a complemetary method is used the method of discounted economic value.

This thesis deals with the business plan for expanding the business. The first part is theoretical and defines the basic concepts associated with the topic. The second part concerns the analysis of the current situation of the selected company. Based on this analysis suggested a possible solution for the expansion of the company.

The main purpose of this master's thesis is to devise the business plan for establishing of Equestrian club where will be possibility to use the services of housing horses, tutorials of horse riding and in the future to extend services on hippotherapy and summer camps for children. Based on facts I have undergone appropriate analysis, there is compiled business plan setting out the implementation of this purpose.

Title: Business plan - fitness centre Objectives: The main objective of this thesis is to develop a business plan of the newly emerging CrossFit Gym in downtown of Mladá Boleslav and to verify the feasibility of the project. Methods: First part includes theoretic basis needed for understanding this issue. There are important terms, structure and principles explained in this part. In the second part methods of financial analysis and scoring model for analysing competition are used. Results: Business plan for establishing a first CrossFit gym i Mladá Boleslav showed that the gym has potential to succeed and prosper in the market. All analysis results are displayed using tables. In comparsion with competitors it offers new, trendy product. Price is higher than the competitors, but comparable to other CrossFit gyms in the Czech Republic. The aim of the master's thesis is to compile the 5-year strategic business plan of MADETA a.s., to identify and evaluate its risks. The thesis contains external and internal environmental analysis of selected company, on base of which key risk factors are identified and scenarios of industry development are created. In the following part of the thesis strategic objectives of the company are formulated and integrated in strategic financial plan. The last part deals with risk analysis, which includes selection of risk factors and simulation of discounted cash flow, influenced by those factors, using the Monte Carlo method. Simulation results suggest that, despite the significant impact risk factors have on discounted cash flow, there is high probability of achieving strategic objectives. As a conclusion, strategic steps aiming to reduce risk impact on company performance are proposed.

The aim of this diploma thesis is to prepare a business plan for an already existing social cashback web portal and to verify its viability. The thesis is divided into two parts. The theoretical part defines basic terms such as business and entrepreneurship, business plan and its components. In the practical part, you will find a concrete description of the business opportunity and analysis of the factors influencing its future development, including financial plan. Based on the results and the business plan, it is not recommended to continue the project due to the negative results of financial indicators and various methods of investment evaluation (net present value, internal rate of return).

The aim of this diploma thesis is to prepare a business plan of the new sauna center in Prague. The purpose of the work is to compile individual parts of the business plan in order to provide sufficient information about the feasibility of the project. The thesis consists of theoretical and practical part. Practical part contains a proposed business plan for building a new sauna center in Prague. An integral part of the work is also a financial plan that serves as information for potential investors, whether this plan is feasible. Provided sensitivity analysis defines the extreme values, when the project is still effective and it is worth to realize it.
