The thesis is devoted to establishing an enterprise based on repurchase already functioning part of another undertaking. This model is described in the thesis in a particular case. The aim of the thesis is to outline new thinking or trend for a new enterprise, based on the purchase of already operating another business. This thesis topic is mainly for supporting generation change Entrepreneurs in the Czech Republic.

The goal of my business plan is to evaluate the objectivity and rentability of my business project. The subject of the business plan is in the analysis of macro and micro environment.

The aim of the diploma paper is to find out the objectified value of the DUPI company (to the date of the valuation). I tried to specify the future of the company by the means of financial analysis, strategic analysis, analysis and realistic prognoze of generators leading into complex financial plan. The presumption of limited lifetime supported the choice of amortization value as the main value method. After preliminary estimation of maximum presence period on the market and generating of net incomes it was possible to estimate the liquidation of the company in 2009 when amortization and objectified values represents 13, 370, 000 CZK. The content and resumes will only be used for internal use of the company and the present owners to realize the final steps.

The aim of this diploma thesis was to compose the business plan for the new company which is going to start running the restaurant and to check whether this project is real and profitable. The teoretical part considers characteristics of successful entrepreneur and circumstances which needs his attention. The practical part contains the real business plan which is usable for a potential investor.

This thesis contains the business plan of the reconstruction of a weekend house to an apartment house. The theoretical part contains the needed resources for the correct design of a business plan, including both its shape and content. Those principles are applied to the project in the practical part. The diploma thesis aims to determinate the value of the company T-Mobile Czech Republic a.s., which provides mobile telecommunications services in the Czech Republic. The theoretical part describes the basic valuation terminology, provides an overview of a valuation procedure and introduces business valuation methods. The practical part contains the strategic analysis, the financial analysis, the analysis and the forecast of value drivers followed by the financial plan and the final valuation of the company. The value of the company is determined by the income approach, specifically by the methodology of the discounted cash flow to the firm. The sensitivity analysis at the end of the thesis identifies crucial factors having an impact on the value of the company.

The aim of this diploma thesis is to determine a market value of the Telefónica O2 Czech Republic, Inc. to 1.3.2009. Concerned with valuation I used methods of discounted cash flow with utilization of FCFF, the book value and direct market valuation. Everything with all current conditions. After theoretic parts and presentation of the company I tried to investigate and descibe all influence, that affect the company in terms of its environment. I evaluated political, economic, social and technological situation in the CR. Then I described situation in branch of telecommunication services - its characteristics, competion, suppliers, customers and others. After SWOT I analysed financial management of the company in terms of financial analysis and compared the company with its competitors. With utilization of preceding factors I made a financial plan for years 2008 - 2012. At the end of all methods of valuation I reached final valuation.

The practical part was made according to the documents received from the company and it is also based on the personal research. The practical section focuses on the prospectus in a company that was set up in order to enter the business of building poultry farms. It also analyzes the background of the investment, the current situation in the field and the various processes in the company. The conclusion presents evaluation of the prospectus' effectiveness, including potential risks and proposals aimed at minimizing such risks.
