The thesis deals with the private finance and financial planning as whole.The first part includes presentation of bank products.Analytical part deals with model examples of products portfolios.

The aim of the diploma thesis is to determine the market value of the company AGRI-M, spol. s r.o. on the date 1.1.2009. Theoretic part of the work attend to the methodological appliance of company evaluation. Practical part applies these methods to the company. In the introduction there is an introduction of the analysed company. Then the strategic analysis follows, which consists of analysis of development of macro-environment and micro-environment. Financial analysis rates of performance of the company by using methods of absolute, ratio and global indicators. On the basis of the prognosis of the progression of the incomes a plan of income statement and also a plan of balance-sheet is put-together. In the final part the company is avaluated using two - phase discounted cash flow method in the version of FCFF. At the conclusion of the thesis there is the valuation statement.

The goal of this thesis is to describe a complex financial plan of a family using all available products on the Czech financial market. The thesis is especially aimed at sources of possible family budget reserves and alternatives of backing life insurances using offers of local insurance companies. First of all you can find simple definition of life time cycle. Based on this cycle I try to describe any differences in needs, which may help to fulfill wishes and priorities that may come up during different life periods. There is a detailed explanation of basics and characteristics of particular components of family financial plan in the following chapters. After these theoretical chapters you can find a comparison of financial products suitable for securing sufficient retirement savings. Following chapters include analysis of risk insurance products with comparison of real existing offers on the Czech insurance market (based on price and specifics of insurance contract conditions).

The subject of the Master thesis Controlling and reporting in practice is the evaluation of the implementation of controlling department at Conrad Electronic Česká republika, s.r.o. and its possible subsequent development. The theoretical part first deals with the definition of controlling. After a brief description of its history it deals with its main objectives and functions. It also describes the position of controller and defines its actions against the manager. At the end of the theoretical part it specifies strategic and operational controlling and defines its role. In the practical part the controlling methods are applied on the real company. It introduces the company Conrad Electronic Česká republika, s.r.o. and its status before implementation of controlling. Then it describes current situation in the company after the introduction of the controlling department. Based on evaluation of the current status it offers recommendations for improvements and innovations of some areas in which controlling operates. At the end the work is reviewed, the confirmation or rejection of hypotheses is verified and the overall benefit of the work is discussed.

Goal of the Master's Thesis is to determine Market Value of the company Complete Internet Services, s.r.o. on 1^st January 2013. Valuation will serve to current owners as the basis of information about market possibilities, that they have. Thesis is divided into two parts - theoretical one, where is a description of used methods, and Practical one. Practical part at first describes the company by using methods of strategical and financial analyses. Based on acquired information financial plan is created, as well as the future generated cash flows. Then, the value of the company is detemined by Discounted Cash Flow Model. In the end quantitative risk analysis Monte Carlo Simulation is used to quantified risks of the valuation.
