The aim of this work is to analyze the company Třinecké železárny and identify the causes of worsened economic outcomes. The analyzed period covers the years 2006 to 2010. For the needs of the work was prepared product analysis, SWOT analysis and financial analysis.

The main content of the thesis is the financial analysis of a health care center providing the special service for patients with Alzheimer disease. Next to it the document contains as well the discussion over the whole issue of specific case of Alzheimer care and its sustainability.

This thesis is focused on the financial analysis of firm Pražské silniční a vodohospodářské stavby, a.s. and comparision with the four selected competing firms. Financial analysis is carried out for the period 2007-2011 and compared to the situation before the economic crisis and during the crisis in the sector of civil engineering. The thesis is divided into several parts. The first focuses on the theoretical part of the financial analysis, then is analyzed the civil engineering before and during the economic crisis, and then are characterized the compared companies. Then there is the financial analysis performed on all the comparision companies, consisting primarily of the analysis of profitability, liquidity, activity and indebtedness, completed with bankruptcy and credibility models. In the conclusion is summarized all the results obtained.

The diploma thesis deals with the analysis of the group Société Générale between 2005-2011. The analysis concentrates on assesment of economic development and efficiency of Société Générale between 2005-2011 as a response to the development in the global economy, including the analysis of the main reasons for its development and analysis of potential risks in future development of the group. The thesis also deals with the development of the French banking market between 2005-2011, its specifics and main players with impact on comparison of these player to Société Générale and on finding the market position for Société Générale.

The aim of thesis is to analyze the financial situation of the joint stock company SOLODOOR. with usage selected methods financial analysis in the years 2008 -- 2012 from the perspective of ana external analyst. In the teoretical part are sumarized knowledge of the elementary methods of financial analysis, economic value added (EVA) and comparisons between selected competitors. On the basis of selected methods of financial analysis was conducted an analysis the individuali aspects of company. In the practical part is devoded to calculated economic value addend (EVA) a performance indikators not only for SOLODOOR j.s. as well as a major competitors by the metodology of Ministry of Industry and Trade. In conclusion the practical part is provided comparisons between selected competitor.

The goal of this diploma thesis is presentation and application of different types of methods of financial analysis. In the theoretical part there are described principles of financial statements according to International Financial Accounting Standards on which is the financial analysis based on. Also there are described applied methods, their indicators and patterns. In the practical part of diploma thesis there are used some of the described methods of financial analysis to the international company Continental Corporation Inc. Financial analysis is used to assessment of financial situation of the company and its development in years 2009 to 2013.

The aim of the thesis is a financial analysis of the entity Komerční banka, a.s. in five business years starting in 2009 and ending with 2013. The thesis has two main parts. The first part is entitled "The Methodical Part", in this part a financial analysis itself is presented and the individual indicators and methods of the financial analysis are there described too. The second part is "The Application Part". In this section various methods and indicators are applied to the Komerční banka, a.s. Then the application part includes an evaluation of outcomes about the company's financial situation based on the results of these indicators. Furthermore, the application section contains continuous comparing the results of the financial analysis with competitive banks. At the end of this thesis the results of the financial analysis are summarized and there is an assessing of the whole company's financial situation.

This thesis deals with the financial analysis of the selected company from the perspective of an external analyst. The work is divided into theoretical and practical parts. In the theoretical section describes the methods and procedures for financial analysis. The practical part of the financial analysis of the selected company and the evaluation of the found results, including recommendations. It also includes intercompany evaluation. In the final part of the overall evaluation of the results of the financial analysis.

This thesis deals with the financial analysis of the Evropsko-ruská banka, a. s. The first part of the thesis presents the existing theoretical knowledge of banks' financial analysis. The second part focuses on the application of the theoretical knowledge on the selected bank. The application is based on the implementation of horizontal and vertical analysis of the basic financial statements and calculating financial ratios. For better interpretation of performed financial analysis the activity of Evropsko-ruská banka, a. s. is compared with the one of banking sector.

The aim of this diploma theses is to identify business risks, which threaten the firm KOVOLIT Česká spol. s r.o.. in the case of its other planned investments. They are proposed recommendations for reduction of its identified risks.
