Hace tan solo unos años se introdujo el euro como moneda de pleno derecho en once países de la Unión Europea. Sin embargo, a lo largo del tiempo, este proyecto se ha enfrentado a diversos obstáculos, y uno de los más relevantes es el no conocer precisamente el efecto que la Unión Monetaria podría tener en las economías de la región. Las tasas de interés son variables fundamentales en el desempeño coyuntural de cualquier nación, por lo que su manejo por parte del Banco Central implica consecuencias importantes. A partir del mes de Enero de 1999, la difícil tarea de fijar los tipos de interés comunes para todos los países miembros de la Zona Monetaria Europea, independientemente sus características particulares, está a cargo del Banco Central Europeo. En esta investigación se busca determinar las variables más importantes que afectan el comportamiento de las tasas de interés, y al mismo tiempo saber que efecto ha ocasionado la introducción del euro en las mismas, por lo que el trabajo se ha dividido en dos partes. En la primera parte se estudian diversas ecuaciones, creadas con base en ciertas teorías relacionadas con el tema (Akthar 1987, Fischer 1990, Cohen y Wennigen 1994, Lee y Prasad 1994, Patterson 1999, Haley 2000.) por lo que se obtienen las variables más significativas en cada una de ellas. En la segunda parte se analizan las variables de la primera parte, y se definen cuales fueron afectadas por la introducción del euro. Para ambas secciones se utiliza una Base de Datos del Boletín Mensual del Mes de Enero del 2001 del Banco Central Europeo. El período estudiado comprende desde el mes de Enero de 1997 hasta Octubre del 2000. Para efectuar el análisis se emplean los modelos de regresión lineal y split regression, de forma que es posible determinar la relación entre las variables, su nivel de significación en los modelos empleados, y el efecto sufrido por la introducción del euro. El resultado del análisis muestra que la introducción de la moneda única tuvo un fuerte impacto en la mayoría de las variables analizadas y por consecuencia en las tasas de interés de la zona euro. La introducción de la divisa comunitaria implicó la disminución de los tipos de interés promedio en la región, sin embargo fue posible observar un incremento en los mismos durante los últimos meses analizados. Este comportamiento ha sido la respuesta del Banco Central Europeo para mantener la estabilidad de precios ante los fenómenos presentados en el segundo semestre del año 2000, como han sido la debilidad del euro con relación al dólar americano, los elevados precios del petróleo, falta de interés y confianza en la moneda común por parte de Dinamarca, Suecia y el Reino Unido, el prolongado e ininterrumpido crecimiento sostenido de la economía estadounidense hasta antes de Enero del 2001, crisis agropecuarias y la caída de los índices bursátiles.

The aim of the diploma thesis is a financial analysis of the credit union. The main aim of the thesis is to show how credit unions are working in the Czech Republic, and to apply a financial analysis of the selected credit union. The thesis is divided into four chapters. The first chapter describes a financial analysis in general, its resources, users and methods. The second charter deals with legislation of credit unions, their operation on the Czech market and supervisory duties of the Central Bank. Accounting and statements of credit unions are discussed in the third chapter. The final fourth charter deals with practical analysis of selected savings cooperatives.

In this diploma thesis, I would like to present the purcharing netvork and financial analysis of individual articles of the network. The theoretical part provides a review of the interest groups financial analyses, methods and indicators of financial analysis and network economics. The practical part is evaluated the specific network of companies, the relations of the individual entities and the evaluation of the results of the financial analysis.

The thesis deals with the analysis of the management of the Dalešice brewery. The thesis is focused on the financial aspect of the company, which is analyzed by using financial analysis tools and the non-financial factors that influence the existence of the brewery. The results of the financial indicators are compared with the results of the whole brewing industry. Based on the analyzes, solutions are proposed to eliminate possible inefficiencies and recommendations for the future development of the brewery.

The main goal of my dissertation is to make analysis of financial statements of a company Sladovny Soufflet ČR, a.s. during 30.6.2004-30.6.2008 and evaluate the economical and financial situation of this company.

This thesis concentrates on The Financial Analysis of Company XYZ. The thesis can be divided into two parts - theoretical and practical. The theoretical part is conncened with usually used financial analysis methods. Practical part focuses on the practical use of the methods on the company XYZ between years 2004 and 2009. In this thesis you can find recommendations for company XYZ and graphic presentation of the results realised financial analysis.

The Master's thesis deals with evulation of the company's financial health. On the basis of choice computational methods of financial analysis there is testing the company's financial situation and there are introducing possible proposals of measures leading to the improvement of company's financial business.

The goal of this master's thesis is to provide the management of the selected undertaking with a view of possible weaknesses of their management, which may lead to problems in the future, threats present on the market having a negative external impact on the undertaking and to show the management opportunities arising from the external environment as well as strengths of their management. These recommendations will be formulated in the form of action plan. To achieve the goal of the master's thesis means to prepare the financial analysis, i.e. the internal analysis of the undertaking concerned that will serve as a source material on the basis of which strengths and weaknesses pertaining to the SWOT analysis will be formulated. To be able to prepare a competent SWOT analysis, I will perform two selected external analyses of the environment concerned, which are the PEST analysis and the Porter's Five Forces Model. These two external analyses will provide a framework depicting external factors such as opportunities and threats arising from the market. They will make it possible to compile a full-valued SWOT matrix. Based on this performed SWOT analysis, I will prepare the action plan formulating recommendations for the management of the undertaking focused on the elimination of the weaknesses of the undertaking as well as of the threats arising from the market, or possibly on the use of the opportunities present on the market and consolidation of the undertaking's strengths.

The goal of this master’s work is evaluation of the financial situation of the company Zlínterm, Ltd. within the years 2001 to 2005 at the basis of selected methods of the financial analysis. It contains proposals of possible solutions of identified problems which may lead to financial situation’s improvements of the company in its future development.

The thesis focuses on a complete evaluation of the financial situation of a selected company. It is especially an application of the most popular methods used by financial analysis. The so-called elementary methods which are primarily ratio, differential and total indicators play a key role there. First part of the work is devoted to theoretical foundations, on which the financial situation leans; the second part is focused on a practical use of theoretical knowledge. In the conclusion of this work I am pointing out both positive and especially negative aspects of the financial management of the company, which the company should avoid in next years.
